Dragon Dagger V.S. Dragon Claws
oh I see. But the Dclaws work on a weird hit system -- It can't be really confirmed that the max is 29-29-14-14 on that. And how much would that drain on your prayer? Wouldn't it be a lot? You can't potato brew ppot... Anyways, thats still an 80 hit. pizza shark brew/karambwan would out eat it but just barely.

Relleka Diary: Thoughs on tasks and rewards
Kill a Dagannoth King -- Rex, prime, or supreme (Hard) Kill a Wallasalki (Medium) Kill a Rock Lobster (Medium) Kill a Giant Rock Crab -- even if in chaos tunnels, could be in there... (Medium) Go all the way through the waterbirth dungeon -- past DK lair... (Medium/Hard) Use a shortcut in the slayer dungeon (Hard) Kill a Kurask (Hard?) Put your house in Rellekka (Easy) Isn't there a guy you can talk to in the Waterbirth dungeon if you go up the ladder instead of down after axing down the doors? That could be in there... THeres a lot of random stuff to kill but I know there won't be all killing... I dunno. Just some thoughts I had.

Dragon Dagger V.S. Dragon Claws
When you 2-hit someone with DSS, maxed stats, brewed, and using tuna potato + brew, post a video please... Guessing you meant DDS? It's rare, but I've seen it happen. But how many people use tuna potato + brew when pking? Almost no one, cause then you gotta restore then pot up again. Though Tuna Potato + Karambwan, I suppose. Also the person would pretty much have to see it coming. And just because they're maxed defensive doesn't mean the damage will be less. Heck, I've been 2 specced in torags by DDS. The thing is, anyone whos maxed will probably see the attack coming and pray melee before the second spec. The max spec with DDS I've seen is a 42-42. It's rare, but it can happen. Everything about this part though, is so rare, that it is really unlikely to happen. A guy pking in maxed defence (torags, not that pvp crap or w/e), already brewed up and a guy in max strength (bandos, not that pvp crap again) seeing him and running up to spec him out, the guy being fast enough to do a tuna potato + brew (or a tuna potato + karambwan -- which would actually heal 40 instead of 38) YET not fast enough to turn on protect melee... but he would be knocked down to 31 hp in 1 spec, heal to 71, and he could still get 2 hit... add in pizza (pineapple pizza + potato + karambwan) and that would still only heal to 82. Add a blitz into the rush and its even more powerful. So its possible, but this whole situation is just so unlikely. I can't afford max str bonus or max defence atm, and void isn't good enough on DDS. Though I have specced a 41-20 without any bandos on... DClaws could do the same thing, but you actually can't really MAX hit -- too high of a hit and its purposely changed to a 0 to prevent 1 hitting (think the highest is 40 that can appear in 1 splat on the spec). The highest spec I've seen is 36-18-18-10, which is 82 damage, yet still very rare. Less than a DDS, but here's the thing: The lowest spec I've seen with claws is 0-0-7-8. The lowest spec with dds I've seen is 0-0 (happens a lot when you're 122 without summoning...). I've seen the claws in action in PvP, and they've been hitting loads whereas dds hasn't been hitting much at all. So from my experiences, claws are definitely more accurate. Those damage limits on DClaws is why i don't suggest them for pures -- Too high of a hit and it becomes a 0. The 3rd and 4th hits are always non-zero numbers though. So idk. Another problem is that these just came out -- after a couple weeks we will be able to really see the difference. If I had a pair of dclaws myself, I'd go do some personal testing with them. But with the rarity, we're all pretty much having to run off our own observations and not our own testing. We really need someone that actually owns some dclaws and uses them at many various places to come here and tell us. Someone that will try them out at God Wars, someone who will try out a bunch of rounds of dclaws versus dds in Duel Arena or soemthing, someone that will try them out normally training doing slayer on like.. black demons or something. Thats when we have a really good source and a really good verdict on which is better.

