What irks me is how easily people throw around terms like "n00b" and "easy". Honestly now, anybody working on a 99 skill obviously isn't a newb, and NO skill in this game is easy to get 13,000,000 experience in. Now of course even the word easy has its faults, since nothing in this game really requires any skill, just time invested.

Made this account sneaking the came during 8th grade computer glass in 2001. Didn't exactly have a lot of time to think of a name, never expected I'd be playing this long.

So...I've played on/off for 8 years and I still have no inclination to make a "skiller" or pure to wow somebody with a skillcape at level 3. I'd rather put all my eggs in one basket, what a waste of time.

My friends list is 20% people from ~2001,2002 that I hope will log in again but probably won't. The other 80% is people I added accidentaly because of the G.E. bullcrap :lol:

I love Dragonball and DBZ. Just started watching Dragonball again and I love the ridiculous sense of humor in it, and how Goku is so blissfully ignorant to everything around him. DBZ up to the end of the Frieza Saga is amazing. Me too! Haha oh man, Vegeta made me laugh so many times in the Ginyu Saga, I can't help but love his arrogance and insolence even when he does some unforgivable acts. And speaking of Goku, it reminds me of how they drag on scenes much longer than they need to be, at least I'm prepared this time for the length of the final fight between Frieza and Goku :lol: I enjoyed the Cell Saga quite a bit, and I don't remember much about the Buu Saga (probably up to the start of Super Buu) but that's the one I liked the least. Eh, only 100 something more episodes to go until I reach there :| If you haven't watched DB you have to. It is 10x funnier than DBZ (albeit the action stinks comparitively), it is rarely serious and Bulma is abused in sexual ways far too much.

I agree with the OP exclusively on the point about the younger kids "sapping up xp" in new-age methods and getting cocky, not even realizing that the difficulty curve is absolutely nothing compared to the older days. Look, I got 90+ combat stats in a world where Otherworldly Beings in Lost City was prime training; imagine how I feel when some Pest Control inflated kid calls me a "n00b" for not having a trimmed skill cape.

I have an absessed wisdom tooth....going to be a tough day resisting using it. In tons of pain.

You're probably on a smaller dose, 10-15mg, right? Plus, if you're taking the pills orally as prescribed they work as they should, as a time-released painkiller to work over the period of several hours. I've been crushing up 20+mg and snorting it at once, this triggers the euphoric high.

Correct, its important to note that everything was a click-by-click affair, perhaps we take for granted the "cook X" function or the character automatically mining until the ore is obtained. That used to require a click every time!

My first car was a '97 dodge avenger....never had any problems with it the 3 years I owned it...from 48k miles up to around 70k. It then got totalled in an accident when a semi truck hit me. Now I have a 94 camaro 8-)

I find hyperactive, ditzy girls attractive. Can't help it. I know for a fact that I find intelligence unattractive, maybe that is me being so insecure? I just feel overwhelmed having to match wits with a significant other, I'd rather have her just be simple minded and fun.

A year ago I never knew I would be making a thread like this. I have always been drug free, never even smoked weed; and at my age (22) that is pretty rare these days. I've been going out a lot since my ex girlfriend cheated on me, we're talking upwards of 3 nights a week at bars, clubs. I got sick of the huge alcohol tabs and wanted an alternative, so per a friend's request I started snorting oxycontin pills....It was all fun and games at first but doing it every time I went out turned into almost every night no matter what I was doing. Thankfully the pills are really expensive so that helped making quitting easier. I'm on day 3 now, thankfully I'm stopping after only 2 months of recreational use, I can definitely see how incredibly addicting painkillers can be. I strongly discourage use of these other than their intended purposes. Please share any stories of addictions here and maybe we can all help each other get over them..

I'm always fighting my genetics....I've been going pretty regularly for 2 years now. Went from a skinnyfat to being pretty damn in shape. Still have little bit of the "ring of saturn" of fat to get rid of...more concerned on getting bigger though. Sadly I don't have any training partners, all my friends are lazy....I chest press 75lb dumbbells pretty easily (generally 12 reps, then 8, then 6 at this point in order) so whatever that translates into.

I already got it. It is pretty good. It deviates from their recent material and beckons back to their mid-era material (Thelema.6, Zos Kia Cultis). That being said, it is a good mix of both old and new, however it is not as accessible as albums like Apostasy and Demigod...might take a few listens to fully appreciate. The drumming and production are both superb, as well.
