Tanning hides?!
I have gotten most of my levels out of the 71 out there. About the costs. Well, 27 x 3 more loss is quite a lot. Especially when you are talking about thousands of hides you need to tan -.- O well, Al Kahrid it is then. But for now :P magic sparkling at the MTA.

Tanning hides?!
I was really hoping there was some spot that could 'compete' with al kahrid, as that place is starting to work on my nerves. And canafis just gives extra costs, so that is no option for me. O well.. Anyone else has A idea.. or are there simply these 3?

Tanning hides?!
Just a quick question I was asking myself (as I will be needing it?) You can tan your hides in the following 3 places that I know about, dragon hide prices. Crafting guild 20gp ea Al kahrid 20gp ea Canafis 60gp ea (confirm anyone?!) But are there any other places where I can tan my hides?? And does it really cost 60ea in canafis?

Your favourite bank?
Back in RSC, draynor bank was my favorite spot. Mixed up with traveling at the docks, certing the lobsters and selling them there But nowadays. My favorite has to be edgeville. Runecrafting, bit of alching. Every so Often some good conversations. Easy to get to, using a glory. Quick acces to a bank and fairy rings. Also the abys and the not so well known canoe (great for KBD trips).. Edgeville offers me everything I need in a bank.

[Poll] Do You Buy Your Food:
Well, as a Member being. I once bought 3k trouts. (just 1900 left) just to heal when needed ever. Also, I use monkfishes which I couldn't fish (till now  ) So now I stopped buying my own food. With level 70 fishing in the pocket, I rarely bought my food. Just the monkfishes in members. and those silly trouts, which I have another 800 raw banked..

Why is "safing" bad?
Something a lot of people do not understand is the phsycological input. PK'ing is about getting the kill. The other one has to die, not you. And if that person eats before you can KO him, then you cannot get the kill. You can do nothing about it. If that person wants to eat. Then he shall eat. So you do the most logical thing. Convince him, not to eat. You whine, you say there is no honour in it. You say it is bad. Whatever it takes! I used to do it in a shooter a lot. Order people not to camp etc. on 1 spot but to just keep whining until I got what I wanted. The result, me winning the game ofcourse \ Ofcourse in certain cases I went to far. Or people did not listen. Well, then it just turns out bad. But if people ''realize'' it is bad. Then they stop. You got your way! When I am fighting monsters (I don't PK) I always keep my health near max. I know what can happen when I lag out, get a random, you name it. When PK'ing, I would probaly do the same. I do not care if it is bad. I rather be called names at, be called 'a bad pker' then I would lose my gear. So really, is it bad? No. Does it makes sense the other one trying to kill you says so? Yes.

What's good about construction? also farming and huntering
I have 63 construction, not knowing how on earth I could make profit out of it. That was never my intention. I just liked construction. I like having a house, worth more then most people have on their banks. Just something noone else can have. (unless you want to exactly copy my house) I love being in my house. At the moment, I have the best lecturn, 2 portal rooms, a costume room (best one) and a lovely altar. Not gilded, but it recharges pray points, that counts. I love to use my house. I love to be in it. For hunter, I have never liked that skill that much. I guess the outfit is good. I use the spotted capes a lot! So that is a use. For farming. Not a skill I was made for, but a very good skill by itself! If you can get the seeds (Which are just to expensive atm..) then you are in! You have to be willing to spend some time on it to. But it is just a completely different skill then all of our other skills. The herb growing is just great and most will agree on this. Also, having your own trees all over Runescape is not that bad :

RC PKing Destroyed?
~RuneScape Main Page, 24 Carat Update Discuss the effects and repercussions of this update, will prices go down as crafting is less deadly, making more crafters, more runes? Like I said, discuss here. And why are you complaining : Really, do you think everyone will waste a diamond worth 3k ea, for every 5 trips they will make? Bothering getting the diamonds, making the braces and echanting them? You are talking rubish. But even if so? Who cares \
-
Increased Gem Drops.
I just got 5 rubys from a random. Before that, a few MOM's with saphires and such.. Enough said? Randoms give way to many gems :P About the 'gem drop increase' since 64 carat update. I doubt it. Just a lucky hit I guess?

