  1. You could, like, link the sheets? There is no need to post where to find things without a link or simply the answer. Right now, maples and flax are the best money.
  2. Alchemy spells (low, high and superheat) are the most efficient way to get 99 magic if you use them right, but if you use them wrong way they are very inefficient. Superheat should only ever be cast on gold ore wearing goldsmithing gauntlets (109.2 xp per cast, 56.2 smithing and 53 magic). You can either mine the ore from a concentrated rock and superheat at the same time (superheating will not interrupt mining), dropping the bars, or stand at Soul Wars and superheat bought gold. Either way, it's a good way to get magic and smithing xp (and mining). Low alchemy is good at places where you'd normally have to drop a lot of items, such as barbarian fishing, gold mining (if not superheating) and chopping teaks without juju potions/adze. High alchemy is good in the same situations but since it takes more time you can't get rid of the same amount of resources. All in all, alchemy is mainly about getting xp without taking extra time. It's not a fast way to get levels, but you will get there on the way to 99 mining, smithing, woodcutting and fishing.
  3. Spiritual mages do not drop charms - you won't gain valuable summoning xp from them. Similarly they do not drop effigies, which again cuts down on overall xp/hr. To add to that they are slow combat and slayer xp even with a steel titan and your best combat familiar is probably some sort of titan, so that really makes it the worst task ever.
  4. As requested... The base slayer gear is as follows (alternatives in brackets): [For all slayer monsters except those mentioned under other weapons] Chaotic rapier (whip) Bandos body + legs (Verac's skirt with either fighter torso or proselyte top) [Depending on prayer/accuracy needs] Fire cape/Soul Wars cape/Ardougne cloak 3 Barrows gloves (your best rfd gloves, at least rune) Dragon boots (rune boots) Amulet of fury (glory) Dragon defender (rune defender) Berserker ring (i)/ferocious ring if slaying in Kuradal's Dungeon (berserker ring, warrior ring) [Most important] Full slayer helmet. [For magic defence on waterfiends/aquanites] Karil's top and elite void skirt (black dragonhide body and chaps) [Crush attacks to use on waterfiends] Chaotic maul (Saradomin sword, Zamorakian spear) [stab attacks for higher-levelled dragons, when not using rapier] Korasi's sword (Zamorakian spear, leaf-bladed sword) Task-specific items such as mirror shields, antifire shields/potions, elemental shields, rock hammers, crystal chimes Cannon (optional, up to personal preference) Slayer setups generally emphasise strength bonus, which increases the average damage of each succesful hit (slayer monsters usually having rather low defence, hitting is not a problem). Secondly, prayer bonus is important to keep the cost of prayer potions down (as you slay with piety on, to increase the speed of your kills. This is cost-effective and highly recommended). As a rule of thumb, +10 prayer bonus or above is good, but don't overdo it (anything above +20 is a waste). Defence and accuracy bonus are usually not fretted over (any defence bonus over 200 will do; if you get hit too often you should be using a protection prayer). Dagganoth, black demon, black dragon, lesser demon, hellhound, bloodveld and spectre tasks should be cannoned, as it dramatically increases xp rates (although it costs a bit). Some notes on gear: You'll want a fury and a berserker ring before you get bandos plate, and get that before tassets. You'll want accuracy bonus on higher-levelled dragons; if using stab attacks (which you should) you can use the Ardougne cloak 3 which provides you with +6 stab and +6 prayer bonus. Torso + sw cape and fire cape + proselyte are common cheap top/cape combinations; the former is better. Some levels to get for slayer (in approximate order but I'm not sure on the summoning): 70 prayer and King's Ransom - piety 68 summoning - bunyip 81 dungeoneering (you need 2 million xp, which takes you to level 80, but allowing some tokens for the scroll of life) - rapier 89 herblore (85 with a +4 stew boost) - extreme potions, superantifires 95 prayer - turmoil and soul split 88 summoning - unicorn 96 herblore (91 with a +5 stew boost) - overload 99 summoning - steel titan I'm sure I missed something but this is most of it.
