Its vista. When Firefox loads a big chunk of information/data it takes a few seconds then longer to deal with it. But when Vista sees Firefox taking longer then usual it can try to restart firefox then throws up that error if you try to manual open up Firefox. As far as I'm aware there is not fix for Vista trying to auto-restart Firefox, so if you find one PM with it please. As for that error open task manager and kill off the firefox[Caution: Executable File] task, then open up firefox again.

Construction is the one skill where as your level increases, you have a new ability to waste even more money. There is absolutely zero profit in Construction. The time having a alter and portal room saves you when making barrows trips saves a lot of time. So you could argue that the time saved allows you to earn more money.

RAID 1 isn't going to get any speed improvement though. I rather have RAID 0+1, all the speed of 0 but with data security of 1. I'll take 4 SSDs in RAID 0+1 anyday. Anyway you should get this ram instead it has a lower CAS and works out cheaper. Personally I would get this case, it looks smarter and less tacky (my opinion anyway). Plus its an Antec which are great cases the 380W psu is a good one and will easily handle your system. Plus its only $40 after rebates (a steal).

You can kill him, but it takes a lot of effort and its really worth. Heres how to do it. Take a inventory of 8 p pots, 8 monkfish, 8 rings of recoil and a super set. (wielding a ring of recoil). Pot up, put protect from melee on and attack him. The first 3 forms are pretty easy, but fourth hits fast and heals fast. Keep an eye on your prayer and keep wielding the recoils as soon as they shatter. EDIT that's during the quest, my bad.

Bull ant You need 40 summoning first. I would go with either ZMI or the abyss. The abyss will make you money, ZMI will be quicker exp but cost you money at your levels. Personally I would stock up on pure ess, glories and super energy pots and use the Abyss to make nature runes or laws (you could always use the balloons for laws)

At a guess you need to update/revert JRE. Some versions of Limewire had issues with the newer version(s) of JRE. I would try Frostwire instead of Limewire.

Trout and Salmon are great exp to begin with (cooking wise) but there not worth the hassle. The only real use for fly fishing is fast exp, so bank/drop and fish again.

What?!? I think your a little confused, so far I've used only genie lamps, achievement lamps and tears of guthix to level construction. Which starts at 1 and I'm currently under lvl 30 and its still getting exp from tears of guthix.

If your worried about the cost of rannar seeds try toadflax. They cost around 300gp per seed and each toadflax herb sells for around 2k.

I would stock up on air runes (about every magic attack spell uses them), Lobsters (best F2P food source, right?) and normal strength potions (the only F2P combat potion). Those 3 are almost a given. Hate to look like I'm joining in the argument, but that is one of the most stupid things I've heard in a while. Most sites you at least one cookie, that would just nag the hell out of the user. Its like saying there should be a prompt "do you want to cache any of the information from this page". The only cookies I don't like are the ones where people have added cheese, ect to them.
