Somewhat slow...? Try mind numbing suicidal slow. Also Runecrafting doesnt seem to be the most profitable noncombat skill anymore, not to mention combat activities being more profitable than RC is now. RC now has much less incentives for people to train.

A few questions: 1. Is Jad cancelable? I mean using slayer points, not burthrope. 2. Is it true she does not assign Dagganoth? 3. Does the Ferocious ring work outside of her dungeon? 4. Slayer points gained/task?

The temptation..... must get p2p back.... GAHH. This gives me a lot more motivation to actually play rs for more than staying in touch/f2p gop now...

While training herblore, I found once I pay maximum attention I can make at a speed of 1.5-2k potions (Sara brews)/hr. However, that is extremely stressful and I enjoy making potions/talking or doing other activities much more. I would say to an average player the speed of potion making would rarely exceed 1k/hr (I only paid max attention at lvl 98-99). This method is perhaps a good option for lower level herb training. But at a higher level (aiming for 80+) it would cause alot of stress on both finger and your mind. I would not recommend it if a person is aiming for extreme potions.

That was a little unexpected. Anyone know why d bones crashed? I expected them to go alot higher than this. (Hurray for getting 99 prayer 2 years ago :D)

Can't say much about the first article. Mainly sounded like the average weekly dose of telling everyone to stop complaining or in this case complain about the whiners etc etc drill. The second article, however, really hit the spot. As an ex-rsc player who quit rs for near 4 years before returning to rs2, one of the things I wanted back the most was to be able to play rsc at least occasionally. The appeal at the time did not really register to me. I could not place what was exactly so enticing about that old version where everything is slower. In fact, my stats since rs2 has improved so drastically that I honestly should relate to rs2 more than rsc. When I realized rsc was re-released, it prompted me to get p2p again for a month, just to be able to get on rsc. Once I was on, I was excited to see my stats untouched even though I thought my old account was deleted. The thrill was definitely disappointing. It was the same game on the surface, but it did not have the same feel. Only a few hours later, my first rs clan leader, who has quit rs 7 years ago, logged on. I talked with her, and reconnected with my old friends, it was then that I realized it was not rsc the game that I missed, it was the community. RS2 may have improved gameplay drastically, but the old rsc community was what enticed so many of us older players to wish for the old game back. I honestly would give the second article 10/10 if there was truly a rating system. Definitely one of the best Tipit Times I have read.

What's the price on mint cakes? You can get them for free by giving an npc scrambled toad legs. I'm just wondering why are they even at such a high price =/

Before auto gilded altar prayer was around 4k people. Also the SC hammer update recently shook that list up alot. And the new agil courses pushed agil down on the ranks I guess.

Sp shard was the only stock that bothered me. Now that is fixed I feel this shop stock update is a very good update as it allows the economy flow more realistically.

Bunny Ears and Scythe are the only things at the moment that makes me stop and look. It's always the one thing that got away from you and you can never get that tears at you the most...

HD works, all is right with the world again.

I hope this is the HD fix. Or the AGW fix. Or well basically fix everything that this update messed up. Hate it when a major update goes wrong.

Kree randomly turns off range prayer. I just died there after getting kree red barred by a 53-28

Recently I've been looking over a few sets for agw. I am not considering any welfare equipment here and is considering all pro sets. Here are the 3 sets I have come up with. Classic pre-SS arma set with onyx ring (Full arma + Dfs + ranger boot + barrow glove + onyx ring (i) + fury + ava accumulator) Stats: Classic Arma Pro set with Spectral shield instead of dfs Stats: Void set with Spectral shield (Void + ranger boot + spectral + onyx ring (i) + fury + ava accumulator) Stats: The main difference between the 3 sets that I wanted to compare are the last 2. The 2nd set being the most popular at agw along with those who uses divine/elysian shield. However, with the last set with void, the defensive stat did not differ that much with the arma + dfs set. It is also known that in safe spot situations that void tend to outperform armadyl set. Would the 3rd set using void armour be superior to the previous 2?

After 763 dry kills at sgw, I d/c at kill 764, logged back in, turning ls back on, and my team got a sara hilt before my ls turned on on kill 765. FML :wall: :wall:

It's +30. Also, ely/divine isn't as good as a spectral in cw. The point while having that shield on is not to get frozen by an ancient. The +30 mage def is much better than the +2 mage def along with damage reduction in that situation. (Besides, once you get the flag you won't have a shield/wand to protect you) It was in comparison to the dragonfire shield, which is currently the best shield for Castle Wars outside of spirit shields. And I find good mages in smaller CW worlds a rare occurrence (if you venture to W15 it's Chazo), where most of the damage is taken running between castles. With a DFS you get added melee defenses, protection from dragons, and a slight -20 magic defense in comparison to a spectal. It's a 75M difference for an added 20 magic defense. The added 20 magic bonus from a DFS -> Spectral is 100% worth it. My friend has been using it and he now rarely gets splashed while scoring. I don't know about DFS in cw as much due to my preference being in Mage's book. Spirit shields are in general very good for cw though. (I personally use both Arcane and Spectral depending on my mood :))

RSOF qfc: 17-18-724-58871816 Very good analysis. As for the shields, Divine is definitely better in 90% of situations where both shields can be considered. The cost of p pot + sharks for operation of the shield outclasses Elysian in every single way imaginable.

A buyout on easters seems to be going on. Lots of offers in w2 for around ~20m each. Doesn't seem strong enough to overcome the natural demand though. Arcane and Spectral are selling for cash.
