Did miniclip destroy RuneScape P2P?
i pormis u thers alot of noobish plaer whit thos lvls... dont juge player by lvls but an age world wolld be good tho.. but i dont see how that wold woork they just say theyr older than they realy are.. Like yourself. You appear to have a good account but can't use proper grammar to save yourself. I love when people like yourself fail to read people's signitures that say they're dislexic. Moron. Exactly what Pandaman said, in addition to being dyslexic the guy is also from Finland, how's your Finnish grammar jonmondalson? On topic Fresi1 also raised a comletely valid point about age vs. combat lvl which you've singularly failed to respond to. High combat level does not indicate maturity, age or worthiness within the game, nor for that matter does total level, mining level or any other in-game skill.

People disilusioned with the game and community?
Is that even a word?? :-k In the UK it means like a shouting argument, I think. Off topic: Yep, barrack is a British word meaning to shout at. Bizarrely it can also mean to shout for (or cheer on) e.g. in a sporting sense - this meaning is more widely used in Australia - us Brits use the negative sense, surprise surprise :D On topic: I agree with Wakka that Jagex get a pretty raw deal from players - no one update, or even one month's worth of updates are likely to please all players. Basically if you don't like the update don't involve it in your game play. Respect the fact that other players will have appreciated it and stop with all the whining. Ultimately if you feel that way about the entire game then, errr, stop playing altogether! No-one's forcing you to play... Quite why people feel the need to announce to the world they are quitting due to "update x" or "because the community has gone down hill" and then continue to post for months/years afterwards about how bad it still is/how much worse it's gotten I've no idea.

~Merchanting, a cheap way to the riches?~
Interesting topic. Personally I'm completely in favour of merchanting, not because I've ever done a great deal of it; On the rare occasions I have, it has usually been opportunistic in nature - I do always check market prices of all low to mid price, high volume tradeables (e.g. barrows, small rares, yew longs etc.) so as not to get caught out, but I guess that any classification would have me as more bargain-hunter than merchant! The main reason I'm so in favour of merchanting is because it makes MY life easier! 110ea for 60k pure ess? I'd pay that all day long if it means I don't have to hop from world to world scouring the banks picking up the odd 2 or 3k here and there for 100ea. Equally I'd far rather accept a slightly lower price for selling 8 assorted barrows items to one merchant than spend 3 days lagging around Runescape's answer to rush hour traffic, or World 2 Fally Park as it's otherwise known. What does wind me up though is people who think it's an easy "get rich quick" scheme - if it was, don't you think everyone would do it? The amount of time and effort that goes into being a good merchant can easily be equated to the time that other players spend fishing/wc'ing/mining/rc'ing for their cash, the only difference is you don't get xp for merchanting.

Hunter: Chinchompas
What would you suggest is better xp? I'm not doubting you, but at lvl 75 hunter i've tried most things and would love to get better xp per hour - I find reds about on a par with red sallys...

Selling Stuff Is Torture?
its under-cutters like you that have ruined whip prices. thank you A brief lesson in economics... More sellers (supply) than buyers (demand) means that people will lower the price to sell their item therefore price goes down. More buyers than sellers means that people will pay more in order to buy the item therefore price goes up. There is no set price for items when trading with other players. That is why you will see people buying 1 or 2 laws for 1, 2 or even 5k ea - that is what it is worth to them to have that item at that time and why you cannot sell laws in bulk on the forums for those prices in current market conditions. OT: I'd either keep the rune scimmy until you see someone in a bank who wants one, or if you need the cash urgently sell lower or alch.

Behind the Scenes - February
I'm not sure why people are continually surprised by this! Updates to F2P whilst they do occur are usually rare and are generally limited to the graphical updates applied to both P2P and F2P. Security Stronghold being one of the few exceptions to this rule. Back on topic, this month's behind the scenes is interestingly vague! It leaves quite a lot open to the imagination, so hopefully a view surprises in store for us this month!

61/91 RC...need help!
I'll race you. I don't believe this is quicker than the abyss. Also, whilst Laws are greater xp individually (0.5 per rune) you lose some of the advantage in that you have to carry 1 less essence due to the need to use a log for balloon. Ultimately world 66 is definitely the FASTEST experience, but it costs a heap to do. Largely the reason that most people want to get to 91rc is because it's a good money earner. Therefore why would you want to skip earning many millions of geepee available in crafting your own nats on the way to 91?! If you need to maintain momentum try setting interim goals rather than going all out for 91 straight off - it's a long long road! Also try rc'ing with a friend - or with other tip.iters (world 99 is great for this and additionally there's a group of rc friendly guys who kill pkers) Good luck on your goal

Highest Rank Player without a 99 skill?
No, it wouldn't. You would probably have to do a LOT of cannoning to avoid getting 99 HP, but I think it can be done. a LOT of cannoning would probably equal 99 range though... It would be interesting to see what the highest slayer lvl someone could get without getting 99 in a combat skill! Clear leader so far.. Rank to beat now is 649!

Highest Rank Player without a 99 skill?
Nice! He has awesome stats and lots of 98s, but does have 8 skills 99 so wouldn't qualify for highest rank with no 99s!

