Because I have been away from runescape for about a year I just want to clarify that I'm not using sub par methods for these skills. 1.) Thieving 70-90 - Pyramid plunder? 2.) Runecrafting - Runespan? 3.) Fishing - Barbarian fly fishing? Also how much of a disadvantage am I at not having all these skills at 90? Because to be honest getting fishing to 90 is not something I'll enjoy at all and I play this game to enjoy it.

I wonder what the market is for something like the Super Zammy Brew because once you have the levels for extremes I can't really see its advantage over taking an extreme strength and attack. Admittedly it takes up less inventory space but also boosts levels by 3 less. Though can people use extremes in the wilderness now?

To be honest I would just slay with Kuradel until you get the points for it - it really won't take very long in general tasks are now a lot quicker than they used to be.

I don't think f2p is the reason new players won't play OSRS, I think a new player to RS is always going to choose to play the flashy new version of RS rather than some retro server. In my opinion OSRS will be pretty dead within a few months but it will maintain a core PKing and high level player base for longer than that.

Unless something has changed that I'm unaware of you should use a full slayer helmet rather than void. So full slayer helmet + damage boosting armour so use the GWD armour unless you can afford Nex sets. Royal crossbow for range, I'm not sure about mage and either duel Drygores if you can afford them or a chaotic claw main hand + EE for melee.

Mhmm - probably see the introduction of MA seed points or some other annoyance.

What's my early priority for spending resources? Port upgrades, ship upgrades or crew hiring?

When I got my void there was pretty much always a caller for a 110/120+ Combat (pre EoC) world. These worlds were always pretty good and you very rarely lost or didn't get a 2 minute game. The problem I found with the official worlds was the number of bots there who don't do anything in game other than attack the closest pest.

Just getting back into RS and started ports today. Any pro tips for a beginner?

Remember if you want to get Hybrid armour while you do void you have to click thorugh the dialogue with the squire after each game unless this has changed. Also unless EoC has changed this Veteran boat is definitely faster than conquest.

I think the OP has coped well so far with ciritiscism of him but seriously @jayc - he isn't claiming that he's written a guide on this he's just bringing a method to our attention for discussion. If you want to know all that information either suggest these are areas that need researching or do the research yourself. Rather than having some sense of entitlement to this information from the OP just because he has started a discussion about this training method. I might go and do a few tests of this later myself as I have about 6k chins sitting in my bank gathering dust.

Being 90 Attack it is probably a good idea to try and earn some money for a main hand drygore melee weapon. Use this in conjunction with an EE as a very decent dual wield setup.

Is QBD still melee over range before I get drygores?

Important stats: Attack: 87 Strength: 87 Defence: 87 Mage: 90 Range: 99 Prayer: 95 Summoning: 76 Slayer: 72 + Overloads Funds: 150m + basic gear already. 1.) Fight Caves - I haven't attempted these in EoC yet, any tips? The same with Kiln I am thinking of going for the Rhino cape and need a second firecape as well. What sort of gear should I be using for both? Any major changes in tactics with EoC? 2.) Slayer - recently started getting much more into Slayer after ignoring it for years. The KBD is pretty easy to kill to now just remember super anti-fires. I'm not sure on the very best way to kill it just maximise your offence which in your case sounds like its probably mage.. Just remember antipoison and antifires, the respawn time on the KBD is very long though it does drop a nice amount of crimsons.
