I have issues with this line...but I can't really think of a way to say it, nor feel like thinking about it since I've already made my opinions clear on this thread.

[hide] I do have Super Antifires, but if you were using anything other than a rune defender, Korasi's wouldn't match up to a ZS. So, I use them at Iron/Steel Dragons anyway. You're neglecting the fact that the only way this setup is inferior to Z Spear is a minor -7 Stab bonus. I would trade 7 Stab points for Korasi's superior special attack any day ... on Slayer tasks the special frequently hits above 700. Also, with Korasi's Sword I would honestly never use a SS for slash. Korasi + Rune Def has 7 more Slash accuracy than a Sara Sword plus 20 more Slash and Stab defense as well as 18 more Crush defense. I'm not trying to tell you it's a substitute ... With these defense bonuses plus a special attack 90% as powerful as D Claws spec, Korasi's is EQUAL to either of these more expensive weapons. Obviously the #1 use for a SS is to train Strength, since the Abyssal Whip can't. Korasi's ability to train Strength with Slash attack style is overwhelming because it's Slash attack style is ... AS STRONG AS A ZS AND MORE ACCURATE THAN A SS. This makes it a complete replacement for Strength training with Slash ... currently the most popular use of SS. Korasi's doesn't deserve to be put into a lower class. For the players who actually qualify to get it, it's a free replacement for two of the more expensive and powerful weapons in RS. Since your stats are even, you could considering using a whip on controlled until you get a rapier, that way you're always using the best DPS weapon you can.

Runescape isn't an underdog. RS is already the second most popular MMO after World of Warcraft. This is all about perception, not statistical data. Wow really? I mean, I knew it was the most popular free MMO, but it's really that high up in general as well? That actually surprises me :blink:

What...? That just proves my point. If you can't clear a room of nechs, you don't need a Full world, so you can hop to the next one where someone isn't already there. If someone comes and joins you when you were already there, then fight for it. We're talking about someone joining you when you're already there, we're talking about YOU joining them, and making them move. I know people to crash to be an ass....I just think it's an ass like move. I'm not confusing cause with reason. I know the reason, AND the cause. The reason is to get a few K more xp/hr, the cause is making someone else move. Thanks for summarizing my posts. But you don't need the fastest spawn worlds for everything. You don't need the fastest spawn worlds for nechryaels, theres enough of them in the room. I can understand it when it actually is an issue, but when you say you actually are going to crash a place like nechryaels, then yes, I'm saying you're an ass for it. The other person isn't be an ass just because they're in a populated world. They're just trying to play RS. The one who comes in and says "you're slow, hop worlds" is the one being the ass. 1 or 2k xp per hour less isn't going to kill someone. I don't care if you're looking for the absolute max xp/hour. In my opinion, it's still being an ass.

nechryeal aren't kalphites, They actually have a decent spawn rate and theres a lot of them. I can't clear a 1k pop world there unless i'm Barraging, since they all die at the same time then. There are a lot of places where max population isn't a must. It's just my opinion that crashing those kinds of places is an ass move. To answer your question, both have the same amount of right. The only deciding factor is if the one with higher stats is willing to exercise common courtesy for a few seconds lost.

But when it comes to crashing a spot were it takes one or two hops...it just becomes arrogant. The nechs are a perfect example. I honestly cant think of the last time I went the CT for them, and there was someone there. SO I can't imagine that on the rare chance there is someone already there, it would really be that much of a waste of time to spend 40 seconds to hop once. For cases like GWD and other profitable areas were empty worlds simply don't exist at prime times, then I completely agree, because there literally is no better option. But if you crash a spot like CT nechs, then I think you're a complete arrogant ass. I personally don't like the "I'm better than you, I use the spot better, get out" excuse.

I understand that. But this is a topic with people debating whether or not it's too powerful. If it wasn't for this thread, i would have thought this was a useless weapon and moved on. What i am asking is why i am not getting anywhere near the hits other people are. Like i said i average 200 to 300. And this was fighting people lvl 110 an under. I could easily average more damage with a different spec weapon. Sorry...I'll be more direct for you.... Your luck sucks....

If they do that, they'd best be unaggressive. Level 3 skillers would go haywire in falador if they weren't.

well the tome saves money if you use water runes, but I figured I'd probably be doing Fire spells, and the extra damage + inventory saving seems like it would overall do better then the tome. I completely forgot about the necklace.
