Iron Dragons Spell choice
Surge, always highest spell, Magic is alot about the base experience(for example, you'd get much more experience from an ice wyrm task when you are a newb as opposed to using every bonus possible).

Ring of Kinship - Summoning/Runecrafting
I know it was, but really, would i be very helpful when all the replies on the H&A were: ''It's just a game, do what ever you want, play to have fun.'' No, if they ask for help, ask for advice, i give them my opinion, and they are not bound by anything to do as i say, but >95% of the time, i'm right. Also, if anyone says using the ring of kinship is more ''fun'', they are either fooling themselves, or fooling you.

(i) rings/MA/PC
it means if ur 99 strength, 99 attack and your attack bonus and strength bonus are about equal and if you're hitting less than 50% of the time on your target. THEN a +1 attack equipment bonus increase will help you equally as much as a +1 strength equipment bonus as opposed to usually, when a +1 attack bonus < +1 strength bonus Well, if you consider the max hit theory, to hit on a target 50% of the time your attack max hit must equal your opponents defense max hit, which is totally plausible for PvP(as armor gives large defensive bonuses) but ALMOST or completely impossible for PvM(atleast with ovl/turm/rapier) since monsters likely don't have boosting potions and combat prayers, so as a general rule, for PvM, str>att, for PvP, it's irrelevant, as you'd be a complete donkey to use melee on ~400 def.

Ring of Kinship - Summoning/Runecrafting
Yes, there is a huge difference in the long run. If changing rings every 8 trips is hard for you, maybe you should look for another game(it's not as if you don't know when it disappears, you can see the charges when teleporting). Also as the guy above me said, having only one teleport with you is almost as stupid as using ring of kinship.

Guide to efficient Frost dragon slaying.
Yeah, as far as i can tell this is the biggest problem with frost dragons- It is relatively boring. But realistically, when comparing it to the other ~consistent good moneymakers of TD's and DK's it would look something like this... Frost dragons- 90% consistent money, average charms, great effigies, no risk of death, a bit boring. Tormented demons(steel titan)- relatively inconsistent money, good charms, great effigies, average risk of death, very attention intense. Dagganoth kings(solo tribrid with cannon, on task)- relatively consistent money, no charms, no effigies, relatively high risk of death, very attention intense. The money is relatively the same for all these three, it's a slight advantage that demons and kings drop elite clues, but as far as i can tell they aren't worth doing for money. As a general ''best'' moneymaking in the game apart from merchanting is to alternate between TD's and frosts, DK's are only worthwhile to do on task(while training slayer). I'll assume that you meant 96 summoning(pack yak) in that post. Yes, it is worth it to kill frost dragons with a war tortoise, but because you'd only make ~70% of the money, it is not efficient, and thus not mentioned in this guide. For frosts without yak, you just leave the cannon at the dungeon and set it up again every trip. I've been looking forward to updating the guide and language in it for a while but havn't got the time to do it as of yet. I've also been researching the best equipment to use but have yet to come across a reasonable deal for zammy god bow to test it out(the elemental damage is why it has to be zammy). I've also found that the best cape to use there for magic is actually ardy cloak 3 as it offers a great compromise between sw and mage arena cape(+6 magic +6 prayer).

Slayer and Black Demons?
It's not really clear which is the best place to kill them- at chaos tunnels resource dungeon you'd be able to get around 45k slayer xp an hour, cannoning them at taverly nets around 48k slayer xp an hour but is much more costly. The chaos tunnels traditional place isn't really any good as there are only two of them close enough which limits your xp to around 38k slayer xp an hour with steel titan.

