Well.. She has Protect from Missiles on for the first half, so its pretty much a waste to range. Just bring some good melee armor and a good weapon, then switch to range for the second form. ~Foolgool

Yeah, never listen to music while you run. If you run on roads, then you may not be able to hear cars coming and going. Do NOT forget to stretch. I'd advise a short warmup, say .5-1 mile, then stretching for about 10 minutes. Then go on your real run for the day. ~Dilpickle31

I just finished up my X-country season, I was JV by the way, and it was so much fun. You just can't imagine the satisfaction of finishing a 5k or 3 mile in less than 20 minutes. Also, I agree with the varying distances, because it prepares you for anything. Be prepared for nasty weather, because most cross country meets don't get cancelled. Good running shoes with [bleep]es are almost a must. I would advise you not to lift a lot, just because it can hurt your arms or legs, which isn't good. PM me if you need other advice! ~Foolgool

Not much to complain about except: My mom: Ugh! I miss one homework assignment in one class, and she goes all freak-out on me because my grade drops to a 93.57 or something, which is a boderline A ffs. My sister: 2 years behind me age wise, and way too much of a teacher's pet. Not to mention that she's really good at school, and all of the teachers that I had, and hated, love her. ~Foolgool
