  1. The site design and shirts are crappy, not much to discuss there. So how about that [insert sports team]? They going all the way to the championship this year?
  2. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA....no.
  3. Fullrune619, no question. And your name change is permanent. You won't use fullrune619 to log in once you change your username, you'll use whatever you change it to. Fullrune will be available for a period of time, then it will become publicly available.

But your teats are so inviting! ...wait.
  5. Disclaimer at the bottom. Thanks, cry babies.
  6. Yep. Jagex is working on a new fantasy MMO, and according to Gerhard's generally obscure answers, they want to do with this what they never could do with Runescape for various reasons, mainly because the game is too far along for such radical changes. As far as development goes, I don't think we'll be seeing this for a few years, I wouldn't even expect 2012.
  7. The ARMA series has a pretty deep following, and you'll often die from one hit getting shot from 200-300km away if you're not careful enough.
  8. Easiest way to explain that: The grunts are out on the field while the generals are in relative safety where they do the planning. This system of separating the generals from those doing the fighting and those ordering the fighters to fight is not uncommon in the real world, and although the generals could never be defeated one on one, them being present on the battlefield would surely end up in a fifty on one gangbang, which would kill virtually any general in a matter of seconds and potentially cause the faction to lose that particular battle, due to the massive loss of morale. As such, they enchanted the doors in a manner that would disqualify all but the best on the battlefield, those who had managed to kill forty of the general's minions. I think it's safe to assume that there were no minions on the battlefield who would ever rack up that many kills, let alone be strong enough after that fight to take on the general. As for the general's rooms, the accommodations and access suggests that the rooms were build to suit the general's, not merely chambers that they just happened to come across. I've already talked about the door, but even the method of access is suited to that god. K'ril's chamber requires the entrant have a strong constitution, with the area itself being a place of hopelessness and fear. To repeat the phrase, "you don't have a prayer," the entrant is drained of faith in their god (drained prayer points) and the area itself is even dimly lit. In K'ril's case, he likely operates on the idea that anyone strong enough to kill forty of his minions would never have the strength (700 life points) left to make it past his first barrier, which he was right: K'ril's camp happens to be the only one in the God Wars Dungeon devoid of creatures from other factions. Saradomin's chamber is located at the bottom of a depth two rope-lengths long. Unlike K'ril's death wade, Zilyana's plans, while not as sadistic as K'ril's, are also not as fool proof. While Bandos' forces would likely be too heavy to rope down, and Armadyl not willing to attack Saradomin's general, those two factions do not appear. There are, however, werewolves (likely found a way down jumping from rock to rock), vampires (flew down), and a gorak (looks like a goat, may have jumped down) around the encampment. The depth does hint at contempt toward's the grunts on the battlefield, as Zilyana is the only person who could easily get in or out. Armadyl, I think, is obvious. The grapple ensures that only Armadyl's forces can get in or out, although a little more of the story presents itself. Armadyl may have been colluding with Zamorak behind the scenes, possibly because of the mass genocide of the Aviance's both on and off the battlefield that was occuring. You can see this in the fact that Zamorak's forces are present in Kree'Arra's encampment, yet the two sides barely fight one another. Saradomin and Bandos creatures do not appear, likely because Saradomin would not attack Armadyl's base, but more likely because neither have much to offer in terms of flying creatures. Bandos' stronghold is also an obvious one. He who has enough strength after killing forty of Bandos' men, a feat enough in itself, to bang the gong may gain entry. Zamorak is the only other deity that appears in Bandos' area, which may suggest a small alliance out of common bloodlust, but may suggest that (in Runescape's lore) the bloodveld, hellhound, and gorak may be stronger than we thought. The imps likely made it in due to their Impish trickery (teleportation).\ As for the Zamorak Vs All bit, the God Wars Dungeon was a fight over who could obtain the god sword first. It was a desperate clash to get to the prize, and all ties were off in the heat of confusing, disorienting battle. In the lesser heated areas, you can see a better idea of the ties, as I've shown above. Zamorak has a presence in nearly all of the bases, while neither Saradomin nor Armadyl clash in each other's encampments, despite ease of access in some cases. Zamorak appears in Bandos' encampment but the two factions don't do much fighting. I'll tie this up. I have to go to work.

