  1. Ok, damn interesting is amazing. Oh, and what are some good chess-help sites? For tutorials, help on strategy and such? Thusfar I've just been playing through using my own ideas, but I figure learning from people who really understand things could help a lot. Oh, and it has to be free.

Because they are principled, already make enough money, and are willing to give some up to not give in to the freedom-hating scumbag Chinese government? Maybe, but I am not buying it. Neither is China.
  3. This one hasn't yet. And I've been extremely honest thusfar. (Obviously I can't speak for my partner with 100% certainty.) However, I don't really see how getting along this well is a bad sign.
  4. I'm sorry to go off-topic, but. How good of a sign for a relationship is it if you've been together for two months, (We're both highschoolers [i'm a sophomore, and she's a freshman]) and have not had a single disagreement thusfar? This includes hanging out at least twice a week, and seeing each other constantly at school, then messaging each other online.

Isn't the reason African Americans are more likely to get sickle cell anemia because being a carrier of it makes you highly resistant to malaria? Oh, and as for my bigotedness: I tend to be wary of African Americans. I feel a bit nervous. I do my best to suppress it, but the fact that African Americans are a tiny minority where I live means that I don't really know any, and therefore can't dispel my inner-bigot. Or, as a man once said. "I'm not a bigot! I hate everybody!" PS: Sexism test time! [hide=Sexism Test]A man and his son are riding together in a truck, and the truck crashes. Since they are between two towns and both towns have crowded hospitals, the fatehr is taken to one town's hospital, and the son to the other. When the doctor comes in to operate on the son: "I can't operate on this person, it's my son." [hide=answer] It was his mother. [/hide] [/hide]

At least you can choose any book. Here we have to choose books the school has had us read in class.

Can you please give warning with links like that? I had company when I clicked it. :wall: #-o The site itself wasn't bad (yet). But there was a rather X-rated advertisement. It says "encyclopediadramatica" in the url. What did you expect? It actually says "encyclope," and I didn't bother to read the full link. So, yes it was partially my fault, but there are also Tifers that aren't quite as familiar with internet culture. EDIT: Yeah, it was an advert, Dizzle. So, you wouldn't see it every time.

How much does Pokewalker cost if you didn't pre-order?
  10. Those are what you call luvtrolls.
  11. What makes u say tht? perhaps the fact that he goes by the old HP system? What other reasoning would he have to say that? But HOW? He has health, we do damage, he dies. How from that can you say he is on old system? (/ /.-) Tbh, im with Paw on this one. I have no idea what you are going on about with the old hp system. :P There are so many choices, jeez. Contitution/lifepoints, and hitpoints. Old hp bars/hitsplats and new. The system has changed more than once, even. (Admittedly, the graphical changes are pushing it as new 'systems', but still.)
  12. I hate to respond to this defensively, but that is a rather inaccurate portrayl of what I was refering to. Think more of a conversation you'd have with a normal friend, just in text, and with occasional fliratious undertones. We soemtimes even have entirely serious chats. Oh, and due to horrific typing, I tend to be more likely to send "I lvoe you," than "I love you"
  13. So, Lenin, to kill things you must first attempt to save them. Therein lies your mistake. Try not to kill them, then slip up.
  14. [/indent] I'd like to say that this is a really fun thing to do. Especially if you can't see each other in person. Make it into a game. "I'll tell you something random, then you tell me something." If it starts slowing down, have the person being told ask questions or come up with catgories. I've whiled away hours upon hours doing this.

I'll be getting myself one of the games fairly soon, as well. I just have to decide whether I want Lugia or Arcanine more. Oh, and can firered trade with these? If so, my Arcanine problem is gone.

Most adults don't understand the happenings on the internet. In 20 years, it'll be great when the new adults who were practically raised with a controller in their hands and a keyboard at their fingers actually start using some damn common sense. Yeah and then there will be something new that comes out that most of us "don't understand". Damn if my parents find out about /b/ they wont understand Parents are probably more easily influenced by the media than the children they are trying to "protect" :/ I want a newspaper/new show to do a report on 4Chan..... That'd shock people.
  17. ^I laughed. And the average male thinks of it that often? I must be soem kind of saint then, or maybe I just don't remember thinking about it. It could be either....
  18. So, my girlfriend Amber, got a piece of dried paint jammed under her finegrnail earlier today. After going to the nurse, they just gave her a band-aid. However, she just noticed it is bleeding again, and the blood is being dyed black by the paint. So, is acryllic paint in a bleeding cut a serious problem? Mods can feel free to mvoe this, or to lock it once the question is answered. I just think I'd better find out, and I trust TIF more than google searches.
  19. I extend my condolences to all inhabitants of Germany and Hungary in advance.
  20. I once had a dream in which some scary [wagon] monster was trying to kill me, so I decided to commit suicide so it couldn't kill me.* I then attempted suicide in numerous fashions, failing everytime, but never hurting myself enough so that I couldn't escape the monster. I woke up just as I was on the verge of driving a racecar into a cement wall. And by verge I mean going 100mph and being feet away. *Dream logic is amazing. The moral of this story? Your dreams may kill you, but at least you don't cooperate.
  21. Am I the only one who derived some sick, twisted, sadistic humor from this?
  22. But Lent, what if your friend simply has a different definition of attractiveness? I mean, when it coems to attraction, there are always people who don't fit into norms.

Someone needs to take full pvp gear to that quest for an epic AGS spec....
  24. -Pink- (not purple) was the most popular hat I thought, which is why it was the hat chosen to be duped? Exactly. Prices were originally the opposite. Blue being the elast valueable, purple being the most. Oh, how times have changed....
