Vaseline can be used to close pretty deep wounds in a pinch. Also opening a banana the other way round (the end without the stalk) is actually easier - trust me.

When trading in favour gained by killing Jadinko's/Cutting roots or whatever am I right to understand that trading in the favour for seeds will only provide herb seeds if I have attracted a Jadinko in the herblore habitat. In which case what is the lowest hunter level I should gain and what Jadinko should I attract? I really hate training hunter but I really need those farming Juju's :(

It seems an odd decision to go for a Kiln Cape before barrows gloves considering the bonuses of barrows gloves over a regen bracelet far outway the bonuses of a kiln cape over a fire cape but each to their own 'n' all that. For the range swap definitely use Karil's xbow unless you plan on shelling out on a Zaryte bow.

Ok cheers. Just spent an hour at waterfiends out of curiosity. Setup: Full Pernix, CCB, EEKS, Kiln Cape, Fury, Berserker (i) using Rune Bolts 99 Range using Anguish and Overloads. Results: 180k Range Experience and 141 Crimson Charms Barely needed food used 1 rocktail for the whole trip and could of easily gained the health back with soul split or a defensive ability. I was using abilities at a relaxed rate, as in I wasn't spamming basics and then thresholds to quickly reach an ultimate bladebla I was using the occasional basic and threshold allowing my adrenaline bar to generally fill up from auto attacks and then unleashing an ultimate when full.

As far as I am aware (I haven't needed to recover my account in about 9 months) you can just not enter the email and it will take you through to the old fashioned account recovery where it will ask for original IP, old passwords etc.. Have you been on holiday or something though? Because it will still take the hacker 14 days to change the email to theirs unless they also had access to your email. You can also try posting in the account help section of the RSOF. Good luck getting such a nice account back :D

My current plan is to train mage at rock lobsters but just for some comparison and because I like to know things I've got a couple of questions about mage training on ape atoll skele's. 1. Whats the best setup? Excluding Virtus as thats a bit too pricey for me but anything else goes pretty much. Void mage any good? 2. Whats the xp/hr or casts/hr? 3. Whats a rough cost of this from say 85-99 magic switching from burst to barrage once able to overload boost to 95. 4. Are any other spells other than ice ones viable? Cheers for the help.

Is range at all viable?

I've chinned on short fuse for the last 5m of range experience and seemed to be getting the high experience rates suggested. However while chinning today it was recommended to me that I use medium fuse as the throwing speed is faster and therefore increases my DPS. I cannot be bothered to test this myself if the information is already out there so can someone please enlighten me on the difference between the fuses and their subsequent differing experience rates.

If you're the original owner of the account it should be possible to recover it without too much difficulty. The email you described is definitely a phishing email so don't worry about your account having been banned. Its possible that the person who has hacked you by use of this email or indeed another way has changed the name of your account meaning it won't be listed on the hi-scores under the original name anymore. Chinning really is the only option for power training range if that's what you want to do you should earn the money to do so. Judging by your slayer level you don't mind that too much and should be cannoning those tasks which are good to cannon which should earn you a decent whack of range experience. It should be noted that chinning from 84-90 range will not cost you a particularly large amount of money and will be incredibly quick. In terms of total hours spent to gain these levels your best bet would be to make the money to chin and then to chin it would probably still be faster than alternative methods.

@Pingo I think Tieszen's point was that RS are better off sticking with their simplistic USP and doing that well after all its what attracts many people further to that his point is that if you want to play a complex combat system there are much better ones out there than the one offered in the EoC and therefore it could be expected that people would simply play those games instead as there would be no reason to play RS anymore.