  10. THAT would be cool. They do that somewhat with penguins (well, on Halloween they're pumpkins, no idea about Christmas) but a landscape update would be sweet. Actually, if they do that, maybe they COULD put Santa hats on some of the bosses o.O Runescape is kinda like WoW in those regards, in that the holiday events don't really mesh with the rest of the world. They had the Thanksgiving event in WoW recently, as The Shattering was taking place. So it was pretty odd to see, outside Orgrimmar, the city burning and NPCs fleeing in terror, while right outside the city the Thanksgiving event was taking place.
  11. Smart ass remark: Next week's update is the sailing skill!
  12. It's a tiny event for an emote. Get over yourself. Just mentioning getting the same holiday event 2 years in a row puts me on your cabbage list? I feel honored, yet coldly alone under your attention. The Thanksgiving event is along the lines of the flowers that Jagex does now in Spring. It's such a minuscule thing that arguing over any facet of it is ultimately inconsequential. It's a short distraction for new players in Thanksgiving to get an emote, and trying to make it into anything bigger is just a major waste of time and thought. Think of it like a quest that is only available seasonally. You can only do it once like any other quest, but it is only available for a limited time. I did the event in 2008, got the emote and the Cornucopia. I had no idea that they didn't bring back the cornucopia this year or last year, although it is an extremely rare drop from chickens.

  14. That's because you're not that bright, so your own logic makes sense to you. If you want to cheat, you can go join a private server that condones it. When you're on Jagex's servers, you play by their rules and on their conditions. Deal with it, or get out.
  15. "I don't like this part so I'll just cheat to get past it." No, it doesn't work like that in any multiplayer game. If you can't handle that, go play a single player game and use all the cheats/trainers you want.
  16. it looks more like jagex is trying to make herblore useful for non combat skills. I mean i guess fletching pots and crafting pots are useful, but you'll never drink 1 dose per 5 minutes consistently while training like melee potions. There are 10 new potions coming out we know 1 is a baron shark potion 1 is a mining spirits potion and 1 is a herb harvest potion. From the looks of it, the theme will be potions need to drink consistently while skilling to maintain optimal xp rates. To me it seems like they're trying to make skilling potions that offer advantages to skillers, like the fishing potion allowing you to catch new fish. This won't be just a simple "oh it raises your level by ___" because we have those for a number of skiller skills already.
  17. In their defense, not all of us can be badasses like Hilary.
  18. I know 8 year olds that play call of duty. Must mean Call of Duty is developed for 8 year olds.
  19. YES! especially wearing their items and turning off chat. It was great knowing they were probably crying behind the computer screen. I always stole peoples stuff from there corpses, but that just seems cruel. Really? Always thought it was fair game. And if someone took my stuff when I died, sucks to be me - I wouldn't hold it against them, unless they started flaunting my old gear in front of me. If the guy took my stuff after I died, I came back, found him with my stuff, and he said tough luck.... my view was, hey, it IS my tough luck. Although, I usually bless all the graves I see. Frankly, unless I DC, or die at rock lobs....or gw if I ever went there.... I can get pretty much anywhere in the game within my timer. Least anywhere else that I might die at. Like TD's a couple of days ago. I'd really like to not have to replace my void lol. Only thing I lost was 2 potions lol. That being said. You can't always count on graveblessers.... The only time I was ever against it was in the case where the looter would message the person and taunt them. That's just being a [bleep]. Other than that, fair game.
  20. Looks like you're in a bank. What were you doing, alching?
  21. Because the customer service team doesn't talk to the website team, so simple changes are incredibly difficult when reported.
  22. Update makes something less than a second faster: "Well Jagex, it's not really that much faster, I mean it's less than a second. Update makes something less than a second slower: OMG JAGFLAX U R DA WERST DEVELUPRS EVAR! SHUR ITS ONLY LIEK .034 SEKUNDS LONGUR BUT BY 2024 I WILL HAEV WAESTED LIK 4 MOR MINETS DEN I SHUD HAVE! GIF ME MI LIEF BAK, JAGFLAX, GIF ME MY LIF BAK, ITZ BAD ENUFF UR ST00PID GAEM ALREDY WASTES MY TIEM. Not saying you do this, swedishboy, but a lot of people do.
  23. No, we don't need bots. The point of a user driven economy is that the users drive the economy, so you do end up with items like dragon bones where there is too much demand for the supply, so the suppliers make big cash. Supply and demand will always find some kind of balance because eventually the demand will cause the interest in supply to spike to a point where the supply floods the market and the price drops. Using bots is the answer of greedy players who are more interested in their own ex-pees than the game properly functioning, and botters making excuses. Bots screw up the economy of every game they enter. The environment which just happens to suit you isn't the economy working as intended, it is being manipulated.