Highest Rank Player without a 99 skill?
I was having a chat in game with a good friend and was commenting on the lack of a 99 skill despite her being ranked 1,477 overall, with a total lvl of 1975. It got me to thinking.. Is there anyone ranked higher who doesn't have a single skill at lvl 99? Given the number of high-leveled players on tif, I thought this a good place to start the discussion! So, do you know anyone with a claim on this title? Would you want it? It does of course come with the advantage of not being asked to show the skill cape emote! :D But on the downside, flat 98s are not likely to be possible since 98 slayer would automatically mean 99 in at least one combat skill... Thoughts?

Clue Rewards - Monster Dependent?
It seems to me like the longer the clue the better the reward, and if you have to spend a lot of time in the wildy that seems to help as well, but again that might be just my imagination lol. My best ever clue was Robin and Black Cav together, and that came from Turasks. Not sure if that helps!

Bank and Stats after 16 Months (updated)
Thanks guys! Good comments Toast you must be able to read my mind :D Def is what I'm working on at the moment - obviously through Slayer assignments.. And yep, almost all my RC lvls are from solo'ing nats. Umega, cheers yeah, think you're probably right. I've used the money from rc'ing mostly to buy crafting, herby and cons lvls. Also had to replace my Guth spear when I lagged out at black demons *sob* bank should grow steadily from now hopefully (assuming no tragedies!) Keep 'em coming

Bank and Stats after 16 Months (updated)
Update: now 17.5months left original stats for comparison, but replaced bank to keep things tidy. Original bank is here: http://img296.imageshack.us/img296/9550/mordbank070130eg8.jpg Please feel free to re-rate for progress :D Well, after playing for just over a year I thought I'd share my bank and stats with fellow tip.iters and see what you all think. As usual, constructive criticism is welcomed as are suggestions for new goals. Flamers are also welcomed if they're happy to get as good as they give  So without further ado: Stats: and now Bank: Rate/Hate/Marinate

MOST VALUABLE shop item
Sure was a long time ago, the red party hat was there. But it had a default stack of 0, so it is not really that. A shop that actually sells the item has a default stock of 1 or more then 1. Oh yes, if you want to keep on rare prices, get someone to sell it to the general store. I bet that the price will be lower then.. 10gp? it had more. than 0..on the hour every hour 1 restocked... ^ That's a myth. None were ever sold by the shop.

How the heck do you train herblore?
As most people have already stated, short of dumping an absolute load of cash into it there's no real 'power train' option for herblore. Personally I farm all the herb seeds I get dropped, I buy ranarr and snap seeds when I see people selling them. Occasionally buy unids and sometimes swap MTK to herbs, though usually I leave on other resources and keep the profit to buy... Seconds. I rarely if ever collect seconds as in the time that I am doing that I could have made enough money to buy more than I collected!

~Why do YOU want a skillcape?~
ok, that's enough guys.. i have both 99 range and fletching, and never wear the fletching cape, EVER lol.. but still you act like 99 fletching is nothing.. First off 99 cook is easier, its like fletching, but you don't even string Second, i worked like 3 tireless weeks after school and in mornings, cutting and stringing, so please don't act as if its nothing, sure it isn't as hard as another skill to 99, but that fact is its still a 99. ALSO! 99 firemaking is much easier then fletching, much much easier. Want to talk easy? How about WC or Fishing, just sit and let it auto fish and cut, every one in a while you change tree/ponds or bank.. woooo thats hard! Now fletching, sit and stringing or cut, making thousands of clicks.. So when everyone says hard, do they mean "Harder" or "Longer"?? I think most people mean longer... I don't know what level Fletching you started at, but 3 weeks doesn't sound a great deal of time to get a skill to 99. Obviously that's subjective based upon the number of hours you play a week, but it's fair to say that cooking and fletching are the "easiest" to get as they take less time. Personally I'm wanting to trim my attack cape, but I'm yet to decide what skill to go for as I like the levels to add something more to the skill as you progress rather than simply achieving the number. E.g. 99 attack - hit more often, 99 Smith make full rune... My preferred skill is runecrafting but that is an almighty task to get to 99! I would have liked to go for 99 hunter, but beyond lvl 80 (5 traps) and 72ish (imps) there is nothing to achieve currently..

--What is your "non combat" combat lvl--UPDATED NUMBERS--
Dumb comment since you're removing those skills from the equation it's necessary to remove the '1' in order to get a true average. Extra homework for you. Back on topic 75.3 P2P incorrect, the last time i checked f2p scores include the "1's" from p2p stats too. Because 1 is the starting lvl and not 0. So it is included. Do you see f2pers going arounds saying "I'm 1000 - 7" f2p = 993 f2p? No right? Extra logical homework for you. Btw, dumb comment on mine *Sigh* The point is not the the total lvl that F2P'ers actually have the point is the average lvl across skills. Ergo, if you are reducing the number of skills that you divide by, which is necessary since F2P'ers can't train members skills, you also need to remove the '1' associated with those skills or the average is incorrect. I'm sorry, but I really don't have the time to supplement your education any further.

So... do YOU have 1 million fire runes?
I used to do all my melee training at fire giants, I had about 230k fire runes when I sold them to some guy offering 20ea for all. Around 10k of those were crafted so 220k from drops. Doubt that I have a pic unless they're in an old bank pic somewhere, I'll check and update later.
