  1. It did say there was going to be a fee, and there was a reclaim cost option in the quartermaster's screen.
  2. Now that is ridiculous. I thought going through several weeks without one is bad enough
  3. However, there is a catch, you must not have switched factions.
  4. I went: Chop 2 wood (1) Fletch one (2) Burn one (3) Cook Rocktail soup (4) Cut a dragonstone (5) Superheat gold ore (7) Summoned Terrorbird (8) Planted Torstol for daily Challenge (9) Cleaned a harvest herb while doing above (10) Caught a Nature Imping (11) Killed a troll commander in burth on controlled melee (15)
  5. I was under the impression that the spell actually hit us and made us drop the wand.
  6. Customisations, in a nutshell, is basically graphic override of your avatar's appearance. Basically, if you choose an armor customisation, your character's appearance will not change, and if you choose a weapon customisation, when you wield an item that matches the customisation, it will change the appearance of the weapon. The most important thing to note is that overrides do not altar the stats of anything in anyway, the only thing that changes is the actual look. The portent challenge was from Monday, I don't think you can hand that in anymore, and besides it was activate 10 Portents of Restoration, meaning its effect have to activate for it to count. Today's super challenge is skill in 15 skills. And the super challenges should not interfere with your normal daily challenges. What exactly is causing you to not being able to see them? A box that cover the challenges?
  7. For some godforsaken reason Rome Total War franchise isn't available to me on Steam... (Taiwan). The thing is my Steam was registered in Ireland...
  8. Er... I thought the cosmetic override can be activated in parts rather than as a whole set? That has been the case for every Override set in the game so far.
  9. Duh, I misread your photo and thought you were talking about the Divine Tears being on the ground rather in the inventory. I thought I saw blue Divine Tears text rather than yellow....
  10. I doubt that is the cause, I have had tears drop on the floor without ever having a Clover necklace in my inventory or on me. IIRC, or even existed in the first place. I am 100% sure wearing Clover have no impact on that happening, since I never took a Clover into a battlefield.
  11. That happens occasionally, haven't been able to figure out what causes it.
  12. He is trying to look good to me, trying to be good doesn't (or at least shouldn't) have the "if you are with me then I am good, but if you are not with me then I would kill you" mentality. Most evident in that when you refuse to give him the wand, despite the fact you were on his side, he forcibly takes it from you and makes it clear you are not invulnerable to other gods. That is one of the big signs (at least for me) that he wanted the wand for himself, and not for the greater good (it shouldn't matter who uses the wand, as long as that wand still belongs to that faction). Note that he has no qualms about giving the wand to Owen, because he KNOWS Owen is extremely devouted to him and that giving him the wand is still both effectively his and is great propaganda to his followers, since Owen can now act as a mortal champion of sorts, not to mention that Owen is powerless to actually betray Saradomin. Player on the other hand... Of course, one could easily argue that he wants to prevent the wand going into the wrong hands, stopping Zamorak raising a massive army of undead using the wand, resurrecting the Centaurs race etc..
  13. I'd somewhat agree with you on Glacor boots, but Automaton gloves cost almost as much as or more than Nex gloves, so Nex gloves are better buy in those cases. If i were really to be blunt though, I'd use PoP armor legs over Nex armor legs, and use Nex gloves and boots instead, the stat difference on the gloves and boots added together is nowhere near the stat difference between nex bottom and PoP bottom. Long Story short, from Damage point of view, Nex gloves are better than Auto/Glacors. From economics point of view, PoP bottom with Nex Gloves and Boots are better buys than Nex bottoms and Auto/Glacors. Edit: All mentions of the PoP armors mentioned above assume Superior Versions, Normal versions are not worth using over nex armor.
  14. Was just wondering, I already had bananas stocked so it's just a matter of actually eating it.
  15. Does Mage Training Arena work for Bones to Bananas?
  16. But it also prevents you from using the item you have keepsaked (therefore no stats or effects). You can however undo the keepsake, but the key does not get refunded
  17. Ascension Bolts for Asc crossbows, otherwise Royal bolts for all other crossbows. Boots and gloves have damage with them, and defense on Glacor boots and Automaton gloves are far too small to matter (if it did matter, since nex armor defenses are mostly good enough unless you are bossing). The set 'effects' of Nex armor, IIRC, was just simply added damage when the entire set was worn, which made it worse than what they are now (they spread the damage on the effect onto the pieces themselves).
  18. and trust me, the free stuff is generally extremely meager in most cases.
  19. All nex sets should have their respective Gloves and boots. Drygore Maces are the best, if you can do QBD, Royal Crossbow is much more cost effective than Zaryte bow (though I still highly recommend getting ascension crossbows, but the price on that shouldn't be 460m, should be closer to 330m, you don't wield 2 mainhand crossbows). Virtus wand and book yes.
