Aberrant Specter Slayer Task
Why would you do that? They're good herb and seed droppers, easy to get to, decent xp and using any of the methods above, easy to kill...

Poll ~ Agility yay
Wildy, lvl 71. Worst has got to be agility arena.

Appealing against an Offence
I'd suggest sending in an appeal with the same information you've just supplied here (probably minus the idiots bit). Ask them to check they have the right account and check whether your character has been logged in today - if it hasn't hey presto... If it has they can check IP address, and you can change your password!

selling chaos to tzharr
can't remember exactly, but you need to sell about 26.4k chaos to have enough tokkul for an onyx gem... If that's what you're after, problem solved... If not, and you know how much the onyx gem sells for then you're also sorted :)

What skill do you enjoy the most - and why?
combat and probably bizarrely to most people runecrafting - the latter is just relaxing and there's a certain sense of achievement in turning those pure ess into nats

How would u finsh runescape
Same as most, buy a rare or two and log off. Oh and about ur skills - really should go into the 'rate this' board, but to be honest they need a fair bit of work...

Skiller Advice
The advice given above is good for improving any skill, focus on one thing or on paired activities. Personally, I would suggest something additional... Only focus on one account! Why have you created a f2p skiller? You have a main which is, or at least has been a member - why not spend the time increasing the skills on that?

Farming Confusion
Nope, sorry super compost has no effect on growing time only on the amount of crop that you can harvest once grown (increased) and the chances of your crop dying (decreased). The growing times are accurate to within the 15min cycle i.e. if you plant your crop in minute 1 of the cycle it will take 14 mins longer than if you plant in minute 14 as in the latter example you only have to wait 1min to complete that cycle. Therefore something that takes 5 cycles to grow would take between 61 and 74 mins to grow... NB I am using the 15mins as an example, I can't remember off the top of my head exactly how long each cycle takes to complete - if anyone knows exactly, please feel free to update.

Farming Confusion
You've just missed the farming cycle with your second "field" that's all... basically once every 15 mins or so there is a farming cycle (where weeds regrow and herbs, crops etc grow one phase) if you plant your first crop 1 minute before the phase completes and then go and plant another crop after that phase completes then your second crop will be 1 phase (hence 15mins -ish) behind your first crop! Hope that makes sense! If you're in any doubt - or just want to test this theory, try planting a tree seed in a plant pot, water it and if it changes to sapling before you plant your second crop you know the farming cycle has just completed...

Why do ...
I'd suggest you're still better off wearing your best melee armour though, especially if you only use range to get them within hally distance. The better your armour the better you attack bonuses....

How efficiently does the Dev team work?
Because obviously you've completed absolutely everything else the game has to offer right... On topic the Jagex corporate site currently has vacancies advertised for developers/content managers and a couple of other roles. If you read the job descriptions for each of these it will give you a pretty in depth view of how updates are worked upon, simply through the development and project methodologies that they use (and therefore expect employees to be familiar with). In simple terms many updates are worked on concurrently split out amongst several teams.

What to spend 10m on?
In order to get any useful suggestions you're really going to have to put in slightly more effort and provide some helpful information like... Are you p2p/f2p? skills or combat driven? Want to buy consumables and use it up or prefer to buy something you can sell again at some point? Want to invest it/merchant to get more cash? However, if you're p2p and if you haven't already got it, and if you like combat training I'd personally recommend Guthans...

is this illegle
This has to be one of the funniest posts I've seen  As others have said, definitely not illegal so long as you've not used code/graphics from Jagex. But just WHY? Also, as an aside if you love woodcutting so much, rather than playing your game get that 75 up a bit

"Controlled" fighting...
In short it really depends on how you want to manage your combat stats. If you want them all the same level then use controlled and have the added incentive that when you (finally) get one level you'll get 3/4 all at once and probably a cb lvl as well.. A lot of people prefer to have some stats higher than others (either for pk'ing, staking or just more efficient training) if you want to do that you'll have to train them separately. Other than the small advantage outlined by doomster above there's really not much difference in speed. Although the whip will theoretically give more damage and thus more xp per hour, because you're splitting the xp 3 ways the advantage is not so noticeable as it takes you longer to level all 3 skills than just one - psychologically therefore it feels slower!

Runescape skills and total lvl top
I like the idea in general of some sort of time-bound high score list. For example, in addition to the overall high scores, I'd be really interested to compare myself to people who started playing in the same month as me, rather than those who've been playing for years. But, I'm not convinced that weekly high scores is a good idea or would work... I'll try and explain why: If you did it on total level would you expect people who gained the most levels to be in the top 100 list? If so it's pretty easy to get 300+ levels in a week if it means getting lvl 15 in all stats on a new account. Getting 3 levels in a week is a major achievement if you're already 75+ in each skill. It *might* work if you did it on xp gained per week (by skill or total) but that lends itself to the reverse of the above situation - it's easier to get more xp at higher levels (e.g. cook sharks, craft glories etc.) than it is at lower levels (cook shrimp, craft bowstrings etc.)

They Killed Kenny...Uh, I Mean Cooking!
How did the black mask smash slayer? Does the effect really make that much difference? (asking for information rather than being argumentative :D)

They Killed Kenny...Uh, I Mean Cooking!
Heh he, I see the point you're making but the bit about anyone "rushing" to 85 slayer or 91 runecrafting made me chuckle. Those skills don't rush anywhere :D Also, just for the record, number of 85+ slayers = apprx 4,500; number of 91+ runecrafters = 491. Number of 99 cooks: 4,300

Help me clean up my bank
Unless you're collecting them for a special reason I would personally get rid of any parts of the Frog Prince costume or tokens (irritating random and ugly costume anyhow) and your stock of cabbages - though I'm sure the OoC would disagree :-$ Edit: also bowls, raw (or even cooked) chicken and as others have said all the allotment and hop seeds and cook your raw food.

I wanna get to level 60 mining but where and how?
F2P or P2P? Either way I'd suggest mining Iron, best location P2P is probably Yanille if you're banking your ores. F2P not sure, but maybe South East of Varrock...

How much money do jagex make?
Their turnover for 2005 was actually lower than a lot of the speculations in this thread. Last year Jagex Ltd. turned over ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã5.2m* (approx $9m). * Source: Companies House UK

4 September 2006 - Myreque Pt III - Darkness of Hallowvale
Only real disappointment for me is I was kinda hoping that the next myreque quest might open the blood altar up for runecrafting...

whats the rarest item which isn't a rare???
lol i got like 30 of them. Pet rock could be rare, a fire cape in the first hour after the minigame was released. lol im not sure, i would say 4k chompy hat or a combination rune lol ^ Definitely very rare as fight caves takes 2 hours to complete - not sure if that's the point you were making or not! :o Back on topic non-quest item probably the gold chompy hat. edit: tags

Question on the Wilderness
Not true! You can run away and come back and attack so long as it's within 20 mins. I've done this a few times when being attacked whilst agility training in wildy. Note: you can even die and come back and still attack without being skulled!
