I once got two champion scrolls in one day (gobin and hill giant.) A friend of mine got 2 shield halves within 5 kills at dagannoth kings. Yet I can't get one in 2 and a half years of playing.

I'm with you there, although I just like to do quests alone because I don't like to deal with people. I avoid doing quests with other people whenever possible. Not a bad idea, could be useful when a new quest is realeased for a large portion of people to do it on the same world.

I have done this new quest and do watch Bleach, however I personally do not see many similarities between these two characters. They may share some minor resemblences in appearence and manner, yet I don't think that it is a reference to it.

What exactly constitutes being a verteran? I made this account in late November 04 and have obtained every holiday item since the yo-yo although i'm too lazy to post a picture. I have pretty much retired now though.

You have to have the severed leg to kill it. I had the severed leg in my inventory. I just logged out and back in to fix this problem.

Bouncer seems to have glitched on me. Upon killing him he doesn't die and instead becomes unattackable. Poison hits him every now and then for 1 damage and he says *bark*, but does not die. This happen to anyone else?

Ok... I'm a little confused here. Where does one start this miniquest thing and how did you find out about it? I haven't been able to find much information anywhere. EDIT: Wait, nevermind. Somehow I missed that topic #-o

This month seems pretty vauge and oddly cryptic. It seems as if we're getting two quests, a minigame and some knowlage base updates. I'm not sure what to make of the whole seers thing. I'm holding out hope that this is foreshadowing for MEp3. We've been waiting for it for well over a year now.

Guthix, I like the whole balance thing. Saradomin is too hoity toity. Zamorak is definitly the most badass, the whole betraying Zaros and taking his powers is pretty awsome. However as far as his "religion" thing goes, it kinda falls short.

No it doesn't Jagex Clearly stated that you'd no friends to do the randomly generated scenarios :) and that you'd need all the classes to help You make a good point, I forgot about the friend aspect of that. :oops:

One thing you must remember is that about 9/10 of the runescape population hasn't the faintest idea about how to design a game. Perticularly in the area of game balance. If they did listen to everyones suggestions then I assure you that this game would go to hell. And before you bring up the new bank page idea as an idea of a good suggestion, I am in favour of that and I imagine Jagex has their reasons for why they aren't implimenting a new banking system into the game.

Randomly generated scenarios could be temple treking. Everytime you get to a new step it randomly generats a new scenario for you to overcome. Be it trying to cross a muddy swamp or killing half a dozen shades. A bit dissapointing as far as concept goes, but it fits none the less.

zip, zero, goose egg. I have however gotten two dragon spears. One from Dust Devils and the other from Desert Lizards. I would much rather have a sheild half though, then I could finally complete my dragon collection that I got solely from my own drops.

Artemis was the name of my most powerful Pokemon back when I used to play it. When I first started doing much on the web, it became the username I would use. When I found Runescape I tried the name of course it was taken. So I added the 42 (its the answer to life, the universe, and everything you know) since I couldn't think of anything else. I hate making up names.

Just out of curiosity, what is the timing for getting past the wall crushers? For so reason no matter what I do I am unable to pass them, reguardless of when i start walking. :evil:

According to the update archives, the 51 quest was undergroud pass. 50 - Legends Quest 20-Aug-2003 51 - The Underground Pass 15-Apr-2004 52 - Big Chompy Bird Hunting 18-May-2004 I don't know, maybe i'm reading the archives wrong, because this doesn't seem right to me.

Never have I technically been pked while crafting runes. One time I got teamed and my rol saved me. Unfortunatly I teleported with exactly 6hp remaining and died from poison before I could reach a bank. I picked all my items back up so I lost nothing. Normally I can easily teleport before they can even get a single attack off after entangling me, however when they have another one that teleblocks me at the same time its not so easy.

I did it twice, decided it was far to boring for its own good and vowed never to try it again. I only spent a few million on it, most of the equipment I have had for a long time so that didn't do anything to raise my costs.

A big problem is needing 5 people for each or the 10 rounds. If you happen to leave in the later rounds its almost impossible to find another group. I think that this is one of the main problems with the game. Since not too many people are playing now that makes it even worse and thus less people are likely to want to play.

The actual design of it isn't too bad, the problem is that they made it a bit to large. I imagine a granite helm would look something like Juggernaut's from X-Men. I can't see any other practical way to do it.

I thought it stopped you from taking poison damage while in rock form :-k Anyways, I say just give it some stat bonuses and make it need to be operated for it to turn you to stone.
