quetion, going for 99 range
A good hybrid would change between range top, mage top and barrows gloves/defender ;). 1) Get void. 2) Chin skeletal mummies. 3) Barrage rock lobsters. = Faster, cheaper (on the range part) and more charms (on the mage part).

does making urns give strange rocks?
Eh that's not easy at all - you wouldn't be able to alch at a time where you have to pick up drops due to having to move and re-attack every two tiles to not waste attack turns. Lossless drop picking is, depending on whether the monster is right or left click attack, 2/3 clicks in 2.4 seconds, not to mention every other job you have to do (cannon, drops, pots, spec weapons, familiar). Alching also costs money, and there's much better items to alch than gold bars. In the end it's not worth the trouble, not because it isn't significant xp, but because you don't need the magic xp if you are going for high/max total, and if you only want max combat I'd say it's more efficient to barrage for charms and slay with a steel titan for your last 5m slayer xp (as opposed to last 100k).

Staking bug irl = Barrett M82 miraculously disguised as Walther P99 (yes I checked Wikipedia for this).

does making urns give strange rocks?
Eh I don't think you have spare apm while slaying. Besides it's not like you need magic xp (mining, woodcutting, fishing all give you plenty of xp, not to mention ice stryke tasks). But yes it's not efficient to use gold, I just get them when I feel like afking.

Mc's Blog - 95 Farming
Now Tears of Guthix are actually worth it again :P.

Agility
To show how much more you could carry? It doesn't really need a reason.

Master Penance Horn / World 6
Erm, I'm pretty sure the fastest time you'll get is just under 19 minutes. And torva doesn't actually help BA at all, in fact makes it less efficient due to repair costs, so I can't help thinking you're only bragging .

Best possible cooking xp?
Well that's just the death blow isn't it :P.

does making urns give strange rocks?
I use gold ore > gold bars > amulets/bracelets for smithing/crafting rocks.

Best possible cooking xp?
Wines are 1 tick to make, or 8.4 seconds for an inventory + banking (deposit all, withdraw 14 twice, close bank). So you can do perhaps 14 wines in 15 seconds (25 ticks, of which 11 banking), which gives you 672k xp/hr. One wine is 200 xp, one swordfish 140 xp, you don't have to move between the furnace and bank (only like 2 spaces in the cooking guild, but still), and swords cook at 3 ticks each I think?

99 Magic (Finally)
Congratulations :).

RuneScape Game Mechanics - How is damage calculated?
That'd show up in the distribution - adding multiple rolls would make the hits more normally distrubuted, rather than evenly.

96 Attack.
Most inefficient slayer ever. Have a trophy.

Dungeonsweepers (DGS) - Huge changes; read first post.
It shows how little you know of the importance of accuracy to a ranger. Very simply put, only a shortbow/hex will have enough raw dps to ever compete, so you will need to craft armour asap as the accuracy is awful (of course in DGS the only time you have ranged is with a hex, never a saggitarian shortbow). Last time there was one reply (+ some replies to that) but they all explained why it's worth it.

That's the second time you've commented on that Thai, and it's still true. "Whenever possible" = when you can do it in a way that works for you. In our case that'd be lossless, for beast mode clans it'd be any other time as well.

herb help please
I'd make overloads from 92 to 99 herblore, maybe 93-99. Ideally you'd have the extremes done before that, so no pray pots made from 83 onwards.

summoning help please
Bursting isn't so good, barraging is fast charms. Rock lobsters don't drop effigies though and they are costly. However your magic level doesn't seem to be ranked, nor your summoning level. Your current charms should be 2.5m xp or so, your priority should be to use those up. Then you can either level magic and barrage, or level prayer (piety) and herblore (extremes) and slay for charms.

Query on Woodcutting bonuses
I'd say, test it. Additional ores from Varrock armour do not fill urns or so I've heard, then again that is not a set xp boost. I might add that it's a very bad idea to cut maples, virtually anything is both better xp and money.

Too short, wasn't very interesting imo, good xp though. Would like to see Linza make teach us to make dragon items.

62-70 crafting, 76-80 magic
Get a scroll of life and farm snaps. Jujus would help them even more.

Where do I go from here?
Ashes, bones, herbs etc. have dropped a lot - I'm pretty sure the guide assumed ashes to be over 5k, which would be around 750k profit from ashes assuming the other drops pay for the chins.
-
smithing - gold bars
Adamant platebodies are fairly cheap and fast - you can get a scroll of efficiency too. Superheating gold is also fast but you are 99 magic - it's not really worth it as it's twice as slow as plates and costs about the same (not valuing mage xp).

Where do I go from here?
Nechs aren't 1m/hr with a yak - you can bank maybe 500k in ashes per hour (150 specs per hour, just over 3k per ash). If you ever want very high total you can ignore mage and just max it through low-alchs as you go through woodcutting/fishing/mining and with fire surge on ice wyrm tasks. If you only want max combat asap then barrage rock lobsters and chin nechs for charms after you get a yak. You can get rigour and cmaul and go tding - it's a low-requirement boss you can do without turmoil/overloads/yak (yak is actually bad there) provided you have a unicorn. It's also fairly decent charms and effigies, but the income is somewhat low. It should still be higher than frost dragons with a yak. If you're not into tding you can do DKS but those require yak + ovl and turmoil is preferred. DKS require less chaotics, only the rapier is really a big upgrade, after of course the arcane stream necklace. If you want 99 slayer, magic and ranged you could also do mage/range slayer and fit your task list. This requires you to skip/block things you can't cannon and things with high magic and ranged defence (waterfiends, wyverns).

Hunter Training
If you're going for effigies @ 97, consider getting 90ish as you can boost your level by 8/9 guaranteed with the Oo'glog mud pool. Otherwise, draconics are the way to go from around 80, I've been getting 150k/hr and up, that's with favour potions however. The AOW herblore habitat guide is rather good, shouldn't be hard to fund.

Rich Turmoil Zerker
Well you are quite wealthy but I think your strength actually needs the most worth right now :P. Either way if you want to get expensive niche upgrades you're looking at imbued rings (4m + credits cost, 10k protect value :P), overloads (for training), pvp gear, possibly also summoning levels.
