Saradomin God Wars and Nex require 70 agility, but they are also not suited to your stats at all. Otherwise you get a few shortcuts, one to blue dragons in Taverly, which also helps if you got hellhound or black demon slayer tasks. If you want to increase your gp/hr you should get 70 prayer, it will help a good bit at green dragons. Working on dungeoneering is worth it too.

Farming is good money. Green dragons are good money but you probably want at least a whip for that. For now I suggest you do farming + nonbuyables for total levels.

Assuming you want to max out someday you should focus on questing and all skills 20+, 30+ and 40+.

1) It's silly of you to save up all that cash if you knew you wanted to get prayer levels (hope you don't mind me saying). 2) Buy 840 dragon bones, 40 marrentill and a war tort pouch. Altar this. 3) Do this again tomorrow, or the day after, depending how much you feel like altaring. 4) Make money in between, do your regular farming, random green drags/blue drags etc., dungeoneer to unlock frosts.

Hmm, define fast. Frosts are up to 100k xp/hr, which is not fast, but certainly cheap. Training dungeoneering isn't training ranged, you shouldn't take that into account.

Use sniper/berserker quickswitch, desperado for bosses. You want to hex all higher-tiered forgotten mages, demons, dragons, necromancers, animated books, edimmu, seekers, soulgazers, mercenary leaders, hobgoblins, skinweavers, stormbringers. Hex ghost room ghosts but not others. Hex skeletal mages only when you got your accuracy boosted to 60 or more. The main issue with hexing is accuracy, if you can make ranged armour lossless it's certainly very useful.

If you are going to use a ranged spec, try Morrigan's javelins ;).

Lol, you don't need any stats to melee Jad. You can do it on a one defence/magic pure with a d scim provided you got protect from melee and enough healing to tank a healer.

Oak larders, as I said. You can figure out the gp cost yourself with the two numbers I gave you + your goal bar.

Cheap ways are like 100 xp/hr, so no, no cheap ways. Cheapest viable way would be oak larders, which would take 8 400 gp planks and turn it into 480 xp.

Dharok's on ape atoll skeletons with a salve amulet (e), using prot melee and 15% strength, best atk/str pots you got. Should be 100k xp/hr I think?

They all protect from melee, hehe. I think only spec transfer can do that.

SC is valid for fun, of course. There are people who hate mining and/or construction enough that they would reduce the time spent by a lot. And fast sc is much more afkable than construction. But yes, sc tools become inefficient quite quickly compared to, say, pro BA to fill a penance horn.

Yep lol, meleeing at your stats shouldn't be overly hard, especially as a bandos chestplate has like 100 more ranged defence than a hide top :P.

Didn't I give you a setup before? Bandos, rapier, defender, claws etc., 3 pure sets, 4-6 brews, equal amount of restores, rest ppots.

It's efficient to use a horn with a pro team, otherwise it's not. Pro teams can be found in BA Addicts clan chat or friends chat or w/e they got now, not sure.
