  1. It takes 1 beam, 1 brick and 5 swamp paste per 6 percent resources. So buy the swamp paste, and equal numbers of beams and brick, run to temple and start building - resourses will "get stored" into the temple. When you have inv free again, go back to shop, buy the rest, back to temple. The resources to up to 105 percent, so to fill it up you need the amount of materials the guide state. Then, as you build, you slowly consume it, and the % resourses will fall slowly. But yeah, I agree the guide is a bit unclear. Anyways, no matter how log time it goes, how many times you log out and such - the percentage resources you have in temple will not go down from other things than building. I was there yesterday which was first time for several months, came there with a full inventory, and found that resourses was over 90% from last time I was there.
  2. check your clue again, most likely it says 17.50 north, 8.30 east
  3. I have not been there for long, but I definitly suggest doing the quest that give you access to Burgh de Mott bank: In Aid of the Myreque. Having access to a bank close to Mortton will make it a LOT easier for you :) Other than that, simply burn as high level shades as you can, and before you go there, stock up with a big load of the kind of logs you need. It is well worth it to train some fire making if you are close to a level where you can burn a higher level shade.
  4. I say go for members as soon as possible, EVERYTHING is easier to level up there - and with a lot more varied ways of doing it :)
  5. The cups disappear when you leave the house, so you cant get one from someone else.
  6. Check your quest journal. Eventually you have missed to talk to the gypsy or the cook about Evil Dave.
  7. I would get rid of the swarms - and I wish evil bob would give a better reward.
  8. They are both good ways to make moeny. But remember that it's not only about making money, its also about what experience you get during the process. So... what do you want the most, crafting experience (from spinning the flax) or fishing+cooking exp from the lobsters?
  9. My First Is in water, Also in tea:A, T or E MY second in fish, but not in the sea: F, I or H My third in mountains but not underground: M, T, A, I or S My last is in strike, but not in pound: S, T, R, I, K, E ->Time
  10. I lost all my pics due to 2 or 3 hard drive crashes... This is the only one i have, and the only reason I have it is that it was posted on other forums. It's me getting 1400 total the 2nd November 2003.
  11. I'm the same, and I am 86 herblore. The only thing I buy from other players are wine of zamorak. What to spend your money on: Miscellania workers!!! Make sure you have both miscellania quests done, then make a large investment there, putting as much as possible in herbs, and the rest in whatever suit your needs best. This is a VERY good source of herbs. I will try and find you a good link. Edit: ah, tip.it has a page about it here: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=manag ... ingdom.htm As you see, with a max investment, you pay 827 gp per herb, and that is without getting guam or marrentill. When you buy from other players, you often pay 1k each, and get lots of guam and marrentill. Snapegrass: Your house is your friend in this, so move your house to relekka. Snape grass spawn in mass amounts on waterbirth island, just were the boat land. So tele to house, run to boat, pick grass, tele to edge or castle wars, bank, repeat. Very fast. White berries: very quick to get if you have done the quest Mournings End part 1. Kill some elves get a bunch of elf chrystals, and have Eluned recharge them. Run from Lletya to white berry spawn, fill inventory, teleport with cryatal back to Lletya, repeat. Mort myre mushrooms: again your house is your friend, if you have a Kharyll (=canifis) teleport portral, and an altar to recharge your prayers. House tele tablets save some space, but are not necessary. Quest fairytale part II and use of the fairy rings is another option. Try to exchange potions for herbs: have a reasonably large stock of 3-dose potions, and exchange for herbs. This give you the experience and for that you provide the vial and the second ingredient. Do this for the potions where the seconds are easy to get. Farming: also a VERY good source of herbs. Remember to always use super compost. I plant my seeds, then I do something else and let them manage on their own. Most of the time they survive. I got my seeds both from thieving master farmer, and as monster drops mainly when I did slayer assignments. Regarding vials: well, I always buy whenever I pass through ardounge doing other stuff. I buy a few at the time, however much the shop on the world I am on happens to have, and I dont bother to world hop. On the other hand, I pass through ardounge often, for example when I'm farming and when I'm on treasure tails so it adds up.
  12. Take a look here: some may have changed (tiara moulds I think), since it's old topics, but it will give you some suggestions of heavy items http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=326436 http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=277277 Note: read them - but dont reply, they are old :P

  14. I really suggest you do something that both give you decent exp and cash. No matter if mining essence is good cash, it's lousy mining exp. In the long run your own levels are more important than quick cash. If you are to mine, mine essence and work on your own levels, and later make nature runes to sell, or mine something that give better exp, but still give cash when you sell it. Pick flax, spin it and sell the bowstrings. This will give you both money and good crafting exp, though it's boring.
  15. What does your quest history say? Does it give any hint of what to do next?
  16. Attack to 60 for dragon weapons, prayer to 43 for protect from melee which is very useful in some quests. Keep in mind that basically everything is easier to level on members, so the non combat skills can wait. Also, stock up on emeralds/emerald rings and sapphires/sapphire necklaces. Once you are a member you can enchant them and use them for easy, reasonably cheap teleports. You may also want to stock up on raw materials for fletching.
  17. They are in edgeville dungeon, around level 10 wilderness. If you havent been there before, take 3 items (weapon, plate, legs) - so you dont loose anything valuable if you get pk-ed. Also take some food. Edgeville bank isnt too far away if you find out that you need more food or something else. Try it out :)
  18. when there is 2 spaces for discs, you must use both. When there are 3 spaces, you must use all 3. This confused me at first as well. Try some different combination.
  19. Try this :) http://kbase.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/ ... cat_id=806
  20. The problem with the "official worlds" is that a lot of people who go there have no clue what to do to win the games. Instead of helping to take portrals down, they ONLY fight monsters and hence the team loose. This means that the ones who know what to do, and want quick games team up on other worlds, worlds that change fairly often. So before you join such a group, make sure you know what to do to win games quickly :) Take a look at RAHK's guide: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=501862
  21. 181 fire lighters (89 red, 64 blue and 28 green). So yeah I love treasure trails :P Edit: Should be like this, right? Fire Lighters - 181 - Gugge - Second Place - RAHK (70) :P
  22. talk to the monkey child, who will cry and cry and cry. Be a meanie and keep talking to him.
  23. Runescapefan is correct, a fully charged ammy of glory has 4 charges. You recharge it by dipping it into the fountain of heroes, in the basement of heroes guild. You need to have finished heros quest to enter.
  24. I hardly ever use the official forums for mainly 2 reasons: - they move too fast for me. Boom a few minutes and topic is on page 5... - lousy search option.
  25. I think the latest one I got was pretty funny, it was something like "no don't tell them, let them think you are a mighty warrior instead" I am a mighty warrior, am I not?
