no, there are people who are just plain stupid - like, illogical. they don't realize what they say makes very little sense. i am often wrong about the "best way" of doing things. but rarely do i say anything that makes no sense at all. there is nothing wrong with playing a game for fun. it's fine if you want to do things your way. but when you start claiming that your way is more optimal than mine at achieving X, at least provide some kind of coherent argument for yourself. also, if you say something which is clearly WRONG, i will call you out on your ignorance. there is nothing wrong about that. call me elitist or whatever, but if you are clearly just being stupid i want you to know it. and g-troll, please just gtfo lol, all you do is flame and provide little backing for your ridiculous statements. i have very rarely heard you say anything productive or backed on reasonable facts. look at the "RSOF idiot" TIF join dates. they are roughly the same as yours, save 1-2 years. my old account for TIF is from like '03 or something. i think most of the "efficiency freaks" will agree with me in that we are annoyed when people are IGNORANT, not when people are INEFFICIENT. there is a huge difference.

I dont think spins are that big of a problem. Most of the damage you get is from supreme, and the healing from EEE and food drops should be able to cover spiny damage.

At lower levels I would use pengpoints/TOG/lamps to boost level so that you can reach higher prestige more quickly. this gives you higher xp rates.

Has anyone ever tried this using void, chaotic crossbow, chaotic staff, & rigour? What killrate can you expect? If you use void you also don't risk staff nor crossbow!

Rapier > Cbow > Maul > Rigour > Staff. Never get CLS. You WILL regret it. I own all 5 weapons.

yea i seriously don't get how rapier+box would be better than baxe+box overall. rapier's accuracy is significantly lower (20-30 points) below baxe, and max dps really isn't that much higher. + there aren't THAT many stab monsters that would really overcome this difference. i would consider it if i actually saw more people using it, but otherwise i will stick with baxe.

if youre ever bored, go try safe pvp. getting good at 1v1 safe pvp is probably the hardest thing in the game, and immensely satisfying.

random aside: is spear + gatherer better than 2h + gatherer?

dg items to get in order of priority. people will say get cls first. they are idiots. i own all 5 weapons and can fairly say that rapier and maul will essentially ALWAYS outperform cls. rapier > cbow > maul > staff > fks > cks > eeks > cls fks = farseer kiteshield cks = chaotic kiteshield eeks = eagleeye kiteshield

is div buyable at max? what do you guys see div stabilizing at?
