I think they'll crash after the next price rise. Demand is huge now, so chins will go up huge, too huge. I expect a 50 gp price rise, but then I'm expecting it to stop rising (or not rising that sharp), so people will sell, and it will kind of crash. Prices of chins before the update already was pretty low. Of course, no one can predict the future. I Just sold mine, but thats partly cause I didnt have many (8k only) and needed the cash.

You seem lucky at greaters. In a task of 140 I usually only get around 40. (wearing row). At a second thought, 40/140 = 0.35 so thats not too far off.

Raw food can be very useful yes (you can go a long time without praying sometimes, and mostly you dont have space for the raw sharks so you might as well eat them then). + titan scrolls are very expensive for what they heal (not like sara brews but still). Bunyip is free and scrolls are relatively cheap (200 gp for healing 20)

Why maging? Its not like you need str then? I dont see the need in risking another 300k (and doesnt obby shield have an even more negative magic attack bonus)

One more thing on ROW. I recently read in a slayer guide that ROW only affects rune drops, and not dragon drops. Is it me, or is this complete BS (the guy says that with ROW you get more rune drops and less dragon drops)

I'm 89 att, 90 str, 88 def and I followed your guide. Using a whip and obby shield, a fully loaded tortoise, I couldnt even manage to finish of one bandos, just one! Might have been because it was my first time, and I didnt always run under bandos to eat (which doesnt seem to work always + sometimes its too late if you click walk first and then eat). Anyway, my first trip was a disaster.

It's a really nice guide but I'm still missing some things for instance: It should be common knowledge that a verac skirt is better than torag or darok legs, since the skirt has a prayer bonus, yet the same defence. The extra prayer is really useful when toggling piety. Some invents are really off (11 pray pots for cannon aberrants?). ... (cant remembr it right now, but there was more).

wow, pirate felix, those reward are insane. Makes me want to do them again, perhaps. It's just, those rewards are soooo rare... I think you are insanely lucky.

with this trick, your only doing one duradel task every 10 tasks. Might as well get the full points out of it then (75 compared to 60) Mm, I see what you're saying. But I would still rather take up a Sumona task then instead just in case I get 199 Warped Terrorbirds or something. Ive had a 199 task :D. Was actually pretty fine, if you know where to fight them and how. Very Decent loot, very decent xp. Too bad theres no charms.

Just tried it out and it worked perfect. The difference is AMAZING, like dark and light. First trip I made like 16-20 kills. This trip, when i tried out toggling piety halfway, I got 26 kills. Works wonders, and drains very slow (80 prayer) Thank you so much. EDIT: had another task so I can give better numbers now: I can do 30 wyverns a trip (using terrorbird and bunyip) and the trip takes around 40 minutes, if not less (+-25 min used on my bunyip timer + however long I'm fighting with my terrorbird). The crimson charm count per hour is also pretty amazing. I'd estimate it around 50, if not more. (thats when using slayer helmet) Conclusion: toggling piety is an absolute must to fight these. Cant wait to use it for fighting iron dragons and such.

Do you have to bring extra prayer pots for toggling piety? Never done it and I'm quite curious. Could you elaborate a bit on the timing etc. Thanks

A clue of 20 steps? That would take you almost an hour to complete it. Doing 4-6 (because those are the minimum and maximum steps in level 3 clues, not 5-8) steps in about 15-20 minutes and a chance of getting something great is far more appealing to me. Top Hats, Gilded and God Armor 1 in 5? Third Age 1 in 1000? The market would just overflow with these kind of items, which means they will lower in price, making clue not as worthwhile as they are now. I'd rather be surprised to see I get a decent/good reward then knowing, oh it's my fifth clue, I should get a Top Hat or Saradomin Plate. Think please. I'm pretty sure he thought it out, when posting. The length is just how he intends it to be. Long enough, so it isnt just a side project. But of course then there needs to be better rewards. The market gets protected by overflow by making the clues rarer drops. Makes sense to me. And you know how luck works. Its not because the chance is 1 in 5, you get something every 5. Maybe YOU should think before you post.

Actually the defence bonus is very important to me. The extra defence can make the difference between being able to rely totally on your bunyip, or not. So please dont make assumptions about somebody being nooby when 30+ defence bonus DOES matter. About blacklisting, I really dont know what to blacklist. Tried terrorbirds with a guide, and they were actually pretty good. Steel drags? Nice mage xp i have to get anyway. Iron drags, guess I'll hope for a visage while meleeing. Wyverns? Got granite legs in my first trip, but I might consider blocking those. Have yet to try scabarites, but I heard they are pretty good too, if you now what you are doing;

If only the mask would have a build-in rock hammer,fungicide, chimes, .., then it would totally rock. Maybe make an upgrade for it (more pts)?

I find it really hard to predict prices because of 2 conflicting reasons: 1) 99 requires "only" 40k crimsons, and you can get it in a day, once you got the charms. That's why I'd say it would cost AT LEAST 100m, just for the charms. 2) On the other hand, with 15k per crimson charm (or even more, 20k), waterfiends would be an AMAZING money maker. 70-100 crimsons an hour. Garantueed 1-2M an hour. (if you dont use charms yourself that is).

Erm, black demons are AMAZING crimson charm droppers, and really good xp too. Just pray melee with proselyte, you break more than even. One more thing on terrorbirds, had a 199 tasks, and have to say, had amazing loot: 600+ swamp tar 3 rune warhammars 1 rune kite 150 death runes 60 law runes Bolt tips of all sorts (total worth around 20k, didnt have that many) probably more, I cant remember it all. Anyway, my ppots were paid more than back.
