  1. Advance apologies but.... hahahahaha!! The Bank of RuneScape has used all the revenue they gained from some very clever investments, and have added twenty-four more slots to all members' accounts! That's probably thanks to this thread.
  2. Advance apologies for being a killjoy, but the only way you can make Jagex give you more bank space is if you get an incredibly large amount of free players to boycott the game. Campaigning/complaining because you want more is only showing them that their techniques are working, trust me.
  3. You get hitpoints XP as you obtain attack, strength, and defense XP, so your real total XP would be around 35,897. Sorry, you asked for someone to point on an error. By the way, I've totaled over 10k gp from cave horrors in this one trip (im safespotting, so the trip has lasted about a week) >_< Thanks. :) Since it was low-end anyway, this should just mean that my estimate is less low-end than I originally thought. :P
  4. Hmm... let's do a little bit of mathematics! :D I have: 1,818,481 Attack XP 2,058,570 Strength XP 1,148,443 Defence XP 1,701,991 Hitpoints XP Now, since I have no idea precisely what I trained on for that XP, let's say for arguements sake that I only trained on 1 creature. Let's invent that creature and call it the Meanie. I'm level 96, so a good average hitpoints for the Meanie would probably be around 50, since I've trained on things of ~120hp and things of ~15hp. To make sure nobody can quaff my results by saying that's too high, I'll give the Meanie 35hp! Now for the maths. At 35hp per Meanie, I'd get 140XP per Meanie. At 140XP per Meanie, I'd have to have killed: 12,989 for my Attack XP. 14,704 for my Strength XP. 8,203 for my Defence XP. 12,157 for my Hitpoints XP. Totalling 48,053. However, not all creatures I've trained on drop bones/coins. So let's nerf that total down to 30,000, but allowing a little extra for bones/coins that I've seen which other people have left behind. The next factor to be taken into consideration is that each applicable creature drops a somewhat random amount of coins. Lowballing once again, let's say Meanies drop just 20gp each time. So, I estimate at the very lowest end (in my opinion), that over the years I've neglected: ~135,000 Prayer XP. ~600,000 Gold coins. I estimate that at the higher end the figures would be something like: ~300,000 Prayer XP. ~1,100,000 Gold coins. In my advance defence, it's 1:30AM here, I'm very tired and somewhat intoxicated. If you can see an error in my calculations, please tell me. :)
  5. well i understand that neonihilist says this but i am not quite happy what he said, it's not really true if u started runescape early than u could have party hats, santa's, ... or like the Editor[tm] said u could earn good money with runecrafting before the "stupid!!" update of the pure ess (that's the update that i hate the most of all UPDATES jagex did) so runescape is very unfair for the ones who started a bit later with runescape. (probaly also the raison why they now don't give any halloween, christmas or easter suprises wich you can trade.) but otherwise is everything fair in runescape :XD: It's not COMPLETELY and utterly fair, no. But how much more fair can they make it? Starting to play later than most people is no reason to beg.
  6. As far as I'm aware, an official quest has not become of it as yet, but I'm sure one is on it's way. Ehm, I should probably converse with you in your native language... which, funnily enough would appear to be ogre. :P all i knowz iz dat ders no kwest der yet.
  7. Woodcutting was the first skill I got anywhere with, a very long time ago. I seem to remember reaching 45 and searching for maple trees, too. I was extremely disappointed when I found out I had to get to level 60 to cut anything new.
  8. I agree with jimbo. On the other hand, the scammers are still in the wrong and should still be banned. Ban them all, I say! Scammers and victims (only of the really stupid scams). :P
  9. I think it'd be incredible if someone were to re-create the entire RuneScape world in a program, where you have no character and there's no clipping, so you can basically explore and examine every bit of the RuneScape world easily. Not sure if that'd be allowed, though.
  10. If I put every beggar I find on my ignore list, it'll be full before sunset. :P The go to another world. I don't even want to know what some of you would do with the homeless in real life... Homeless people can't get jobs. Anyone can work for their money in RS.
  11. If I put every beggar I find on my ignore list, it'll be full before sunset. :P
  12. Touche, editor. Beggars. Drive. Me. Crazy.
  13. I block the advertisements as is, so no problems at the minute. If advertisements are implemented into the java application, I won't play RuneScape anymore either.
  14. Almost all of the clues are only any use if you already know the guy anyway, so of course you'd know he's the editor. The only clues that are useful to anyone else are the skill level clues and they're too obscure to draw any conclusions with.
  15. That third one is just big green spam. Picking cabbage is really not fun. If you truly find it fun to pick and bank cabbage over and over, you should probably seek therapy. That's just my opinion, of course. ;)
  16. Hmmmm, I'm hoping it's something that actually has a use this time around. One thing F2Pers do NOT need is more useless holiday trash. :P
  17. I can't recall mine, I haven't died besides PKing for quite a long time now. I should think THE most embarrassing death would be either: A) Death by a regular chicken (level 1) B) Death by Ghasts. C) Death by failing an agility shortcut. I think C would be most humiliating personally, say you fall in the Ardougne river (west of the West Bank) and die. Then, if you're one of those annoying people that dies all the time and begs your friends for things when you do, you get to PM all your mates and say 'can i borrow 200k plz, i fell in a river and died'.
  18. Personally I think drugs are more fun to be addicted to, thus I rarely play RuneScape these days. On the other hand, kudos to all the RS addicts, it's definitely a healthier addiction.. cheaper too! :) Oh and welcome to the TIF.
  19. LMAO. Just don't join the OoC if you're trying to REDUCE your level of boredom.
  20. I did the same thing as you when I was younger, Dragon. Except, I got caught for criminal damage and I was charged a year after I actually did the crime, by which point I'd stopped committing crimes. I continued to smoke weed and drink though. :P
  21. Heh, the only way we can ever know is if they implement more history based quests. Pondering probably won't solve the mystery, no matter how many people do it. :P
  22. Welcome aboard the SS TIF. Don't go overboard and you'll be fine :D
