Main reason to go CT is that it's never crowded and a little faster than ancient cavern as bonus. Especially with a maul you benefit if a wolper can just do that little bit of extra damage on a near-dead fiend.

First three and last two, yes. Best spot would be south-east where you have two rocks next to you + a third one step away. I'd hunt salamanders until you get bored tbh. Thieving, DNE is worth doing, PP is indeed only competetive after 91 but it's more relaxed and less loot.

I didn't need food on task at 93 melees/mage using Karil's + fire cape, but I eee specced after overloading. Since I doubt any other spec weapon would increase your kph, you should be fine. Especially with the wolpertinger's +10% magic defence boost.

All kinds of urns increase your base xp by 20%. They don't stack with certain other boosts however, such as Varrock armour for mining.

Cleaning herbs if the prices are right, otherwise prayer potions?

After getting 99 summoning I can conclude that steel titan > white knight. :D :D :D.

You'd have invested it into xp? I don't see what's wrong with that really. Ignoring that it's simply more efficient at many incomes to make overload.

[/hide] Are those even worth doing, got 3 banked. Did a couple but they only gave like 200 slayer xp or something lol. Well you need one for the completionist cape (music track) and they are (close to) the rarest drop in the game, on par with visages and dragon full helms. People go 10m slayer xp without one.

I once had a French writing test but it didn't say on the instructions I had to do the letter in French, so I did it in English instead :D. Didn't get a grade.

As Attenuation said, extremes are only more expensive if you value the final product at 0, and even then they are faster xp than super defence (or equal in the case of stewing I guess).

Torag's legs are definitely not worth it, Nomad attacks with magic for most of the fight and you can avoid half his melee attacks anyway.

The only thing you can mage efficiently without an arcane stream necklace would be something you can barrage, due to magic damage boosts not working on multiple targets. Barraging nechs is nice magic xp, crimson charms and prayer xp through urns, but it doesn't break even. Rock lobsters are better overall, you lose a little more money but they are faster xp and charms, with no prayer xp. You can fire surge abyssals and bank ashes, but it's not really worth it without a yak/arcstream. Ice strykes would be ideal if you could kill them off-task :P.

Can't cannon terror dogs, I do them because I want the points and I get to use my titan, but you're pretty much correct on block/skip. You can cannon greaters (and wild dogs, lol) in Brimhaven but I'm not sure on metals. Wyverns are a good task at higher levels to finish of summoning (very rare task, not worth a block), blues, abberants, dusties, gargoyles, tzhaar, greaters and nechs are all skip/block for me, sometimes do blues if I feel like making a little money.

Cavefish are about the same as monkfish in every way.

Use (elite) void deflector, best ranged chestplate you got, soul wars cape, best ranged accuracy items you have for amulet/boots/ring. Use red chins only, pray the strongest range prayer you got (not leech) and protect melee. If you want charms (and you're not 88 summoning so it wouldn't hurt), chin nechs for small prayer xp through urns and crims, as well as some rune boots and torstol seeds if you get lucky. They have to be lured and they are not agressive, so bring some bronze knives. Also take a crossbow to finish off the last 2 nechs. I can't exactly show you the luring but the main idea is to get them in a 3x3 square and attacking the one in the middle. Same principle applies to ape atoll skeletons but they are agressive, they will regenerate from their own bones, and they don't drop anything besides their bones. Since you don't have to lure, loot or finish off with the bow these are twice the xp/hr. Mummies are often chinned but they are slower and more expensive than ape atoll skeletons and really only good for pures who don't do monkey madness.

Instead of bringing any boosting pots with you, pot up at the bank, since you'll only be speccing then brewing like hell :P. Lose the whip too, diamonds are optional again, swap out the dragon boots for snakeskin, get an archer's ring, and get a spirit shield.

No, they don't. Wyverns aren't dragons (they don't have forelegs) and these are not alive or undead either, they are animated (constructs).

Started the day with the wyverns task from yesterday, then did black dragons, steel dragons, mithril dragons, abberant spectres, black dragons, mithril dragons and steel dragons. Good fun, and very good loot (got about 4.6m loot banked, not counting rune bolts/2 dragonstones/about 3 crystal keys/anything else that goes into pre-existing stacks). I had two dragon skirts and a dagger yesterday, got my first ever legs, another skirt and dagger today and both uncut and cut dragonstones. Also, both a black and steel dragon task, as well as the wyverns task, got me an effigy, one ended up with smithing at stage 1, the others at stage two after opening them with farming. Since I can't keep my cape untrimmed anyway I'm not going to bother to be careful about farming xp anymore. In other news I have 99 summoning banked if you include Bork charms for today, which I won't get until after I've slept. Bought the supplies though.

While we're add it we might add Vex for introducing us to Crawlerscape ;). I'd put Zezima at #1 but I didn't play at the time he wasn't leading the hiscores.
