  1. Try on the RSOF they have a special post for this kinda of thing. TIF also have a forum for item lending too. Good luck either-way.
  2. New update they can now.
  3. I'd take void if your not on a task and atleast 15 scrolls per pouch (with a lobster or shark drop you can just turn of protect range and use the food instead).
  4. Are you taking into account you get about 1.3 glass per set of sand/seaweed?
  5. Been using JoeDaStudd for about 7 years as an alias and I forgot my password to the JoeDaStudd account so adding spaces made sense and was free.
  6. I know ATI 4000 series cards offer this feature, but I don't have a clue about nVidia. Looking at the box it doesn't have a sound processing power so you won't be able to output sound and audio on a normal HDMI adapter. [hide=GTS 250 box][/hide] [hide=4850 box][/hide] Noting the bit at the bottom of the 4850 saying 5.1 audio
  7. The ram OldJoe posted is faster and works out cheaper by about $10 or so. Newegg.ca has been around for a while now (atleast 3 months) the only thing is I think there shipped from a US depot and taken across the boarder so the shipping and tax adds up. The X then number in AMD naming terms refers to the number of cores. Since 99.9% of games barely make use of 2 cores its seen as an overkill to have more then 2 cores by most gamers, the only real reason is for general use. That mobo is perfectly fine its just a typo by newegg which made me chuckle.
  8. Budget? Personally I'd switch a lot of the equipment, but knowing the budget first would make a lot more sense.
  9. Completely up to you. Personally I switched over from Sumona to Lapalok a month or so ago and have never looked back. I've been having a good run of tasks all of which apart from 2 tasks out of about 12 would have been easy to range.
  10. Bandos then Zammy then Arma (Sara before if you have 70 agility). Bandos is sustainable and will be the best for a starter (less chance of a tank teleing or having to random tank), plus KC is IMO the fastest to get of all GWD kc's.
  11. Void should add 5 to 10% more exp on average
  12. Little bit of advise don't advertise this or any spreadsheet giving the option for easy money. The instant you post that anyone with any sense will buy the good pouches killing any good profit.
  13. Would these be better then? Motherboard - MSI 770-C54 AM3 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130228 Processor - AMD Phenom II X3 2.6GHz - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103648 and for RAM 4gb DDR3 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134718 and a Sony SATA DVD drive - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118031 ? And what's wrong with the PSU that comes with the case? All looks ok, but get the ram OldJoe recommended. Personally I'd go with a X2 and get a better graphics card, but I use my desktop for gaming and not much else. Read the reviews about the case/psu and you'll see why the psu isn't too good and has a pretty high chance of being DoA. The mobo description made me laugh.
  14. Just like the original? Part 1 kill a load of random standard monsters. Part 2 kill a load of random higher level (possibly slayer) monsters. Everyone loves free prayer exp right?
  15. Word of warning replacing a touchpad is normally one of the most annoying parts to replace on laptop (last one I replaced I literately took the whole thing apart before I could replace the touchpad). Dry it out the try using compressed air to blow any junk out of the touchpad.
  16. Salamanders are ok, but you lose out on the nice tunnel safespots, which if used correctly save food or prayer doses per run.
  17. Tarns lair, basically either completing or skipping the maze (slayer rings) and defeating tarn.
  18. To get the salve crytal you need the mushroom and then reenter the mine like you did in the quest. To make it (e) use the diary on it, if you've done the miniquest it should be in your bookshelf or bank.
  19. Luck drops help be rebound like crazy. Normally I just spend a lot of time doing random things (a few hours of slayer, maybe some farming or green dragons) and a "luck" drop will allow me to speed train a skill or by a much needed item. A series of bandos split allowed me to buy a bgs and a few other niceties (they where all drop within about 10 kills). A lucky veracs helm on my 2nd barrows run in ages allowed me to burst to near 79 summoning. A lucky treasure trail drop got me a fury and a z spear. Been pretty unlucky since though.
  20. Divine sounds nice, but in any solo situation its added hassle. I mean for 5% less damage from every hit you lose a junk of your prayer. Deadly in various situations where you need both prayer and food. Think tanking Zammy GWD with divine, one spec and you need to restore prayer, eat and possibly activate prayer all in one go. Give me elysian over divine any day.
  21. Roving Elves and Regicide definitely the other 2 I've never completed.
  22. High alch it, they're none tradeable. Odds are you got it from a dagganoth.
  23. JoeDaStudd replied to Asellus5's topic in Rants
Without it changed in the last 2/3 weeks then you don't get any exp for the damage the scrolls give you. You don't even get the drop if the kill was solely via damage from scrolls.
  24. I've been off for about 2 1/2 weeks, but it was for gaining EP on a PvP world if I remember rightly.
  25. Get a SATA DVD drive, don't get that case expecting to use the psu as it sucks (the psu that is) and personally I'd jump straight to AM3 with the mobo and cpu as AM2+ is only a stepping block.