DPS Calculator Project
I think the theory works quite well and would be a helpful tool in determining the defense of alot of monsters...for example: I did a test of accuracy on dark beasts on a slayer task with my attack ''max hit'' being around 680(around the same as str max hit) and in a test of 562 hit's i dealt damage on 85,6% of the hits, using a random number generator i determined the defense max hit of dark beasts to be around 190(their strength max hit is 174, so it makes sense). Now if we assume no weapon, prayer or potions for dark beasts(which are all believable) and no significant stab defense bonus their defense level should be in the range of 160-170. Ofcource, this would be easier to do if we had combat/max hit calculators go past level 99 but we can still get a general understanding of the monsters combat stats. In a similar way if you count the accuracy of dark beasts and compare it to your defense max hit, you would get a approximate dark beast attack max hit and attack level. With a good enough calculator and a sheet of monster defense max hit values it wouldn't be extremely hard to determine if onyx(I)/berserker(i), warrior/berserker, attacker/neitiznot or any other close call combat equipment is best for that particular monster. Also, according to the same calculations, assuming 745 attack max hit for CLS, the Chaotic rapier and longsword would hit within a percentage point of eachothers accuracy.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Judging by the ''up to 20%'' on rs kb(well, it can't always be wrong, can it?) and the feedback i've got from the few people that have the shields, it is UP TO 10/20% for hits that would otherwise hit for OVER 199 damage. Overall, the damage deducted could be much lower than 5%, so they don't seem worthwhile enough. Both spectral and arcane are better than the range/mage shields and can be bought freely from the ge, the chaotic kite might be good for it's superior defensive stats but divine still seems much better. Also 100k an hour...

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
All of the effects you described more or less level the playing field for the higher level bosses(bandos, sara, zammy) as any advantage one weapon has over another will be used for less time every hour. For barrows, mithril dragons and DKS however, this doesn't apply as much(well for DKS supreme will take 2/7 of the time), for TD's it's also quite irrelevant(only banking/luring takes time). So overall, what you are saying is that for things that the CLS is better for, it isn't as much better as we are claiming it to be... but i do understand what you mean(for example, if you kill 20 graar every hour, only 30 minutes of that hour will be used on actually killing it, so if we assume 5% more DPS= 1 more kill an hour, it's actually 0,5 more kills every hour).

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Errm...i would understand your disagreement but....rapier is also MUCH better for all barrows brothers(they don't actually have great defense, as it turns out) AND supreme. Well, ok, i agree that you'd be better using longsword on prime and rex, so theres another two monsters that CLS is likely better for  Also, you are not actually helping out the CLS'es case with bringing kc/waiting/minions into the discussion because: a) Rapier is better for them(well, they are equally good for waiting) b) It lessens the advantage CLS has over Rapier(as you will be in combat less of the time)
-
Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
What do you mean by that? The max hit of CLS is only about 8,5% higher than the max hit of rapier, so finding a situation where a monster has exactly 700 lp left and the CLS would hit that much and rapier wouldn't is EXTREMELY rare. What you should consider, instead, is deadly hits. When a monster has less lp left than your max hit your dps will undoubtedly drop because of it, but the fact that CLS can hit higher and hits slower means you will encounter this problem more often(particularly for slayer, but in general as well) and if you do encounter it you will lose part of a 3 second DPS, not 2,4 second DPS. For slayer, this makes a big difference for whip vs. cls and makes whip much better for monsters like greater demons, spiritual mages, and also gives rapier an advantage over cls. For bandos, rapier is MUCH better for killing the generals and on a fast spawn server can get you a few more kc just because of that. Rapier is also much better for kc, snylops and even barrows.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
The difference of CLS and CR for training/slayer? 35k slayer xp an hour with whip/CLS, 40k slayer xp an hour with CR, that's a difference of more than 30 abyssal demons EVERY hour. That is true for all kurdal dungeon slayer monsters apart from irons, steels and funnily, gargoyles. The difference on all of the dragons is even more significant and the difference on dark beasts is somewhat lower. Also, the difference between rapier and longsword on bandos is around one kill per hour(~5%), and the difference of maul vs cls is also around 5%(in favor of maul), and before you start telling me about the loss of shield, most people use defender, and funnily enough, defender has negative range and mage defence, and as you'll be praying melee 100% of the time, the differance of 18 crush def on the minion is slight at best. As far as i know, there is no significant advantage of using divine on solo bandos, and even then you'd need a 2b+ street price shield for the CLS to be best.

