I checked the BBC this morning and it says there's a guy in the house who's 37 and been unemployed for 21 years..... how?! If he's sponging off the government, does he really deserve the chance to win ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã100,000?

Being an Arsenal fan, i'm gutted. I thought we dominated the game until the sending off, and even after that (at least until half time) we looked like the more threatening team. Not sure what to say about the red card, at first i thought it was 1-0 and Lehmann would probably have got a yellow card, and now i think that's probably the decision the ref should have made. Sending off a goalkeeper 20 minutes into the champions league final will just kill the game. After that it was only going to go one way - Barca would take the lead then play keep ball. I was pissed off at the way all the Barca players were crowding around the referee asking him for a red card, it's disgusting to watch. Then came Eto'o to score a goal which now looks like it was offside, at a time when we really looked comfortable defending and hitting them on the break. After that it was pretty much one way traffic and i don't think we even touched the ball in the last 10 minutes of the game. I did think the ref was a disgrace. I'll admit Eboue's free kick didn't look like it should have been given, but he certainly made up for that with decisions against Arsenal throughout the game. I'm trying to be as neutral as i can, but i really think Arsenal deserved more out of that game. We had the better chances and really should have scored more than once. I firmly believe we'd have beaten them if it was 11 Vs 11.

Yeah they kinda have the same voices, both of which sound awful. I'm sure you can My Space them or go to their PureVolume Riz...? If they sound anything like fallout boy i don't think i'll bother. I hate the vocals in fallout boy... i hate the music too but the vocals are even worse.

I've enjoyed the boards a lot more than i ever enjoyed the game.

Invisibilty would be a good one, endless possibilities. The ability to read minds would be awesome too, i'd finally be able to understand women and would never need to ask them what's wrong again. Plus i'd know if i was wasting my time trying to chat someone up.

Likewise. I read the book a short time after it was released and thought it was a good story, kept me entertained. I didn't really buy into all the controversy, just enjoyed the book for what it was - a fictional adventure.

I'm not a fan of his music, but if you've seen him in interviews or any other "off stage" situation, he comes across as a very intelligent person. Define loser? Someone who tours the world performing in front of thousands of people who admire/respect him doing something he loves, making more money than you or i will ever see, while banging an extremely hot girl. If that makes him a loser, it doesn't say much for the rest of us, does it?

This is just one reason why i don't call people back unless i know exactly who they are.

I bought Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance last weekend for ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã5.99 :) Haven't got around to watching it yet though.

Oldboy. A Korean film with English subtitles about a man who is kindnapped and imprisoned for 15 years. During this time he hears that his wife has been murdered, and he has been blamed for the crime. At first he can't think of any reason for his capture, but after he is released the story begins to unfold as he goes on the warpath to seek vengeance for his loss of life. I couldn't even begin to explain the plot, because it completely took me by surprise all the way through, but i will say that i loved this movie! It's a great story with lots (and i mean lots) of twists, some great action scenes and a very disturbing plotline. I'd recommend this if you enjoyed films like Ichi The Killer or Ong Bak - but not if you're squeemish. At one point, the main character pulls out some guys teeth (15 of them) with a claw hammer. Nasty.

Good god, i'd forgotten about that monstrosity. I've never actually heard any of their music, but i see the name everywhere. What kind of music do they play (apart from 'bad')?

Ed Norton (incredible in American History X, 25th Hour, Fight Club and maybe his best role in Primal Fear). Brad Pitt (he was awesome in Seven, Fight Club, Snatch, Sleepers and in his small role in True Romance). Robert De Niro - too many to mention really. Easily my favourite actor of all time. Those are probably the top 3, but i also like Morgan Freeman, Al Pacino, Marlon Brando, Christian Slater (if only for True Romance), Samuel L Jackson, Denzel Washington and probably a lot more.

If no one liked their music, you'd never even hear of them because they wouldn't become big enough to be in the public eye. ....................What was the point of saying that? I was pointing out that you saying "no one likes their music" about any band is stupid. If no one liked a band, why would they get a record deal?

Not sure how long i've been here, but i think it's approaching 4 years now. When i first joined, a lot of people thought i was Mercifull using another name :P

I'm not saying ban anyone who disagrees with someone else (after all, mild intelligent flaming is allowed), it just gets boring to see people constantly telling others that "your favourite band sucks", or coming into a topic for the sole reason of saying it sucks. The worst part of it is in the emo topics you always get some idiot who tells people to go cut themselves etc etc. At least people like Bubsa (for example) can take someone down a peg with a bit of tact and humour - sifting through pages of the same old stereotyped insults gets boring fast.

Oh nice idea, what if they put on new defenders? Then they won't be tired and he won't run rings round anyone. Maybe he could in division 1 but not in international football mate. I've read/heard that he's actually as fast as Thierry Henry on the training ground - that's lightning.
