  1. Or they're going to put the requirements in the 80s-90s. Why is it that most threads that begin with "I just found something out" are either two years old, or show the OP put about twenty seconds of thought into his "revelation"?
  2. It's the "naughty parts" on a girl. No dude, that's the uvula.
  3. Runescape is an MMORPG, stop talking out your ass.
  4. I agree with the last part.
  5. Quoted as a reminder to what a [cabbage]-poster ragragdazzledazzle is.
  6. ITT: We learn that Kietaro1 and Studio1417 are the people other countries refer to when they say Americans are arrogant, ignorant morons. Fixed that for you. IMO, the people being lied to and mislead by the media and believing every word of it are ignorant and stupid. Plus, why would someone read about something that A.) doesn't interest them, B.) has no affect on them. Here, is a link to fascinating BMX articles. Now, I want you to read all of them... 'Cause if you don't, you're ignorant and stupid. I don't care if it doesn't interest you or you're not into BMXing, just do it. Grow the hell up. People like you sicken me. Thank you.
  7. Exactly. You can't take an "all or nothing" stance on the censor, because not everything is going to get caught, and in cases of names you have to go by context rather than how many kills the person racked up. Block Stalin and someone will whine to block Genghis Khan. Block Khan and someone will whine to block George Bush. Block Bush and someone will whine to block Che Guevara, and so on and so forth.
  8. They've already told us that we'll need to spend our tokens to tier up our ring abilities. I can just imagine... "You are now tier 1 tactician. For tier 2, you will need 100k tokens."

Sure I do. I did in your quote.. Rushing large dungeons is not properly Dungeoneering. Look, I did it again.
  10. There's no reason Hitler should be discussed at all on the RSOF, in Runescape, or on any video game forum. The community is full of asshats enough without people constantly going "Lol Hitlur was rite" trying to gin up an argument. If you're going to discuss Hitler, do it where it belongs: With a group of psuedo intellectuals who will eventually invoke Godwin's law several times in a single conversation.
  11. Lurn Enlisch. It arent taht herd. Intelligence has nothing to do with how much information you know about a video game. Intelligence focuses around being able to take information, work with it, and learn from your experiences. Any half-wit with a few hours on his hands could learn what all the potions in Dungeoneering do. You can't take a low leveled person who has neither the time invested nor the levels required to perform a feat, and somehow judge his overall intelligence over a random factoid from a video game. Also: Age =/= Level. Just because someone is low level doesn't make them a kid. As it turns out, everyone starts out as a low level, and some people don't have the time to get to high levels quickly. And going off of that intellect bit, intelligence allows you to do things such as, you know, making an OP without sounding like a moron. Well it makes sense. Using nonexistent evidence to back up a nonexistent point (literally). I agree. Stop PMing, and by PMing, I mean posting on these forums. troll.
  12. What games would Jagex be handing out in their gift bags? World of Warcraft!
  13. Mark Gerhard has already said that they wanted Dungeoneering to be special in its own way as a skill, and that the 120 cap was one of their ways of doing that. None of the other skills are being upgraded to 120. This has been confirmed and stated numerous times by Jagex. /Thread.
  14. Omali replied to ghjkl's topic in Rants
You mean Jagex wants people to properly train dungeoneering rather than rushing through it? You don't say!

Firecapes and torsos take a fraction of the time chaotic takes. Castle Wars armor is the direct equivalent of rune, at best, which is cheap and readily available. The only time one would use Castle Wars armor in battle is in Castle Wars, which is where you get the real benefits. There is no comparison between those and chaotic equipment.
  16. Just wanted to point out that Jagex blocked alchemy spells in Castle Wars. Other than that, you hit the nail on the head.

It's like watching two turds try to argue over who smells better.
  18. I made a few hundred k alching my boots, which I am now using to pay for planks to get my construction up to 68 to do the new quest. The only lesson I learned was that I need to join this clan that was stockpiling them the day before. If they've got some inside scoop, I want in on that cash cow the next time something like this comes along.
  19. I don't see the issue.
  20. Prepare to take your place at the Wise Old Mans side as he comes out of retirement to confront an extremely unpleasant figure from his past! If you can handle the combat, the puzzles, the vicious sarcasm and the romance, you could unlock some new Construction and Magic abilities for yourself. The quest begins at a barn north-east of Draynor Village, where a damsel in distress is looking for an adventurer to help her. Sounds like a straightforward little quest, right? Before long youll find yourself chipping teleport tablets, solving puzzles and entering a deadly battle where youll be fighting not just for your life, but for the reputation of adventurers everywhere. Its time to discover whether the bank guard is coming down from his tree, what the Wise Old Man is planning for the Wizards Tower and what Traiborn means when he talks about thingummywuts. Mod Ash RuneScape Content Developer Summary: Where to start Love Story: Speak to Mabel at the barn north-east of Draynor Village, near the windmill. Requirements to start Love Story: Swan Song Recipe for Disaster - Saving Sir Amik Varze Level 77 Magic Level 68 Construction Level 68 Smithing Level 67 Crafting In other news... As mentioned in this month's Behind the Scenes, weve graphically updated the regular dragons in the game. This includes green, blue red and black dragons (including baby variants), plus bronze, iron, steel and mithril dragons. Check them out if you can handle the heat!
  21. I don't think anyone would care if party hats gave +4 strength, because you'd still have to be [developmentally delayed] in order to fight in a dangerous pvp situation with one on in the first place. There's not only PvP, lol. You would also have to be an idiot to risk a party hat while in a PvE combat situation. Happy? Irregardless, you can't accurately compare a discontinued item to a rare item. Articultural is right to say that they aren't practical, because although the bonuses that they give over other armor is small, the rarity would discourage a lot of people from using them in a situation where they could lose them. The third age mage/range set are more economical than the melee set (149mil/111mil respectively versus 413 mil) but if you die and lose one or more pieces you are looking at a hassle getting them back. Meanwhile, God swords have descended to the old price of Barrows (well Bandos and Zamorak are around 25 mil), and are much easier to replace, by comparison, especially when factoring in their usefulness in combat. As a result, Third Age is dutifully relegated to "Hey check out my cash flow" and the occasional player with an e-penis bigger than his mouth...wait, I think I'm using the wrong analogy.
  22. Probably server crashing and they cover it up as "maintenance". Tbh I'm not even sure what maintenance means...that they have paused/stopped or held off the servers? ...Or the servers crashed and require maintenance (perhaps parts need to be replaced on the server box? Wires checked? Servers like the ones Jagex uses are massive and a physical inspection can take a couple hours, let alone a diagnostic once it boots up) to fix rather than a simple "yo hit the power button."
  23. I don't think anyone would care if party hats gave +4 strength, because you'd still have to be [developmentally delayed] in order to fight in a dangerous pvp situation with one on in the first place.
  24. The game ended in January. Suffice to say you deserved that mute for polluting the internet with out of date memes.
