they just need to release armor for lv 80 90 and 99 melee stats, untradable or, tradable but unwieldable unless you have the stats(average of lvl 80,90,99 in every stat.) exluding prayer in that average. I totaly agree with jessy, they need to make weapons that are accesable only when you have lvl 90+ in a stat.
