Lumbridge Portal/Teleother Lumbridge/Lumbridge Teletab
Have become rather useless to the point of being obsolete havent they? With the new Home Port teleport you can use every 30 minutes, the cost of charging a Lumbridge Portal isnt worth it. Nor a teleother lumbridge as its kind of hard to find someone who is willing to cast it. The only reason to actually teleport to Lumbridge is when you need to get there really really fast, or a lot of times in a row. Sorry to say this, but Lumbridge isnt the trade center as a Falador or Seers or Ardougne or even Varrock is. When you have your POH in Yanille, you wont need Yanille Portal either. So lets list the portals that actually have some use: -Kharyrll (Canifis) -Ardougne -Catherby -Falador -Varrock 5 Portal directions, where nearly everyone with a POH will have chosen for 2 Portal Rooms. So do we need more locations to direct our Portals to? Yes, DEFINITLY. So whereto? I'll leave that up to TB@JT to decide, but a few suggestions: -Ghorrock (Ice Plateau, Ancient version) -Moon Clan (Lunar Magiks) -Kharzard (Lunar Magiks) Please discuss this issue of rendering this aspect of something so recently implemented (POHs are only a few months old) obsolete so soon... PS: If jagex wants to make Trawler popular again, allow us to mount a Lyre, and force it to be one thats charged with 4 charges (aka must have a Manta Ray). Watch money drained by everyone buying Swamp Paste.

Trouble Brewing; Homage to the most underrated minigame
The drinks arent sold a lot. Usually because noone bothers to make more then what they need themselves. As for the water only: You could only get 100 pesos with just water, no matter how much you added. Helping the team produce rum increases the max you can get (up to 100 + 2 * bottle of rums made), as well as some Firemaking, Crafting and Cooking xp. So it helps it get a few bitternuts, or flowers for colored water, enough to keep production going.

Unfair that it is only possible to do 1 spec when ranging?
As far as I know, Rangers arent meant to own Melee players... They are meant to own Mages arent they? And a high Range level is the perfect skill to compliment to any mage or melee-er As for the single or double spec: Stop your whining. You always put your attack mode on rapid. Ever considered Longrange? You can fire clear across the minimap with a spec, switch to rapid, and release 2 more shots before the warrior reaches you. You should survive long enough to fire the other spec, if not, what are you doing in wildy...

Its not THAT far away. You can go to Moss le'Harmless via the charter system, and drink a bottle of rum you can buy right there. MY LIVER!!! IT BURNS!! Actually, its for blue: MY LIVER! I FEEL IT SMELTING! and for red rum: ARGHH! IT TASTES LIKE BURNING!

Trouble Brewing; Homage to the most underrated minigame
-Trouble Brewing- Homage to the most underrated minigame that is still being played. Is there a Minigame out there? One which has some quest and skill requirements? One that will only have people playing it that have gone through the effort to get there? One that requires more teamwork then any other game? One that is so diverse, that even the highest levels that play it for the first time, are completely confused? There is. It can be found on Mos le'Harmless. And to get there easily, you can simply buy a bottle of Harmless Rum for merely 20 pesos (pesos = Pieces of Eight), a reward from the minigame itself. Drink it, and you appear right outside the game. So what do you do? Well, make alchohol, what else :) Tip It has a fine guide on the entire game, which is well worth the read. Although there is lots of jobs to do, some are more important then others. Usually getting Colored Water, along with getting the Monkey Bitternuts is the bottleneck of the entire rum production. To have the best production possible, you should have constantly enough ingredients for the next bottle (atleast 3 logs under each boiler, 1 sweetgrub, 1 scrapey bark, 1 bitternut, 3 colored water, and 5 buckets of water) Some people find it neccisary to burn bridges and the rum instalations. This isnt needed at all. You stand to gain nothing but firemaking experience, and the other team only loses. Your time is better spend gathering ingredients to help the team. Or, once there are enough ingredients, tons of buckets of water for your own pesos. You produce about 1 bottle a minute regardless, so the sooner you start producing, the more rum you make, and the more pesos you and your team gets in the end. So all this difficult stuff, what are the rewards? What can I buy with these pesos? Well next to working in a team, you can buy all kinds of naval clothing and piratical flags, as well as level 2 Clue Scrolls. But personally I go there for 'The Stuff'. 'The Stuff' is an extra ingredient used in Brewing (added just before the main ingredients, and after the water and barley). These allow for my brews to come out matured about half the time. I'll list what some of the mature brews give for stat boosters: Chefs Delight: +7.5% cooking (normal gives +5%) Dwarven Stout: +2 mining and +2 smithing (normal gives +1 each) Axemans Folly: +2 woodcutting (normal gives +1) Greenmans Ale: +2 herblore (normal gives +1) Wizards Mind Bomb: +4 or +5 magic (normal gives +2 or +3) to name a few. It also reduces the chance greatly of any brew ending up as bad ale. I have been using 'The Stuff' since it came out, and I have had only 7 batches of bad ale so far (out of what must be 90+ by now). Some uses of the ales are quite obvious, but did you know that a single glass of Mature Chefs Delight can get you 20k-45k on the forums? Regular will get you 10k-20k. And if you make a Chefs Delight barrel (flatpacked), it wil easily get you 100k as well as a nice bonus construction xp. Thinking Potions are better because they have more doses? WRONG again... If you manage to get your hands on some Calquat tree seeds and can plant it, you can collect quite a bunch of Calquat. These hold 4 drinks of beers. All you need is 1 beerglass to fill up and drink it. So effectivly, you use 1 more invent spot, but the stat boost gained is greater then that of a potion. So come on down to the ole Rum Factory on world 104, and have some fun with us. The more people are there, the more jobs can be done at the same time, the more rum produced, and so, the more pesos everyone gets. [EDIT]I COMPLETELY forgot to add the world that his game is played on: WORLD 104[/EDIT]

