I'm pretty sure they don't stack, ie 7 pairs of gloves give you 7x exp. You only need to have 1 pair on you to have the bonus, you can keep the rest in your bank until they are needed.

Have you been playing with the connection settings? If so go into network settings (Start -> Control Panel -> Network Connections) and reset the LAN connection settings to auto. If that fails try this; Start -> Run -> [type] cmd [hit enter] [type]ipconfig /release [hit enter] [type]ipconfig /renew[hit enter] Open a browser and test to see if it works. If that still doesn't work, reset the connection settings in the browser to auto detect. And if that still doesn't fix it post back.

First of all they ripped you off really badly. For $102 you could have got a much better card. Newegg have it for $52. The latest video card made for the PCI slot (which I can find) is/was the HD2400. As you likely know the PCI slot is very poor for use with graphics cards.

I thought there was a big bit of research on this topic a while back. I'm pretty sure the optimal kill count of 20-30. Anything over was a waste of time and anything under didn't pay as much.

As OldJoe said it could be a virus. If a scan turns up blank, then its a Windows issue. For some reason Windows bugs or glitchs can have a big effect on the svchost[Caution: Executable File] process. The quickest way to sort this out is to run Windows Updates. In my experience it fixes 99.9% of svchost[Caution: Executable File] issues.

They are weak to fire spells, you will hit more often. Are you sure? The fire attacks are the strongest of which ever spell you cast, making them hit more/higher anyway.

Check your regional settings. Control Panel -> Regional Settings Go to languages and select Details. Just check its set to the same language/location as your keyboard.

I would be temped to get a set of Headphones or a headset. With a laptop you will be moving around a far bit, portable speakers have poor quality and big speakers would be impractical.

How are you currently connecting to the internet? If you using a USB modem then I would highly recommend getting a router. One more question ADSL or Cable?

First of all well put together :thumbsup: . I remember there being a guide to training using the Zerker necklace and the maul, mace or sword a while back (I think it got lost during the forum roll back). If I remember correctly the conclusion was there where at least a 10% increase in exp per hour then the other methods available at the times (the guide was written a few months after the necklace came out), well at least for strength training. Is strange how this topic popped up not too long after I had to explain the combo to my brother. Its true most people have either never heard of it or choose to ignore it. I must be honest I've never tried it myself, but when I get my new accounts stats to the required levels I'll give it a go. PS. You need to note the necklace is a bit hit and miss on the grand exchange.

Forgot to add; Use climbing boots or boots of lightness. Both cost either nothing or nearly nothing and will decrease the time taken per trip. Also wear rune pl8 body and legs. Much better def bonus.

What wireless card are you using? What encryption does the wireless have? I've had some issues with wireless, mainly all down to flaky encryption support.

No mention of my old route? If you have completed heroes quest and have high enough woodcutting try this. Use glory to get to edgeville, bank and equip your gear. Then use the canoes to get into the wildy. Run south to the green dragons just next to the graveyard. Kill them until your out of food. Then take a few paces to the south and use the glory to tele back to edgeville. Rinse and repeat. Note I haven't done this for about 6 months so it might have changed.

Have you tried running Windows Updates and seeing if there are any IE7 specific updates?

You need to add a PSU to that build. Apart from that is a good one.

Guthans really is only useful as a alternative to food and not a training weapon (the spear). If your looking for the laziest training spot the bandits are great, but the exp is less then that of non-afk training. This is due to the poor damage you do with guthans spear compared to a whip, god sword or d scimmy. Best uses for guthans is slayer of course. Other good monsters are Fire giants, good exp and the drops pay for the repairs. Cave horrors, best using a combination of Karils and Guthans (switch to Guthans just before you hit half your hp), the drops being the main reason to train on them. ... Those are the only 3 I used to use Guthans for (that was about 6 months ago so there may be more options now).

Boot up in safe mode (Hit F8 when Windows is booting up and select boot in safe mode). Then do a virus scan and a ad/mal/spy ware scan.
