Have you thought about using your magic brawlers on an ice strykewyrm task on a pvp world? If the multipliers stack, you could get even more than the 300k charge/stunning gets. As long as you have a yak, if anyone tried to jump you, you just bank your sol/robes/anything else, and try to escape. Just a thought, i might even try it next time i get an ice wyrm task (I have a set of mage brawlers in my bank) :thumbup:

What I don't understand is, WHY don't people use spirit shards as a means of holding their wealth? They have a fixed price, and can be sold to an NPC for this price. That way if you ever need any cash, just sell a few million spirit shards and you're set. I mean, this won't help the 2B limitation on person-to-person trading, but at least it will shut up the people who "don't have a way of keeping money over 2.1b"

I'm 97 slayer and do not have ss, or a chaotic weapon. A bunyip is by FAR the best thing to get first. And considering OPs stats, I also think that would be the easiest and most realistic goal for him at the moment. I'd say the best thing for him to do would be to get tasks from chaeldar and just naturally progress.

I'd highly suggest against going down the cannonball route, considering you could make more money at green drags in the time you saved than you would be losing by goldsmithing. I guess I can't talk about goldsmithing though, I went the stupidly expensive route to 99 which cost me 85m :P

I haven't seen this happen yet :rolleyes: that's because it's really just not worth suing anyone these days. Since the anti RWT measures came in, botting sites have become a lot less active and more fragmented, and it's not really worth jagex's time and effort and money to even sue. That being said, just because something hasn't happened, doesn't mean they don't have this legal advantage.

Well that obviously also depends on a multitude of other factors - how often you get elite-dropping tasks, whether or not you have the slayer level to do all of the elite dropping tasks, and whether or not you keep clues in your bank for a long time preventing you from getting others. The fact of the matter is, I highly doubt that you've done that much exp without one, and even if you have, then you're just unlucky, because I have gotten 4 elites in a similar amount of slayer exp, and know plenty of other people who have too.

They should make a code in the dev console that is sooooooo long and requires painstaking typing in order to spawn an item in your inventory that does absolutely nothing at all.

Jagex has an awesome trump card: every single account/item/stat is not the property of the person behind the computer screen playing the account, it is the property of Jagex. So, any profits made by trade of this property is the equivalent of stealing goods and fencing them - you're going to get your ass slammed in court by Jagex by using their property to make profit against their will.

I've had 3 elites in about...1k metals through slayer So I'd say you're about due for one.

A popular alternative is the 30 def pure with turm. However, that comes with about a 200m price tag, so maybe you should get 99 rc on this acc? :P

That's most likely a glitch. 3 doesn't work either. Sure it wasn't a nerf? Why would it be a nerf? Unless they removed the ability for all classes of rings, it's a glitch, since all achievement diary rewards are cumulative as you go from one stage to the next.

And never forget that ilu <3 On topic, I'm pretty close to having a double 99 party (slay/summ), so that'll be nice. And I will only really wear my cape(s) when I'm skilling because they look nice, sure, it's nice to have a few compliments thrown my way every now and again, and really the combat stats don't matter when you're skilling. But it'll never replace my fire cape when monsterhunting/slaying.

And for some reason it seems so unbalanced. I actually pked seriously for the first time yesterday, and because I was ags pking, I got a lot of quick ko's. About 6-7 times, the loot wasn't mine, yet someone "finished" my kill for me only once. So unfair... Plus they should fix double ko's. I swear to god, 5 times yesterday I double koed with vengeance, and NOT ONCE did I get my own stuff back even. Needless to say I'm going to go back to slaying now...

I always use "effigies cc". I hated, and subsequently got banned from, assist clan due to their uber-harsh and strict ranks and rules, because I offered to trade a guy who needed a 97 smith assist for him to help me with my 97 con one. I was told off for "asking for payment for an assist." Plus I was only allowed to ask for one assist at a time, which, considering I had 26 starved effigies from slayer, meant I would need to ask and track down 104 people seperately before I would be done. Apparently that was 'not providing a fair environment.' I then tried to argue this with the cc owner, who instantly banned and blacklisted me instead of actually LISTENING. So...yeah...would like a new cc instead of one filled to the brim with WBM's and narbs. And it's good to know you're not adopting their stupid rules :thumbup:
