stats/items order
^That list is still about correct, I'd add that for dungeoneering turmoil is great, so if you can get it by selling Bandos it's very much worth it. The order of ease to obtain depends heavily on your merching capacity but if it's good the order is turmoil > extremes > overload imo, turmoil being rather nicely afkable for 800k xp/hr, extremes slightly slower if you stew (plus that if you don't stew, your xp/pot will be somewhat lower), overloads about as fast with stew I think. For nonbuyables/partially buyables I'd say chaotic > unicorn > yak > steel titan. For EEE, it's somewhere around extremes and before chaotics, so pretty easy to do really. Now of course ease to obtain =/= usefulness, which again depends on your merching capacity. If you don't need to do any combat moneymakers at all, I'd say just burn through all fast buyables + rapier and slay to max melees/99 slayer with cannon etc, using up charms every time you can get a better combat familar (e.g., spirit dagganoth then geyser then wolper then iron then steel). Since you got quite a bit of slayer to do I think you'll get 99 summoning through slayer, especially if you do your Bork & triple charms on wyverns/black demons/waterfiends tasks (greaters if you cannon them in the wilderness). You will have to slay beyond max melee but that's alright as you have a lot of ranged xp to cannon.

(154) Dungeoneering really sucks, you guys just dont know.
I bet I can do worse: WOODCUTTING SUCKS!

Rune pure with 12 Summoning. Ruined?
You'll have your combat level split up. A maxed person shows up as 126 + 12 or 125 + 13 for example. However wilderness levels and what you can attack are based off the first number only, so if you are say a 60 combat pure (with no summoning) and you get 99 summoning, you'll be able to attack exactly the same level range as before.

Swordfish or Lobsters?
Of those two, I think lobster? Fly fishing is even better though. Moved to Help&Advice, too.

High level gear
Eh depends, I'd put nex gear, elysian, divine as only tradeable high-level gear, maybe arcane/spectral or niche items such as 3rd age ranged coif. The rest of it is all chaotic/ovl/turm/yak + steel titan and other stats. Of course there's some fairly expensive gear like Bandos, Armadyl, dragonfire shields, claws etc. Godswords are not high-level, they are only used for corping and castle wars, lol.

Is Karil Leathertop/Skirt worth it?
Well you can't get randoms after dying at Corp anymore.
-
My peers...what shall I buy? (a few ideas inside)
^But don't skip wyverns under 95 summoning, triple charm them.
-
Dks 2.5brid
Replace CKS with arcane, maybe farseer.

How get Void?
Which is why you are an unhelpful and generally despised player of Pest Control. It's not very nice at all to not help your team members, you know.
-
Zamorak GWD boss
Well there are a few obvious problems, the first one being the lack of overloads, the second being the small amount of prayer you bring, the third the lack of good defensive items. Try to upgrade your gear to Karil's + dragonfire shield + fury. Lose the dds.

Waterfiends weapon
Max waterfiends xp/hr in melee (Ancient Cavern that is) is around 80k, maybe 85k on task, but generally very little. Black demons are 70k/hr or so, which is even worse, but at least you can just use a whip, and you get 50k ranged xp/hr, more charms than at waterfiends (though more gold, less crim), three or four times the effigies and you lose some money. I wouldn't recommend bursting much but it's still fairly good magic xp & charms. Barraging is a lot better. I'd say, finish defence with slayer, finish ranged also with slayer (chinning nechs, cannon etc.), maybe even mage slayer (since you don't have a rapier). But it's much better to get a chaotic rapier first.

Kalphite Queen
What? her magic and range are both 100% accurate He never said they were not? I'd suggest the bandos/maul setup above or you can use a void setup, switching to ranged (deflector) for the second form. Basically, use your regular max offence gear with void, claws, chaotic melee weapon (defender), acp + deflector + crossbow switches and rune or diamond bolts. Not sure how much ranged defence the second form has, but I had pretty low accuracy with a maul at 90 attack (that is with turm + ovl).

Is Karil Leathertop/Skirt worth it?
The full elite void set is probably pretty good there, but most teams use Karil's afaik.

Post all RS Screenshots, Videos, and Sounds here!
You are free to suggest me a better bind. CSB, laws, probably even cosmics :P. CSB is probably by far the best, if you get 80 rc & make empowered fire you can increase your offense by a lot, especially since you only have crush.