Sharks... Obsolete?
Never. Those mantas are still far to hard to get. A game takes 10 minutes. And can you get more mantas in 10 minutes then you get sharks? Also, those fish you burn, while sharks are not burned beyond level 94.

where would you tele?
This one is on the lunar list. A few teleports: Morton town. (the town close to barrows  ) Somewhere near shilo village or in shilo. Would be lovely. Thzaar teleport maybe? A place I would personaly love is somewhere in the desert. Maybe the benadin camp? Or that big city of Itichans quest. That would give me a reason to finaly go do the quest series there.
-
new lunar spells?
If it has a tanning spell, I am sticking with this one! I'll get my mate with me to blue dragons. I'll get all hides, tan them, he alchs them, we share the cash  I would love this! The fremmy island teleports, maybe digsite teleport (would be possible). A teleport to the elves maybe. Shilo village teleport. Those I would love! O well \ Upgrades on lunar, I always love, because I love the quest and the island. Maybe gives me a reason to make astral runes.

30 April 2007 - 24 Carat Update
Note that the D stone updates are for those who finished the legends quest. Or else you need someone to recharge :-# When I saw the update and saw the number 28 at the saphire bracelet, my mind just stopped their. 28 is far to few to be worth it! If it was around 50 or so, I would cheer. But 28.. just not enough. Else I would have used it for teletabs. Now I won't. Diamond bracelet, the de-skuller right?, is not worth it. Waste a diamond for each 200 nature runes you make? No, I won't. I never get PK'ed their anyway. It is simple throwing away valuable diamonds. The onyx for my concern. Never could afford them. Now I know I can, but I won't. Just 1 thing people are forgetting about: Emerald bracelet for 50% more healing and 20% more damage on flagthief. I love this bracelet. Stack a few in your bank when you go on CW -spree! It helps a lot, 50% extra healing. I will certainly be using these! Finaly a good use for my emeralds. Cheap and effective!

Just a thought I had about the quest cape...
I had quite a hard time on that silly demon from monkey madness. Used my last shark in my inventory before that one died. I found that quest quite hard. Also the puzzle, which many of us hate! (except me) is something you have to do without guides. You have to learn for yourself how to do it. My mother showed me once how I should make such a puzzle on a treasure trail. 5 days later, I did the MM puzzle all by myself! Quests are harder then cooking. Fact. Quests are harder then most skills. Fact. Why, because quests require logic sense. Yes, quests can be a lot easier with guides. I often use guides to. But I try (especially now after 190qp) to use them very rare. I try to do it all by myself. Which is quite hard, so I fall back to the guide a lot  . But I train my logic thinking this way. I even solved a riddle from a clue all by myself. Not knowing it, I solved it and I felt proud. This is the same with quests. Quest capes --> Harder over time and the hardest cape without cape hands down! Skill capes --> tend to get easier over time. As new ways to train are added. Still, a great cape as it takes time and effort ( A LOT) so a great achievement. At this moment: skill cape > quest cape. Next year: quest cape > skill cape!

Piscatoris Colony, The High-Levels/Maturity Guild?
Pictorian Colony over the fishing guild. But I tend to start talking fishing guild style at the colony to. But it is just a way calmer spot. I like it. Should get a few monkfish when im bored to just calm down from all the ''hard work''.

Tears of Guthix research
Skills on the top of the list are picked to get experience in. Thus strenght over herblore. And herblore over farming.

onyxes ur choice?
Worth the risk of taking it in the wildy? I mean, obby pures fun. But really, it is worth it?

30 April 2007 - 24 Carat Update
Finaly a reason for me to finish the legends quest. I love teleports. At one point I had 20 glorys which I recharge every 3 days?! I use up massive amounts of law runes to hihi. So I love these new teleports!!

For the love of the skill.
Started playing in RSC and still playing. My highest skill being level 77 and my lowest 52. I never went for 99 and not planning to. Why: I do not ''love'' skills enough that I can do them to oblivion. I love runecrafting, but after a few hours of crafting, running up and down or standing at world 16. I am just tired. I got to do something else. I cannot grind like many others do as I do not play Runescape to do something I do not wish to do, but for fun. I can understand many do this, also because they like it. or like the result. But for me it isn't worth it and I won't bother. If I do, I would quit Runescape. I always like people going from level 60 to level 99 in a skill. Just 1% makes it. They do not love the skill. You cannot love a skill at level 60 yet. You haven't tasted grinding at that skill at that point.

Mining is a slow skill, even on granite?
One of the few skills which is underestimated. Underrated and surely forgotten about. Mining was the nr.1 skill in RSC (well, not really but it was important) and I have trained it to level 63 in RSC. Now all those years till now, I am only level 68. I hate the skill now. Ores are worthless*, rocks always taken. Worthless as in, not compareble to what I make with other skills. A really fun skill, I do not find it. And this counts for many people. O well, could it be possible to give mining a new boost? A new high level ore perhaps that is high in demand? Like level 70, but instead of adaminth an ore that is not used in armours, just a faster way to raise smithing with? So it would be high in demand, thus more people mining?