Dragon Dagger V.S. Dragon Claws
However, from what I've seen, dragon claws ALWAYS hit. I haven't seen a 0 0 0 0 spec yet. The worst I've seen is 0 0 7 8 so far. Even on someone who was in torags and praying melee it was hitting. Dragon claws have many aspects you are not taking into account. It hits 4 times in 1 spec, and those hits are based on the first number you hit. Dragon dagger is 2 separate hits in one, neither based on the other. If you hit a 32 on one hit, the other might be a 0. Dragon claws actually look a LOT more accurate with the spec -- again, I've seen them doing a lot better than DDS against people with 99 defence. Also, I know you can't get 1 hit at max HP, but you can get 2 hit at max hp. My friend got 2 hit like 5 times in a row by dclaws in good gear. DClaws may not say they're more accurate, but from the looks they always hit. So its pretty much gauranteed that DClaws is more accurate. It's a little hard to explain though, with the way dclaws seem to work.

Dragon Dagger V.S. Dragon Claws
I'd prefer the Dragon Claws over the Dragon Dagger. Dragon dagger never specs good even on rune at my level... it will spec decent sometimes but once every like 20 specs it will hit something high. I'd prefer using DClaws at god wars, pvp, and most of my stuff -- it just seems a lot more reliable. For pures, dds is better, though... dragon claws have damage limits and dds hits a lot better.

Skills that most need updating
Theres a lot of updates that could be used. 1. Firemaking - I definitely believe this is the most useless skill. After 99, you rarely need it ever again. What I think would be smart and would get people to possibly start doing it is to make a way to get summoning charms from firemaking. I heard from a reliable source that Jagex is actually looking into this and might be creating it, however when, I don't know. Higher logs giving more charms... but it can't just be normal firemaking, there has to be something else to it probably. I dunno, but it needs an update badly. #1 on my list. 2. Agility - it just lacks appeal now. After 81 or something, you don't need it, and most people will stop after 70 because they do Saradomin God Wars, thats it. Super Energies, terrorbirds, bull ants, oo'glog pools, they all just make it pointless. The only way its really good is f2p warring, imo. It needs a little more -- the shortcuts are good, but thats about it. Probably #2 on my list. After that, not sure. Mining - No minigames (stars don't really count imo), just like 10 ores you can mine. This just needs to be expanded on. However, theres a reason rune ore and bars are high in price... so thats probably why they haven't added much to it. If they released a way to make it tons faster to get 85, it would hurt the economy a lot. So I'm not sure. Construction - Just needs a few updates so its nowhere high on the list. Farming patches (someone suggested it earlier), small summon obelisk, maybe a possible big summon obelisk but I don't think that would be smart. Would ruin the Spirit Kyatt kinda... except for the loading times. But someone with nothing but an exit portal and an obelisk would have a really fast time... so high construction? This isn't high up, but the farming patches would be nice... and the small summon obelisk really should be added lol. Idk what else. But FM and Agility are definitely the highest on my list.

Summer's Ghostly Warriors(Wicked Exp n Money)Need Your Loot!
You only got 56k experience becuase you didn't use any pots. Pots would greatly improve the amount of experience you get. Take a super attack and strength, and you'll get loads more exp. And just because you have the highest str bonus (minus DFS or statius) doesn't mean its the best gear. For 56k exp in an hour without potting, thats really good. Potting would make you ~20% better -- that raises it up to about 67k, the value mentioned in the guide if I'm not mistaken.

Ultimate guide to Tormented Monsters 10k views
Magy Hazy has a video on youtube (Magyhazy on YT) on soloing demons. He kills quite a few using sharks. So you really might wanna look into that. I think its right near spot 2. I think I might have to quest :( DAMMIT! WHYYYYYYY :( I hate quests... But the demons seem good and a free 400k experience? Come on. It really is a nice guide though. But on one hand, you have the pieces of dragon armour falling because there was a JMod saying the plate will not only be assistable, but the requirements will be lowered to 92 smithing (what the hell?!). You also have a raising dragon claw price that, thanks to the spec, should be worth WAY more than it is worth right now... more like 2m at least. People have been buying for 5 mil... I mean, the spec almost ALWAYS 2 hits people. Well, 8 hits people technically, but you know. Definitely gonna have to do some questing :( I don't know if I can do itttttt :(

Wat? EDIT: Looks like someone else already found it :$ oops. Looks like a good quest to me.

SGS
Contacts have told me before SGS started raising that it was going to be manipulated. The next day, it started going up. So yes, its being manipulated. As for the dump price, I have nothing on that yet. Could be 45m, 47.5m, but I doubt they'll set it at 50m.