Is Karil Leathertop/Skirt worth it?
Moved to H&A.
-
Lunar Diplomacy
If you mean the fight with Me - for that you are using lunar gear, which is mage armour.
-
Runecrafting, combination runes.
You actually need both. The binding necklace makes sure you don't get the 50% chance to lose runes - you just craft them all. Magic imbue makes sure you don't lose the talisman you need iirc.

Pro PvM
You want the obvious max combat stats - that has been covered. I believe you do not gain more prayer restore from a super prayer potion at 98 prayer and beyond, might just want to get 99. You also need rigour/piety and turmoil unlocked. Augury is not needed, rapid renewal used to be good but it isn't anymore. Rapier, maul, crossbow are pretty much required, cls can be useful so you should get it to be in the top segment but it's not very awesome most of the time. Staff is nice for DKs, maybe a TDs mass if you feel like doing random stuff :P. Arcstream for DKs. You want ancient magics for DKs, lunars are less crucial but nice for slaying at times, also useful for farming, which can make a lot of the money you need for prayer and herblore. I don't want to bother listing what quests you need, so I'll just say quest cape. Ardougne 3/4 is good despite what Losing said, mainly for the prayer bonus and still good offence. It's mainly useful if you are at places that take a while to get to & depend on prayer, but if staying power doesn't matter then fire cape is indeed better. EEE is mainly good for DKS and Kree'arra, at other places you use claws. BA gear is all useless in bosshunting really. For Nex especially but also for other bosses you want at least one (piece of) divine, elysian, pernix or torva, pernix coif is nice and cheap but not good for meleeing most of the time. You need claws, Bandos, Karil's, Armadyl, ranger's boots, fire cape, barrows gloves, d boots, infinity boots, soul wars cape, alerter, elite void set with ranged & melee helmets and deflector, unholy book, dragon defender, fury, imbued onyx/berserker/seers/archer ring. A good shield such as a dragonfire shield is also nice for Graardor for example, but in general arcane + spectral is more useful. You need a zspear for corp and probably also bgs. A 3rd age ranged coif is good for some nexing setups I understand. Then you also need overloads, if you get most of your herblore xp through super prayer + overload all the way to 99 it should be enough for a while :P.

Maging Iron Dragon
All magic boosts stack multiplicatively, that is, even arcane stream and sol do even though the equipment menu says 30% total. It is worth getting sol + arcstream and once you got those but no rapier I think mage would be as fast as melee, trouble is you don't have a good magic level boost. You might consider Vecna's skull or two (does having two work?) or maybe some regular magic pots along with a skull.

Charms for Summ
Can u give more infi about it? like how much cballs needed for 100charms? I just would like to know how much money should i invest to cannon balls. Ty in advance I use 2000-2500 cannonballs per hour to get around 120 crims, and you also get a ton of golds and a few greens, maybe another 20 crims worth?. What an incredibly bad idea (no offence). At that point it's better to just not kill fiends, but instead cannon black demons and bank the ashes without a yak for profit. Also if you don't want to 'shell out' on a cheap ss/zs (or BORROW one) you should probably try ancient staff + dragon defender. To answer the original question: I would recommend upgrading your gear: barrows gloves, Verac's plateskirt, a god cloak/ardougne cloak 2+/fire cape/soul wars cape for tanking, and plain proselyte for protect praying. You could kill waterfiends, but without a bunyip they are rather annoying. I would recommend black demons.

Veracing Mith's a viable method anymore?
According to the guidelines, you should answer the original question first. My answer is: No, Verac's is not a viable method. Any person who can afford Verac's can also afford black hide/Karil's + neit + zspear which is better. Also if you have void, that is better again. And if you have Korasi's + ddef it's better again. But even the base buyable gear, which requires the same stats as Verac's, is better. Considering that the OP does not want efficient advice however, that is all I can say.

living rock?
If you can mine losslessly you should do it, it's efficient ;). I don't manage to get it lossless on strikers, but I can on protectors (left-click attack).

Cannon at Daganoths (Lighthouse)
This is actually a good idea, get 95/99 summoning first then blast out 99 range here.

Dungeoneering sucks, lol.
It doesn't.

200M in all Skills
c2 fishing is still faster than woodcutting teaks with an adze, but of course woodcutting comes with firemaking xp and c2 fishing comes with your lower floors done, so it's hard to tell really. You probably can't do most of your fishing xp with c2 while getting 200m dg only, you will have to do a lot of plain c2s. For that I think wc + fm is a bit faster.
