i didnt make that poster, but it's good to know that SOMEONE got it..... i havent seen much more than purely circumstantial evidence on this topic, anywhere. you can't convict a criminal based on circumstantial evidence, and you CERTAINLY can't PROVE a far-fetched scientific theory with it. in fact, it's nearly impossible to prove any scientific theory 100%, but it only takes one correct experiment to disprove a theory. so until someone shows me evidence that my theory has been disproven, i'm sticking to it. the lack of pirates causes global warming! blame it on the pirates.

the problem is, people can't agree with one another. freaking liberals are so idealistic and conservatives are too uptight about everything. if only the entire world was apathetic as i was, it would be a much better place. :-k

im going to go out on a limb here and say that 90% of "UFO" sightings are simply test aircraft that got a bit too far out of the testing range, or someone happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. you would honestly be surprised at the technology available to humans. the "laws of physics?" pssh. just because an aircraft defies the laws of physics that you are aware of, doesnt mean that there arent other laws that you have no idea even existed? unless you have a phd in physics, you can't really use that argument. and even then, some of my physics professors have problems explaining why an experiment doesnt work they way it should. "shapes that humans can't make?" that's pretty much limited to spherical cubes. with CNC and Rapid Prototyping machines, we can make damn near any shape you can think up. there are several rapid prototype technologies that are even certified for flight. i'm on the formula sae team at my school, and one of our alumni works at Boeing on the "phantom works" project, making one-off parts for Boeing aircraft, and the Renault F-1 team. I won't outright deny the existence of extraterrestrial life, seeing as how we've barely even explored our own galaxy, much less the millions of other galaxies out there. however, i will say that i believe it's highly unlikely that any other life forms have made contact with our planet.

i kinda agree with tripsis, some of the questions were very hard for me to answer, because either werent specific enough, or i had mixed feelings on the subject. some of the questions were rather "in the gray area" if you know what i mean.

many of the questions were poorly worded, but overall, gives a decent idea of where you stand politically. i scored pretty much where celt did, which is a little bit less conservative than i expected.

well, the helm is tradeable now, but it still has the "destroy" option instead of a "drop" option. im not really sure what that means. also, it has a shop value of 20k. :-k

how about the rest of the barbarian assault rewards? you could make an entirely untradeable pking outfit out of that. im half tempted to do it. ive been sick of pkers complaining for a long time. even so far as i regularly go into the wildy with a lightish-red skirt on, and an inventory full of newcomer maps. complain about that loot :evil: how many pouches have you lost :roll: become alittle more open-minded...or maybe your brain isn't fully developed #-o did you even read my post? did i say that i didnt like pkers? no, it's part of the game, and its not likely to be removed any time soon. i said i was sick of them complaining. and what does being open minded have to do with anything? yes, i can see why people are complaining, i just think it's a stupid argument. you still have to take the time out to complete the quest, and it isnt an easy quest anyway, so if you want to risk your reward for the quest pking, then why shouldnt you be able to? also, the helm is now tradeable, so there. now dont you all feel stupid? and yes, nice insult, im sure that my brain isnt fully developed, and that's why i have a 3.7 gpa at one of the toughest engineering schools in the nation. :roll:

everyone is always complaing, "we need better armor and weapons" so when jagex releases new, better armor and weapons, people complain about them. :roll:

personally i like this helm better than the beserker. it has better or equal stats across the board, looks better, and i dont give a flying... erm.. dont care about pkers, so im happy with it.

you could easily cannon troll assignments on death plateau before.... dunno where you've been all this time.

the complaint people have with pc isnt about the average IQ of ALL players, just the high leveled ones. before pc, being a high combat level means you had the patience to train for months, and patience is generally(not always) tied very strongly to the maturity level of a person. pest control gives no risk, fast training that requires very little effort, and almost no cash at all, besides the initial investment of maybe full rune and d long at the least. i've never judged a person by thier combat level, to me, everyone in runescape is a scammer or a jerk unless they prove to me otherwise. i hate to be like that, but with the sheer number of dishonest players, i feel it's the only method of self defence, and for the most part, it works. back to the topic at hand, i like BA, i still play it, nearly every time i log onto world 9, there are at least a few decent teams to join. i dont think the rewards are that bad, especially the gloves and torso, and it's a nice break from the monotany of some rs skills, and isnt that what minigames are intended to be?

hey! i was there! those robes are sweet. i'm currently trying(well, in a roundabout way) to get a set of full zammy robes. but i totally agree that most people in this game are ridiculous. a friend of a friend recently stole my flared trousers that i got from a clue. my own stupid mistake, but seriously though? they arent even worth that much.... sickening, really. to sacrifice friendship or potential friendship for a rare, much less a few hundred k, it's really sad that people stoop to that level.

the only way i'll bother to do multiple barrows runs without teleporting is when i have guthans. i just usually take a house tele, recharge pray, then kharyll portal back. also, i got my first item on my 3rd run, but one of my friends has only gotten 2 items in 150+ runs, and went over 100 before getting his first item. so basically its pretty random. i've gotten 3 items in 5 runs before, and i've also had some pretty lengthy dry streaks. i usually get 15-20 kc

i think my new favorite is in the Cold War quest when the penguin bards say, "It needs more cowbell!" :lol:
