Sorry, I completely forgot there was more than one kind of chinchompa! Red chins. ;) They're in the jungle hunting area. EDIT: Wearing larupia armour is quite helpful! And set up as many traps as you can, up to five. I'm sure there are red chin hunting guides in the AOW, definitely check those out!

Yep, definitely chins. Great money, and fast experience as far as I've heard. The only disadvantage is it's not at all afk-able. You have to pay attention the whole time. But that's true for almost the whole hunter skill. Good luck!

Actually, I have definitely wondered about this lately. I've been farming lots of ranarrs, and I usually get 7 or so. I always get well over 20 (I do four herb patches). Twenty would mean I got 5 per plant, which is the minimum with magic secateurs. Even if a plant dies the minimum I ever got was 19..

I will try later. I'm working from my laptop at uni, and I have limited battery power, and I need to save some for a class later. :P Just tried restarting my computer, that didn't work. Everything worked perfectly fine until I cleared all the history from my browser yesterday.. EDIT: I reinstalled Java with firefox, and now it's working for firefox too. But I'm still stuck at this stupid checking for updates portion. I'm starting to get really frustrated. :P Maybe I should just come back later. Any suggestion people have are totally welcome.

I used to always use swiftkit.. it was wonderful. But then it stopped working for me (because it uses internet explorer.) My client is stuck at "checking for updates" btw.. Gets to about 45% and then it stops, sometimes jumps back down to about 43%. Guess my problem isn't solved. :(

I seen a topic similar to this a couple days ago. However, I think my problem is different. When I click "play game" the only thing that loads is the top bar. When I wasn't logged into the site, the ad at the top loaded as well. I tried logging in to see if that would make a difference, but it doesn't. It doesn't even try to load anything from java. Java doesn't open in my taskbar at the bottom. Usually it does. I cleared the private data / history on my computer last night. Would that affect anything? You'd think it wouldn't.. Anyways, is there anything I should try? EDIT: I went to this link: http://java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml And nothing is loading.. It has something to do with Java is my conclusion.

Summoning is certainly worth getting into. Agreeing with the above poster, stealing creations is a fun minigame. :D Don't worry about the economy, unless your a merchant, I don't see why anyone should be worried about the economy. Boss killing isn't my sort of thing, but a lot of people enjoy it, and it has potentially great rewards. :D Do some quests, raise some skills. There are endless possibilities!

You're introductory story was really good! Definitely liked the background. :D Game doesn't sound like there's much to it yet, but that can be worked on. A good "ultimate" reward of sorts would be a high level prayer, like level 75. Not sure what it would do.. but you'd have to buy it using the rewards system from this minigame. I'm not sure I understood the part where the players managed to circumvent not being able to directly combat each other. Is it supposed to be a method of harming other players? Or just making it harder for them to kill the spirits? Either way, it sounds great in the making!

I'm not having this problem (I'm using firefox), but I am experiencing an annoyance. When I first load runescape, firefox freezes for 30 seconds or so. If I click on anything it says it's "Not Responding." It always comes back though, and loads just fine, but does this sound anything like your problem? Even if it does, I have no solution to it either. :(

I second this. Always see at least 3-4 when i tele there to restore prayer between tasks. I third this. :P I see lots around there when I go to the berry patch on my farming rounds!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. Using a zammy spear HUGELY lengthened the amount of time I could stay at Aquanites. I generally fish my own food, make my own potions, etc stuff like that, so I'll stick with monkfish, which isn't a problem for me. I'm definitely feeling more successful there now. :)

Isn't it? I really thought it was.. oh well, okay thanks. Guess my monster hunting will just have to account for that. :P

Zammy spear on stab, that would definitely be something to try. :P I'd use a unicorn, but I'm forever away from 88 summon, so that won't happen in the near future. I'll try the spear for sure, thanks!

So I got an Aquanite task for the first time. Went to try killing, prepared with magic defence. Got my Bunyip and Swallow Whole scrolls too. Get there and find out these guys make me a food hog. xD So is there a better way to go about killing them? Should I be using something other than a whip? Something other than a Bunyip? (I only have 74 summoning.) Suck it up and go fish lots of monkfish? Any suggestions are helpful, thanks. :D

I've been doing the second bone list for that old man, and I'm having issues it seems. I've killed a few monsters and get their bones (turtle, blue dragon, crawling hand), but I've killed other monsters and I'm not getting the bone at all. I've killed Ugthanki, a bronze dragon, jungle horrors, and none of them dropped them. I was gonna try and kill Bork too, but he ended up almost killing me, but I had the feeling I wouldn't get a bone from him either. Probably just negativity, but whatever. :P So what's going on here, why aren't I getting these bones?? EDIT: Just killed an Aquanite for a slayer task, got it's pelvic bone.

Not always true. I've had this problem with so many pairs of headphones.. and finally I quit trying to buy good quality ones and bought the cheapest ones I could find. They've worked ever since.

If you finish the Mountain Daughter quest, you can climb over that rock. It's a much easier way to get into the camp.

Low level pking is completely different from high level pking and there's many differences in between the two. Some people enjoy a certain type of pking so they make accounts which stay in that specific level group. That's why people make skilling accounts? Low level skilling is completely different from high level skilling, and there's many differences between the two. Some people enjoy a certain type of skilling, so they make accounts to be in that specific group. So.. yes, it looks like that's why people make skilling accounts. EDIT: By the way, if something is completely different from something else, it's a bit redundant to say there's many differences between them. :P

This morning, I hurriedly finished my waterfiend task before going to school. I planned on doing some farm runs, but for whatever reason, rs has been super laggy whenever I'm at the university here. So that hasn't happened. Got work later today too, so it doesn't look like I'll get to do anything else! :( Oh well, means that whenever I get a chance to play again, I'll have a fresh, fun slayer task to look forward too.

Ooo looks like fun! I need to finish a few of the diary's myself.. but I just don't have enough time right now. :( Sometime I'll get to work on them, and hopefully there'll be a few more elite diaries by then too!

There are a lot of dumb posts going on here. :P It's just for fun. Why not? I personally don't have a side account, (that I use, I have made other accounts though) but I do understand why people make side accounts. Why make a pure? Why not just raise your combat skills on your main? The same reason people who like to skill make "skilling" accounts.
