I took my Bunyip into the Chaos Tunnels today for my Dust Devil task. I've used a couple attacking familiars there before (Cockatrices, Vampire Bats), and there's never been a problem for me before. However, my Bunyip isn't fighting. I asked a couple people, and they say they've never seen a Bunyip fight before. However, one of my friends looked it up and said they are supposed to give attack exp. So is this a glitch? Or why don't they fight? (I'm definitely in a multi-combat area.)

I agree... I don't think that would be such a hard thing to fix, and it's seriously a waste of points. I wish I could add more to this meager post, :XD: but you've said it all.
  3. I've grown almost all my herbs up to 70. If you buy snap seeds and red spider's eggs, and make them into Super Restores, you generally make a profit I've found. However, its 2590 Super Restores from 63 to 70, which means you would need to succesfully grow ~432 snapdragon plants.
  4. 22-23-459-55604646 The quick find code for the W89 Dorgesh-Kaan Agility Guild. You can read up on that course there. Until then, I would go with Brimhaven Also, or just a lower agility course if you'd prefer that. Brimhaven is fun though. :D
  5. Wow I really hope that that's how things are going to work. :D That would rock! We definitely need those common things to become needed again. If smithing became profitable again... that would be great. :D
  6. I think that in the info in the Item Database for the Magic Whistle from the Holy Grail, it should say something about how to get it back. I spent a while today trying to find it, and retracing my steps through the quest before finally referring to Zybez before I found out how simple it was to get it back. You need to use the Fairy Ring (BJR) to get to the Fisher Realm to get the whistle back. I think it would help a lot of people if that was included somewhere in either the quest guide, or the database entry, or both. :D Thanks for reading. :)
  7. I always pick up coins on slayer tasks. I don't pick up normal bones, but I always pick up big bones. I love doing a Fire Giant tasks, and everyone else is leavin the bones lying around. :D Free exp for me!
  8. I hally them from safe spots in the Chaos Tunnels. I used to hate these tasks too, but after doing them this way, they really aren't so bad. :D
  9. Knives are faster, and bolts are cheaper. It really depends on how much you wanna spend. Knives are very fast, and bolts are really slow compared to them. That's why knives are faster, even though bolts hit higher.
  10. I'd also say to stick with the Bunyip. Much less of a hassle, and you don't need to work on getting another level too. :D
  11. Die already. Your post was just as useful.
  12. Yeah some surprises really would be nice. Someone go tell some Jagex Mods. :P Knowing everything that's gonna happen to you is never fun. Construction was a great surprise. :D Didn't they say, after Hunter, that they would never tell everyone about the release of a skill after that? Or was it just the exact date? :?
  13. Know what? You never used to have a grave stone at all. I think everyone should be thankful and stop complaining about how hard the game is when you lose stuff, and then later complain that the game is getting to easy. Seriously. So you lost some stuff, big deal. Go do a little work and get it back. Gives you something to do to break up the monotony anyways.
  14. Buy iron ore/bars, smelt them if they're ores, and make them into knives. I think you even make a small profit that way. If you're willing to spend money you could buy steel bars to smith into plates, and either alch or sell those.
  15. When I was f2p ages ago, I bought cow hides and tanned them into hard leathers myself and made them into hard leather bodies. That would exceed your limit though, as it would take over 6k hides. I'm not sure if there's any profitable ways to train crafting anymore.
  16. Wow that would be really crappy if he did steal it... I haven't heard of this bug until now. If the three hours isn't up yet, then just wait and see. There isn't much else you can do anyways. If it's past the three hours, report the bug, and report the player for bug abuse. If that's the case, it' not likely you'll get your mask back. Sorry man.

I don't play Fist of Guthix much, but I definitely like playing it the strategic way better. It completely destroys the point of the game to play any other way. Most people are just lazy and just there for free fast xp. I think they should severely decude the exp given, not take it away completely. Either that, or make you use your own runes. What would be wrong with that? It would definitely help revive the fall of Runecrafting. I think that's a great idea actually. Make FoG use your own runes.
  18. I'm pretty sure the fishing shop in Port Sarim has a Buy-X option.
  19. My feedback: This is the wrong forum. I'll report it so it can hopefully be moved to it's correct place (Bugs and Suggestions). However, it's been thought of before. I don't see how well it would work as this is a point and click game.
  20. I don't know much about what is included in this stereotype, but I don' advertise that I play either. I used to play it in school sometimes, but when people started telling me the game was dumb, I quit playing in public. :P However, I don't think people that play these types of games are "nerds" or "losers" (probably has something to do with the fact that I play these games :P). As more people start playing these games though, the stereotype won't be so popular. As people grow more mature also, they'll realise that stereotypes are dumb.
  21. I play it for fun, and to waste my free time that would otherwise be wasted somewhere else. I enjoy skilling for the most part, but Slayer's my favourite skill. :D I have a few goals: 500/1000 Brimhaven Agility Arena Tickets All 70+ Skills 89/90 Defence (which I will actually start working on once I get all melee stats to 90 using a whip on controlled) 75 Runecrafting I have lots of other mini goals but these are my main ones. :D Nothing gets done too fast because I'm never really stick right to a goal. I do whatever I find fun at the time. I've been working on the agility tickets for a LONG time. :P I had 200 sitting in my bank for months and months, and only this week did I ever feel like going back.
  22. I don't think anyone really understands what the deal is with getting more than you offered, but I know this for sure: You will never get less gold, on something you are trying to sell, than you asked for. You will never pay more gold, on something you are trying to buy, then you said you would pay.
  23. Wow I totally forgot what old dragons looked like. :o Crazy pictures. :D
  24. No they have not been nerfed. The amount of money is mostly luck, but one drop every hour doesn't seem too likely.