11 November 2008 - Stealing Creation
Having 7 stats below 60 fails :< Having 2 skilling stats above 80 fails even more :< Guess I'm gonna have to start skilling to play this game a lot more effectively :S I'm getting horrible scores per game lol... probably should stick to thieving and/or killing people and maybe having a friend help me get some level 5 armour and weapons... Considering I'm 81 thieving and this: [11] <[OH]RuneScript> *** [ COMBAT % ]: theuberelite is 85.01% combat based, with 82,878,278 combat based exp, and 97,491,315 total exp. By the way, how do the runes work from different level clays?

Runescape 'Everests'
99 summoning cannot be achieved at level 3 combat. actually with much money and exp lamps its not a problem ... Actually, how about the fact that Summoning raises your combat level?... :-# Before you try sounding like a know-it-all, think about the different scenarios. If you go onto an f2p world, you still have 99 summoning but without the combat levels. It's hard to accept that it isn't a F2P skill and therefor shouldn't be counted when in F2P? I'm having a little deja vu here... didn't we just have this argument a few posts ago? Seriously -.-

25-Nov-2008 Stealing Creation rewards system to change
Doubled experience? Jeez, the reward points must be put down really low now. Otherwise, brawling gloves might become kinda crap. I'm a little worried about that double experience. But the rest is good. GF to my friend who has 10m points XD

Saif's guide to killing rock lobs for Mains *and* pures <3
Or instead of suiciding, just attack prime and supreme and run back up. Works just as well. Gf Mike, the first pure to get 99 summoning, used these lobsters to burst. So I can tell you that you're going in the right path to make this guide. I have a lot of disagreements with your guide, though. First of all, you say that the second spot is the best spot to kill Rock Lobsters in all of Runescape. That's only really true for pures. The first spot, you are able to kill 9 at a time, versus the second only being 7 -- though luring 7 can get a little annoying. But the first spot, you have other things that can attack you, which causes problems. Thats why its better for mains. Your gear I couldn't disagree on more. The amount of pray you use there is minimal -- more prayer bonus isn't going to help you as much as the mage bonuses you miss out on. And if you can't afford the best bonuses -- you shouldn't be doing rock lobsters. This doesn't count 3rd age mage or the Arcane Spirit Shield -- those are just REALLY expensive and The best boots for 25 def or better are infinity boots. 1-24 defence, you should use Wizard Boots. The best helmet is debatable. Ahrim's hood has more defence (70 def req), farseer has less (45+ def), infinity has none (25+ def). Since you'll be praying the whole lure, farseer would probably be best, being the lowest cost with the same bonus as all the others. If you really wanted, though, third age mage hat (30+ def) would be best, but cost a hell of a lot and take a long time to get. Mitre is the best for 1-24, as it has the prayer bonus and the best mage bonus for that def. The best ring -- Seer's ring, hands down. +4 Mage bonus. If you can't afford that, don't come here. Its like, 200k. Best robes.... Ahrims at 70+, infinity at 25+, mystic at 20+, ghostly any lower. You can also use a Treasure Trail robe bottom instead of a ghostly bottom -- its the same mage bonus, but the robe bottom has pray bonus. Best shield -- Mage's book with 15 mage bonus. Just sell it after you're done. If you can't afford that... you really shouldn't come here. The reason you want mage bonus over prayer bonus is because you'll save more money with more mage bonus. You'll splash less often, getting you more experience, faster charms, and you'll spend less per charm. At the 9 spot, I only use about 5 prayer at MOST per lure, using about a 17 prayer bonus to lure them. I can't imagine it being over 5 at the 2nd spot -- a lot less running and luring. So mage bonus > prayer bonus. If you can get pray bonus while keeping your mage bonus -- go do it, of course. Still disagree with pretending to suicide. That's just sad. Seriously. That's pretty much all I can find. You got quite a bit to do :S

Guide to Extremely Fast Melee XP
Tried this spot the other day, but I used 10% prayer instead of 5%. Also used Rune Minotaur. Ended up with ~108k defence exp an hour. I used like.. 4 doses of prayer an hour, and I zammy brewed + super str potted every time I reaggroed. Used the recommended gear but whip and rune defender instead of course. And I only DDS specced at the beginning. It really is good exp. I'm 99 str, 99 att, 88 summon, 72 prayer, by the way. (also, rune minos are crap :< 151 minute timer but they're kinda inaccurate and only max a 16 :S They really should hit higher...)