This has really put me off RS
Hey, Runescape is played by 0.1% of earths total population... So it isnt strange that a few years further down the line, it becomes some sort of lifestyle (like those WoW guys are oozing into, and what those weird pokmon and magic cards thigns have done)... before you know it, you'll be trading accounts on the streets :P

Future Of PoH - Discussion
Farming patches I like, but only for a select few (perhaps specialized) crops. Perhaps cut off another Dramen Branch in Entrana Dungeon to plant your very own Dramen Tree. You would be able to get a 1-use Dramen Staff for fairy ring access straight into the Lost city (after that you have to bank to get your permanent one) I'd also like to see an additional tool store level, with bronze hatchets and bronze pickaxes. That way you can go outside and cut a few logs to fuel your fireplaces with. Or better, I'd exit my house through Falador portal, run west towards Taverly mine (over the wall), mine some Iron rocks, back to Falador to smelt, and on my way back I'd hammer them into knives or darts or arrowheads at Doric's place. If only there was but 1 chicken in Taverly. (WE NEED MORE CHICKENS :P) And what about an Advanced Larder (I hear the white of the Marble keeps things nice and cool). It'd have all the Gnomic Ingredients (food and drink ofcourse) and for 1000 pieces of eight (pesos) you could get a shot of Harmless Rum (the one that teleports you to the minigame, if you have done the appropriate quest). If this is too much then how about just the supplies for Gnome Drinks in a Liquor Cabinet. Or what about Additional options for Portals? -Ghorrock (Ancient version to Ice Plateu, quick access to Obelisk teleports) -Moon Clan -Port Khazard (quick access to the Charter system, and Trawler) Only with the approrpiate quests can you access these. How about a Mounted Lyre? Works the same as the Mounted Glory, but you'd have to have a Lyre that is charged with FOUR charges (Manta Ray is required here). This would bring more people out to the Trawler, reviving yet another minigame. As for the Study. Why not allow us to make Lunar Lecterns (Demon and Eagle, for teleports and the other spells) or Ancient Lecterns (just the teleport spells). The Questhall should show completion of Recipe For Disaster as well (this shows completion of Desert Treasure, Legends, and Monkey Madness all at once). You should also be able to mount a stuffed Monkfish. (showing fish accomplishment as well as completion of Swan Song. Discuss :)

Alright...Own up.
Whats the point of such hitlist anyways... Is someone, or dare i say it, are some people watching the borders and all entry points to the wild and all the popular places just for these guys to show up? Is anyone runnin through the wild actually going to stop and check this list if they meet someone and go like "uhh... lemmy check if i should kill these" pointless really imo

A few (11) Construction suggestions
Lets start with Suggestion Zero: 40 rooms maximum... Or some other much higher figure then that. If Jagex was really out to drain money from the economy, why not let us build houses that you could TRULY get lost in. Now onto the good bits: 1: Ability to plant a Dramen Sprout in your Formal garden, which you can cut a twig off with a knive to get a dramen staff (after completing Lost city). 2: Instead of having the Scrying pools look at Canifis pub, have them look at the "town square" in front looking east onto, and into the bank. Same with Camelot teleport: should look at seers bank. Same with yanille, should look at Yanille bank and Magic Guild. 3: Additional Tool store level, which has unlimited iron axes and iron pickaxes. The axes would go great with the dramen staff and cutting trees outside your house. Or these could be in the Skill room, requiring a certain mining and woodcutting level. 4: Rune spawn areas. You need 100 of a rune (any, even blood) to make a spawn point in your house. No more then 4 spawn points per house. Runes cannot go outside of your house, same as with beer and beer glasses. This would cause the magical balance game to be used more. No magic xp is gained using these runes. These cannot be used for charging portals. 5: Chicken pen, Tree and Iron rock. Basicly to make iron arrows with for the Ranging pedestals minigame. No ore, log or feather can be taken outside of your house. The log can also be used to light the fireplaces. No fletching xp is gained. I'm asuming that you would be smart enough to let Nature and Fire runes spawn, for superheat. Also add an Anvil to your house in the Workshop (would require 15 steel bars). 6: Servant actually sets the food on the table where someone is sitting, instead of all of it on the ends. Also gets the option to serve food AND drink simultaneously, on the same spot on the table. 7: More available Lecterns. Lunar and Ancient Lectern, for relative teleport spells. Including the group teleport spells. 8: 3 additional portal destinations (directly viewable via Scrying Pool, ofc): Ice Plateau (Ancient version, quick access to Obelisk teleports), Moon Clan, and Port Khazard (quick access to the Charter system, and Trawler). Once again, these are only available if you have done the appropriate quests. 9: Kitchen addon: Liquor cabinet. Has all the supplies for Gnome drinks, as well as a Bottle of Harmless Rum (same one that teleports you to that minigame). 10: Mounted Lyre. Fremennik Trials has become a very much needed quest requirement for a lot of things. The Lyre however can only be mounted if it has 4 charges on it (so a Manta Ray would most definitly be needed to be sacrificed). I never said that any of these updates/suggestions should come cheap, infact to do what they were meant to do, include a gold leaf or marble block or two in each and every one of these. I reserve the right to use these in my own suggestions thread, you do not.