  5. With scrolls, kyatts are probably really good, but they are also very expensive, around 19k per pouch and 1800 gp per scroll (can use up to 600 scrolls per hour theoretically, though practically that will be much lower).
  6. You can last a full task (110 steels or so) if you use a tortoise to carry additional prayer and don't pray protect melee. With a yak it's even easier of course, but Bandos + fire cape + turmoil only takes 12 pray pots per hour anyway.
  7. What's up with the "imo" Tui? If anything the xpw creators were angry at Tif, lol. And there is a topic on illegal mousekey applications (as confirmed by Jagex) so stop whining and get over yourself .
  8. You can use ruby bolts with high accuracy gear (void set doesn't affect blood forfeit damage, and it only activates if you hit) or void deflector with diamond bolts (diamond specs are more accurate and deal more damage). Same principle as Nex pretty much.
  9. It's not the program that is illegal (or we'd have censored it) but some applications of it which are advocated by a certain thread on Grimy's forum. And afaik you can still directly link the spreadsheets, so I don't see the problem.
  10. Last I heard from Latin, wind rush and fire surge had the same accuracy on black dragons over a 500 cast sample. While it's not exactly proof, he doesn't believe various spells have different accuracies, and he's quite experienced with magic.
  11. It's nice to know it's that fast, but as Grimy pointed out (more or less) it isn't really an efficient method if you value slayer xp/total levels. Crawlers would be much better to cannon + titan, even if you use a simple rune crossbow as primary weapon.
  12. Juju farming doesn't affect xp, I believe that's Grimy's mistake. There is no way you're averaging 9 picks per patch, even though you will average 9 herbs per patch. You will get some farming xp because you have to make juju potions, but that's like a quarter of an ugune herb per run, so not that huge.
  13. Maging Rex below 87 magic but with at least 73 (and overload) or below 94 magic but with at least 80 without overload.
  14. According to RSwiki, rapid will do 7/6th of the damage longrange will, so the question is if another square or two will give you that 1/6th additional damage. I very much doubt that it does. Of course if you are including the time it takes to make sagaies, it may be better to throw less spears, but in that case you should probably rely on another weapon altogether.
  15. It's not better as far as I know. That is, unless you value combat xp a lot higher than hunter xp, which considering your levels is a little unusual.
  16. It's 8k xp per run, level 85 is under 4m xp, you're looking at 1200 runs from 85 to 99. 8 per day is rather unrealistic as well, possible, but I'd put the normal max at 5. Which gives you 240 days to 99 farming at a profit of around 400m.
  17. Draconics are absolutely terrible for seeds - when hunting them, almost all seeds you get are from commons and you don't catch very many of those. Pure common is far faster seeds but a lot less xp/hr as well. Since you are 73 hunter, you're pretty much stuck with common anyway.
  18. Heavy melee gear with a combination of healing; soul split or bunyip + eee or unicorn. If you don't have Bandos or don't have any good healing method you can use black dragonhide/Karil's/Void with protect melee.
  19. Void is about 10-15% better xp? Which gives you up to 300k xp/hr with Armadyl and up to 350k/hr with void, more if you use a geyser titan or steel titan.
  20. If you had 82 magic you could do mud or steam runes, but since you don't I think your best bet is ZMI.
  21. Quyneax replied to MazteR's topic in Help and Advice
    > Herbs besides snapdragon fall in price > Potions become cheaper to make & Super restores become relatively higher gp/xp > Super restores are not made as much > Snapdragon price falls due to lower demand > Super restores become cheaper to make and get made more
  22. You'd have to pay me several millions per hour to compensate for effigies.
  23. Well there we go. Herbs almost all the way (magic tree for Falador diary etc. as well).
  24. Well, rock lobsters drop gold charms, and after you used your gold charms you're going to need a lot of crimson charms to get 95 summoning eventually. In the long term you don't really need more golds than lobsters already provide (also, lobsters don't drop effigies so you don't have to pay for the loss of those).
  25. Last night with untrimmed summoning :-(.