Runescape 'Everests'
Hi :D Jad is still at 20 seconds for the record, but I have plans for faster... 10 to 15 seconds or so :P I still want to see this: A summoning tank with 95 summon (friend, Maxed At 62, is working on it -- 62 def, 50 summon... not sure on hp) 300+ kills in a CW game (record is 282 by The Murder21, I believe) Killing jad with a rubber chicken/flowers while brewed down to single digit melee stats the entire time XD. NOTE THE "BREWED DOWN" PART BEFORE YOU POST ABOUT IT BEING DONE BEFORE! Killing jad with snares in its melee range.... A lot of times you gotta get creative with things that haven't been done before, though. Theres a few I wanna see done... but I want to attempt them a few times before I say them :P But what is the point in all these "Kill Jad with ___ while ____" things? Sure some things are impressive like dharoking him etc. but I couldn't care less if someone has beaten him while wielding flowers and doing a handstand while drinking a glass of water. They're pointless, meaningless, they're not achievements. I'm much more impressed with things like First to ___ xp/skill/level or things like that. Things people actually have to spend hours working for and not something done just to try and impress YouTubers. Yeah I know... its a little more impressive to be that, but the whole jad thing has become a length of time, speed... a lot of it is starting to take a lot more skill and ideas and perfection. Not getting hit, getting all your pray switches right for a long time -- ESPECIALLY when pray flashing -- can get hard to keep perfect after being there for an hour. But yes, Jad is getting a lot less impressive -- I can only think of a few more Jads that would be impressive anymore. Either way, jadding hardly makes anyone famous anymore... not many people saw the video of snaring jad to death without pray flashing by Thomas 76r. And also, I had some jads already planned, thats why I thought of these first. Soloing the corp beast -- completely soloing it -- would have to be impossible now with the stomp attack. Pre-stomp, it was knocked down 1060 hp. Now, theres no safespot or anything in there... and theres the stomp. I still don't see it as being soloable -- someone would have to trade food or veng you or w/e. We are running out of amazing achievements that haven't been done before. Now, its all about beating records and doing something thats been done before -- but its always more impressive if you're the first. I suppose having maxed tokkul in the game would be impressive... but its buyable. And they would profit off of it in the end if they bought it probably. But buying all the stuff for that would take a hell of a long time, especially since you can only have like 2143m cash at a time XD And there would probably be some massive price increases of some items.. Now that I think of it, hasn't Muggiwhplar made a thread like this before? Its like... challenges in runescape or something... like, maxing out every KC in god wars (been done a few times), etcetera... I can't even think of anything that hasn't been mentioned before or that doesn't seem like it would be that impressive. Someone did mention earlier, killing a GW boss with no pray... I know that we've killed bandos plenty of times before without prayer, though. So I dunno what to add. Maybe bandos/zammy without using protection prayers solo. But yeah, idk.

summoning potion > sharks
I got 88 summon... the only place I've used unicorn so far is at God Wars... and I would have used it at DK's but everyone who was going ended up having something else to do :S Summoning points are only required to resummon familiars or use a familiars right click option (right-click fireball on Forge Regent takes summon points, so I would assume the same for the poison cure on a unicorn). To be honest though, I usually have been using guthans and combat familiars for almost everything slayer, though. I'm planning on switching that off to SGS and combat familiars when I can, though. Combat familiars are something I find more useful for almost every assignment in multi-combat, and those that aren't in multicombat, a bunyip usually is more than enough. The only place I'll really use unicorn is at Wyverns, Waterfiends, or KBD soloing (well... not really soloing -- helping my friend get charms on his summon tank XD)... or at DK's, GW's, and those bosses.... But yeah, you don't use it anywhere. But for the common person that does God Wars -- it owns.

Partyhats are back.
Purples are still sellable for max, but if what you guys say is true, next update it probably won't.

Uhm, what?
Its because people are using uncut dragonstones to transfer. It's being used quite often atm... but I think jagex has noticed. They've lowered the limit to xfer them I think from 50 to 10 per hour or something... so thank god for that. How, I'm not gonna tell -- its gonna cause people on here to try and use it. I'll be the smart one and report it.

Timing your eating, specs and blitzes/vengeance on PvP
Who's HP, the opponents or yours? And I'm guessing its based off their HP level, not their current HP?
