  1. If you have claws, you don't get the void set effect with a deflector. That's why I use a defender. But yeah, go with void. And spec with Korasi's if you use a deflector. They're really really close.
  2. You also need summoning, farming and herblore for hunter to be good money, but then yes, it's over 1m/hr probably. Mining totally sucks for cash.
  3. The best/most convenient way would be to cannon + range with void (deflector) and kxbow or rune crossbow w/ rune bolts (kxbow is better). Since you're pretty much stuck with piety or eagle eye, and you can't heal with ss flashing, and food takes attack turns, it's not as good to melee. Your ranged level is a little low however. Melee would probably be slightly faster kills, I'd say, use rapier, defender, Verac's skirt and either a proselyte or barrows plate.
  4. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=max_ranged_hit_calc.htm Assuming you will use rapid, you're talking a max of 401 before armour and special. The armour would add 20% for a max of 481 before special. http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=8505 The special will add at least 60 damage, more if your target is also using, say, augury or turmoil, and more if the Castle Wars cloaks also count. I don't know if the armour affects the bonus damage, but I think not. Then finally if you use a castle wars bracelet you get another 20% damage versus flag bearers, which is a max of 561 or 577, depending on how bracelet and armour stack (they do stack right?). Then soak is added which will reduce a hit of 600 to a hit of about 560 (10% soak). Should be noted that hand cannons will fire at the same speed and max at 522 on rapid, and though you can't use the armour with it it's a hell lot more accurate.
  5. Explosive content, don't let Peter read this! [hide][/hide] Also bump.
  6. You've been busy, congratulations on the 99s .
  7. Eh, depending on how much cash you got, I'd say get 70 prayer straight away (should take an hour or two) then use proselyte, slayer helmet, ardougne cloak etc. with a brackish blade, praying piety and protect melee and using antifire potions + antifire shield.
  8. Solo corp is pretty good money, just really really inconsistent and with ridiculously high requirements (as in, virtus/pernix and swh recommended). I'm not sure how swh prices affect this however, it may not be as good anymore. But yeah 6-man corp is/used to be like 2m/hr I think, not awesome, and still inconsistent as most of your profit is from divine and elysian drops.
  9. That list only assumes speed, not cost, to be an issue. Assuming you don't Nex or merchant or something but are limited to some activity at 3m/hr, then it's more like ct fiends > barraging = greaters.
  10. Rock lobsters always gave two charms at the time and any nerfs have been undone. Barraging them on a high-pop world is the fastest plain charms, probably. Cannoning greater demons in the Forinthry dungeon is maybe slightly slower & has effigies. Chaos tunnels waterfiends are again slightly slower & have effigies, these are also a lot cheaper than the above. Then bursting instead of barraging, a lot slower and with no effigies, so hardly worth doing. Then black demons for effigies, if you don't use effigies on summoning these will drop a few places. Then wyverns and ancient cavern waterfiends. They got very similar effigy rates.
  11. I don't think your summoning level applies at all anymore? http://www.runescape.com/kbase/guid/pvp_wilderness#summoning "As described in the Getting Started section, familiars do not affect your combat level in terms of deciding whether you can attack or be attacked by a player in a certain depth of the Wilderness."
  12. You mustn't cast superheat as fast as possible, but if you let the animation finish it won't interrupt the smelting. Also works with: alching in combat, woodcutting, mining, superheating, plank make, enchanting too I think. Fletching bolts, too.
  13. For barrows I'd say, 70 atk/str/range, 82 magic, 40 or 70 defence, desert treasure complete, protect range and mage available. Then just blast through the brothers with ice blitz + salamander, protect on Karil & Ahrim. Range Ahrim with Karil's crossbow or something, and melee Karil (or mage, not sure how that goes) with whip + defender. Use something like full mystic, mage arena cape etc, glory, a cheap shield and have a platebody + platelegs in your inventory for the tunnels.

Balmung actually uses slash as primary attack style. It has one agressive crush style like all battleaxes and two-handed swords. It is likely dagganoths are weak to slash as they are rangers, but it's probably not a very large difference. At any rate, dagganoths are weaker to a chaotic rapier or whip than to Balmung. Balmung hits higher and is more accurate when used versus dagganoths, but that doesn't make it a good weapon. No. Your second sentence is not readable. No. Erm? Joking right. A gravite 2h hits 50% less often than a zamorakian spear. Even an ancient staff + dragon defender would outhit a gravite 2h.
  15. Well haloes take a long time to get, 300 tickets @ 25 minutes per 2 tickets, you'd be looking at 62.5 hours always winning, or 125 hours assuming you always draw. Which is really not worth it, so there isn't a clan to fix games. I think the only reason Castle Wars is still played for fun is that the rewards suck to get :P.
  16. 70 runecrafting is not required, but it makes you much more valueable to a team. Anyone can bring in another melee weapon, but another fire surge is more unique (not very unique mind you, but very much worth it).
  17. The really nice thing about the surgebox is that it's an ammunition bind, meaning you can bind it along with a 2h at level 1 :). But yes, you need 50 dungeoneering to bind another non-ammo item and I recommend using Tears and resource dungeons until that level at least.
  18. At 70 runecrafting you can bind a celestial surgebox, which will allow you to hybrid (mage/melee) effectively. This really helps on stuff like primal warriors as they have way too much melee and ranged defence. Since you are 99 magic, you'll be a good addition to a team with a surgebox, but only mildly useful without one (no offence).
  19. What... why? Attack to 80 with a whip, get a chaotic rapier, strength to 99, then attack to 99, then defence to 99, all with slayer assuming you value slayer xp. If you don't, strength > attack > defence on monkey skeletons with Dharok's. It may be worth getting an attack level if your strength level is a lot higher than your attack (due to xp differences, the attack level would offer more dps increase per time) but that's really only an issue with slayer as you fight some higher defence stuff. Get piety before training seriously.
  20. You will get faster xp at higher levels, much faster in fact. Mostly you're better off using Tears and Pengs to skip the slow levels. Though in your case it may be worth getting 70 runecrafting with pengs.
  21. Might rate primal gaunts over prom rapier, but that sounds about right yes.
  22. Ranging is alright for frosts (or good, if you have rigour) but the ccbow isn't really worth it, the accuracy doesn't add many kills as frosts are the one dragon with low defence :P. Get rigour, especially if you are below 95 prayer, but it's always good. Ccbow is a nice third chaotic.
  23. This works, but it's a bit risky. Less risky would be to take Jad down to ~51% health (2550 lp, so that's around 1300 lp left, 1400-1500 to be sure the healers don't come before you charge) which you can pretty reliably hit with claw - veng - claw - veng. You need 3 overloads or extreme pure sets, 4 brew, 2 restore, rest ppots. A special weapon is nice too but I wouldn't bother with anything but claws and excalibur.
  24. Most of the money you make is from barrows items. You should only get KC (other than brothers) if you are healing with Guthans or soul split, but I don't recommend Guthans at all because it's so slow and you should be able to flash ss to full health on at least 4 brothers, so yeah.
  25. I got 400k return of 150k invested, so that's 125k profit per day, your numbers are slightly off ;).
