  1. How To Save A Life - The Fray
  2. Weapons: Hunting rifle, pump action shotgun, katana, hatchet and a big sturdy baseball bat. A bag of grenades as well. Defence: I'd wear a leather jacket, leather gloves, thick denim jeans and some sturdy hiking boots for land travel. Decent wet weather gear for sailing. Hiding Place: I wouldn't, keep moving. Technique: Head to the coast, stock up on plenty of supplies and steal the nearest seaworthy yacht. Hug the coast, stocking up on food when necessary and head for the mediterranean. Pull in at Majorca and enjoy cocktails by the water 8-) Theme Song: Monster - The Automatic :P
  3. I sail a lot and have been for about 11 years now. At least twice a year we go down to the coast and sail every day down there. We have a Topper, Laser and a Mirror, and i'll sail in friends Pico's as well. It's great fun, I absolutely love it. When there's a good wind and you're zipping across the bay with the spray coming over, leaning right out and just on the edge, it's unbelievably exhiliariting. Or the times when there isn't much wind but plenty of sun and it's just nice to be chilled out on the water. I've sailed in bigger boats as well, working boats and 30+ft yachts but i've never had as much fun just messing around in dinghies. I've completed RYA stages 1,2,3 and Blue, Red and White and i'm hoping to become instructor qualified at some point in the next few years.
  4. I'll normally wear jeans and a rugby/polo shirt. Or a hoodie when it's a bit cold or I just want to relax. T-shirts and shorts whenever the weather is good enough, and nice shirts for family meals and such. Other than that, i just wear what fits well me and I feel comfortable in. I wish I could say brand names mean nothing to me but I like quality, so often I wear some of the better known brands because I like their style.

Yes, but with that guilty conscience you get from knowing you really should be revising instead of going out or having more turkey :P
  6. Belasco, i'd very interested to know if anybody else has heard of them. They're big in Germany apparently.
  7. Ah this reminds me of when I went round to a friend's house when I was a bit younger. He had two cats, and if we sat in the armchairs on opposite sides of the room, when the cats walked and tried to rub against your legs the trick was to flick the cat from underneath, across the room and make it land on my friend's lap. :P It was great fun except once when his mum walked in to see her cat flying midair through the living room. :P
  8. Funny when it's someone else, but I always jump out of my chair with things like that.

My mocks are after Christmas, starting on the 5th January. I don't know if they're being kind by giving us the extra time to revise or cruel for making us revise over the festive season. Either way, I got my timetable and it's awful. Exams are crammed into the day like nobody's business with hardly any breaks. Yuck. I'm predicted 10 A*s so anything less and i'm officially "underachieving" :P
  10. It's just....gone :( Well that sucks, bring it back please!
  11. Economic Left/Right: 0.63 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -0.77 Heh, I'm a little less right wing than I thought i'd be, but otherwise pretty balanced, which I suppose i'm happy about.
  12. I'm a libran, but don't believe any of it, except when I want to. Basic psychology really.
  13. Yeah, take her out for a nice meal. Food always cheers me up, and it'll give you a chance to have a chat and help take her mind of it all.
  14. Good names: Gun N' Roses Primal Scream The Mars Volta Grand Funk Railroad Humble Pie A Perfect Circle Bad names: Have Fun Dying Megadeath Slayer Anthrax...
  15. Am I the only one that agrees? Besides, I didn't know there were people that were both fan of the RHCP yet also considering buying an American Pie DVD. What horrible movies those are. No, I agree as well. Topics like these are just... well [to put it bluntly], stupid. And the fact that they are two quite different things just makes it even worse. I second that, but I say just get the cd.

It sounds like the "democracy" that's in place wasn't much of one, so if this is what it takes to bring Fiji back to what it's citizens want then that's fine by me.
  17. Of course, how could I forget I was only listening to it the other day. A brilliant collaboration.
  18. How could I forget, Robin Williams, quite possibly the funniest man alive.
  19. Right, i'm going to start doing clues with these new rewards.
  20. Mark Knopfler and James Taylor - Sailing to Philadelphia
  21. I'm not a fan of Dr. Pepper really. Coke or ribena win the affections of my tooth enamel
  22. You need a god cape for them to auto attack you.
  23. Nothing in particular, sometimes though I just walk into the garage late at night when it's dark to get something from the freezer, and there's a window by the freezer and a branch/vine type thing always look's like someone pressing against the window. That freaked me out enough first time so that I threw a frozen loaf of bread at the window :P
  24. I have a lot of respect for insane and Daan.
  25. Time travel in the sense of Dr. Who style Tardis machines probably isn't possible. Time dilation and ageing faster or slower relative to another person is perfectly reasonable. Just not quite as cool :P
