I think it's hilarious that only abyss pkers get singled out for doing this, when it's actually probably 99% of pkers that do this. Pathetic.

Work steel until 68 smithing. Start by mining enough for 1k steel bars, then smelt. Sell the bars, buy materials for 1200 bars. Smelt, sell, buy materials for 1500 bars. Keep doing this until you have enough to buy the materials for 5k steel bars, and then smith those into steel plates. This will get you at or near 68 smithing and you'll make a mil. From then on, do mith. A good way to break even smithing is to mine either 3k coal, or 1k coal and 1k mith ore. Buy the remaining materials for 1k mith bars. Smelt, and smith into plates, then sell or alch the plates and you will break even. If you want it to be a little less mining-intensive, try steel, although you'll still have to mine 1k iron and 1k coal, and then buy the other 1k coal to break even or make a small profit on steel. Of course, you can just continue to smelt bars and sell them for more ores, but that gets old after a while, and you won't get any mining exp.

I'd be happy to make you one if you still need it. Add kdb150.

I do sometimes wonder if 10 digit usernames are actually phone numbers.

You could bring several bracelets with you, and use tele to fally and a necklace of skills for extremely fast bank trips when you need more bracelets.

Where's the best place to level mining ? Coal? Iron? Gold?

Hobgoblin mine is way faster than all that world-hopping, and you can mine there at any combat level if you know how to keep the hobgoblins from getting to you. -
Highscores getting more and more Members Only?
kdb148 replied to Kill_Life's topic in General Discussion
The best solution would be to make overall ranking based on total exp, not total level. Or to at least let us sort the high scores by total exp. I mean, 99 in one skill is the same exp roughly as getting level 73 in 14 skills. So you get 99 points toward your total ranking versus 992 points toward your overall ranking for the same amount of experience. That would help f2p players get a better idea of where they stand, since it takes fairly high levels in all skills in order to even break onto the high scores. For an f2p skiller, it's damn near impossible. -

Hobgoblin mine whether you're f2p or p2p. In f2p, it's pretty much your only option for mining a lot of addy. In p2p, you can try the Grand Tree, or the addy mine near Lletya as decent alternatives, especially if you're not up to a trip into the wilderness. -
It's still much, much faster than any other method besides chinchompas if you use it on dagannoths.

If you grow your own herbs and use Manage Thy Kingdom to get some, you can afford to buy second ingredients and still make a nice profit on potions.

100 tickets gives 30800 XP. For more info see my post earlier in this thread. I had missed that, thanks! But not much of an increase :?

Does anyone know how much exp you get for 25, 100, and 1000 agility arena tickets with the medium gloves?

uhm...u dont hang out in the wildy..and training?! uhh lol? u train in the wilderness..wow..wats the best thing out there to fight? greatrs? rofl.. heres an idea. train on rock crabs, exsperiments, or try pest control. but training in the wild thats just rediculous. :shame: and the funny thing is u treat us like criminals. calling us scum..mmhm the only scum in runescape are people like you. complain complain complain thats all you do. why dont you sit back and just [be quiet]. but obviously maybe thats to hard for you guys. cmon now dont cry over losing some pixels. Hey moron, learn to read. I'm not complaining about dying, I'm complaining about pkers, like you apparently, who complain about abyss pkers when you're all the same, going around killing people not equipped to defend themselves against pkers. I never called pkers scum, all I did was put all pkers on the same level with abyss pkers. I train in the wildy because I'm f2p at the moment, and my training options are rather limited. The best f2p monster drop-wise, the chaos dwarf, is in the wilderness. Don't tell me where to train, you can barely even read and write. ...lol.. oo sum1 is mad.. im soo offended by ur hurtful words. hey heres a word of advice pay $5 a month and get more training places or wont ur mommy pay for it? lolz..wow ok truth is if i get pked by a 1 itemer and lose alot. idc cuz he obviousy deserved the items if i died to him. so no i dont complain. and btw i cant read or write? mmhmm thats great. congratz you have obtained the biggest noob award. =D> Well, since you can't even type a coherent sentence, and can't seem to understand my rather simple rant, I'll consider this conversation over

Stop bumping, your question has been answered.

You don't have to, you can just as easily use mage or range on most slayer tasks. For a challenge, use recoil rings and level slayer without levelling combat at all.
-
Actually, both are pretty good ways to level magic :XD: Ice burst at pc is much more cost-effective than barrage, and both are WAY faster than onyx enchant at the arena. You will get 73.5 magic exp per onyx enchant cast in the arena - at pc, you can easily get 250+ magic exp per cast of ice burst, even more if you factor in your pest control points.

He said he wants cheapest, so clearly planks aren't the way to go.

Would you choose 11m or lvl85 smithing? Please post!
kdb148 replied to willie_the_noob's topic in General Discussion
Just buy the ores and smelt and smith mithril. It will be a lot cheaper than 11m that way, probably less than 8m. Sure, it will take longer, but how long does it take to make 3m f2p? A looooong time if you don't merchant. -
I'm really tired of people badmouthing abyss pkers. You're all the same. You all attack players when they aren't equipped to fight back. P2P, F2P, it doesn't matter. A lot of times you team up on players that are a much lower level than you, or go to deep wilderness when they can't get away. So if you pk at all, don't complain about abyss pkers. You're no different. And before you say it, I realize the wilderness is dangerous. That's not the point. I'm just tired of people pking me when I'm hanging out, minding my own business and training or doing something else, and then the same people turn around and act like abyss pkers are worse. They aren't.

Fire runes with dueling rings is the fastest way that doesn't use runners. Make sure to buy regular ess, no need to waste pure ess on fire runes.

What happens if you complete the minigame while you already have a fire cape?

Clear up something about Miscellania Kingdoms

That's the deal, but keep in mind it will take 2 weeks for them to collect 1m worth of coal.