Thoughts on Chaotic CrossBow
The problem with the crossbow is that it only increases accuracy, where as the melee and mage weapons also increase your damage, which is usually much more significant. And as it is only an accuracy boost, it is only worthwhile in places where you would need the accuracy- solo sara, armadyl and TD's without steel titan. For training, the sheer cost(100k an hour) makes it pointless.

Bone Crusher
It's worth it if you plan to do combat well past maxing out(like getting 120 in combat stats) or you dungeoneer alot. Keep in mind, it also wastes one inventory spot per task.
-
Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
You are getting something horribly wrong here, if you are maxed and can only plan on getting one weapon, rapier is the only option. CLS makes sense when you aren't maxed and don't plan on maxing out or when you are maxed and plan on doing only three specific things(TD's, bandos and sara with divine). Saying that CLS is more versatile than rapier is ridiculous at best.
-
Dagganoth Kings
i'd say you'd atleast need positive mage bonus, but sw cape is defenitly the best cape there.
-
Dagganoth Kings
With your stats it'd be more worthwhile to even solo hybrid supreme/prime or duo tribrid., for tribrid, theres a great guide on beginning guides, for solo hybrid, look at the tip it official guide on DKs.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
It isn't useless ASSUMING one chaotic weapon. I do agree that if you can get many, particularly 2 chaotic melee weapons, the CLS will be useless.

2000 points reward
It allows for you to be assigned ice strykewyrms by kurdal as well as kill them without a fire cape. As for being able to kill them, your fire spells would only hit 1,5 times as much as normal(2 times as much with fire cape) so it's not worth it to kill them with mage anymore. Also, fire cape works as a fero ring on ice strykewyrms, so you will also lose that bonus. Is it worth to buy the ability? if you really, REALLY can't get a fire cape, it might be, but it will more or less limit you to meleeing them with a cannon to get any sort of decent xp out of the tasks, but if there is even a whiff of hope to get the cape, it will save you ALOT of time and money.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Noone on this thread is actually saying that the CLS is useless, it just isn't as useful as the rapier, and it is the best weapon for a very limited amount of places/monsters. That said, when you can get your hands on two chaotic weapons, you will therefore eliminate the need for the CLS as it's the second best for most everything. A maxed player looking to be efficient would only get the CLS first if he doesn't train combat/kill frost dragons, his choice of Boss hunting revolves around solo bandos and solo sara with divine and he is not looking to ever get another melee chaotic weapon. In all other situations you are killing yourself for the small bonuses on sara/bandos by not getting the rapier. The only place the chaotic rapier isn't top notch is solo sara, but there veracs would be almost as good as CLS(assuming you have divine).

How to kill 77 steel dragons
Melee is the fastest if you can use chaotic rapier/zammy spear, but unfortuanetely for you, lbs is your best bet. Maging and ranging is possible(best mage spell/slayer dart) but somewhat slower than melee. The best place to kill is kurdals dungeon, and it might be worth to bank the bones assuming you have enough fero rings, but it's still quite slow to bank without 85 agility.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
It is called the death penalty, you can't hit for more than the monsters current hp, and actually, the larger the max hit of the weapon and the slower the speed of the weapon, the more you suffer from it, and as for 2-3 hits, rapier has almost as many of them since the max hits aren't too much different. This is also one of the reasons why whip is actually superior for most slayer tasks as whip doesn't suffer as much from death penalty.

Should skillcapes give extra bonusses?
I don't recall that time, could you remind us all when that was? Obviously, skill capes have never been about their stats, but rather looks and...achievement. Pre-ardougne cape. They were a close second to Fire capes for their prayer bonus. And the best option for those unable to do the fight cave. Well in reality, a skill cape has never been the best cape and that's what i'm pointing out. It's stats used to be better than they are now, but even before them, god capes gave +3 prayer bonus, so there was never really any reason to specifically max out 2 skills.

FSH Vs. Full Void for Slaying
So you are asking if 10% accuracy and damage is better than 15% damage, accuracy and +21 str, 12 stab. Dno.
