Whip vs. Chaotic Rapier?
If you honestly needed to ask, you either didn't look up the stats at all or are monumentally stupid. It's exactly the same as asking whether d scim is better than rune scim. Generally when you're asking questions on a forum it's best to have looked into it at least the tiniest bit first, if only so that it's not as easy for randoms on the internet to mislead you.

TDs
If you're new at it, I recommend using the maul if you have both. It's a whoole lot easier because you get more time for switching. Rapier only gets to be better when you're always switching weapons on time.

Dg Binds
The best keyers tend to prefer gather rings because most unpreventable deaths happen when a skill door KO's you in a dangerous room. If you aren't keying, you need to be using berserker. Sounds like you need to get better at leaving your gatestone in a safe place and teleporting to it when you're in trouble.

Boss Turoth
What happens after you kill it? Empty room?

I'd believe it, I get 38 k/h on curses.

Whip vs. Chaotic Rapier?
Interesting idea... Do remember, though, that you then have to fight with the SoL for the full minute. Is SoL vs. normal def > Rapier vs. SoL specced def? Possibly, but I'd be interesting in testing at least.

Blood necklace glitch
Stupid question, but you are the only one on your team with a necklace when this happens, right? Besides that, lol idk. Never even seen a blood necklace.

Selling my Dragon Claws
If PKing becomes fairly popular, I presume dragon claws would rise, being such a good spec weapon for PvP.

hit a 40 with fero ring
I know I've hit a 41 since the hp update and a 4 before it, but I'm not sure I've ever hit a 40. I will indeed keep my eyes out. Seems like the best candidate for this, if it's possible, would be people who range with darts in there.

Dungeoneering at level 94
Thanks guys, I'll add you's who wanted adds when I get on later :) Last night I did some combination solo/keying with 148s, wasn't so bad (35-45 minutes, depending on how often I had to spam ggs at levers/mimes/skill doors I couldn't open). I think my mistake on the first floor I tried was jumping into a forming team- as bad as I am at keying compared to some of my pro friends, I'm still a lot better than most 148s. Using this as an opportunity to develop myself as a keyer is a decent use of time, so I'm gonna do that.

Dungeoneering at level 94
At that point I'd rather solo- teaming with idiots really makes me hate the game and I don't end up getting much done before I ragequit. Thanks anyway.

If you don't soul split, karil's bow is better than ccbow.
-
TDs. (added a DG question)
Karil's doesn't have any appreciable benefit over dhide unless you find yourself taking damage from magic splats a lot. It also has lower ranged and melee defense, but only slightly. I wouldn't use it, especially since your reasoning for not using void is keeping a low risk. If you don't SS flash, definitely use normal prayers. They're way better than curses when you're switching back and forth, because turmoil usually doesn't get more than its initial boost, and leech ranged sucks.

Dungeoneering at level 94
Recently lost my rapier due to the server kicking me out, haven't done dungeoneering for quite a while. Last time I did it I had some competent friends who made it fast, did 25 minute floors to my chaotic crossbow. They're not dungeoneering anymore. Tried a random dungeon in 148 and it was TERRIBLE. Almost an hour for floor 35. So I'm not doing that again. Is there any way for a level 94 dungeoneer who isn't a moron to get likeminded teammates, or do I have to solo to 100 so that I can get back with people who don't suck?

TDs. (added a DG question)
Use three overloads or use super prayers- especially without elite void, normal prayer pots aren't going to last you much longer than 3 ovls unless you get lucky with ppot drops. Don't worry about the super restore- 2 doses of brew doesn't take you low enough that restore does anything, it just takes you down to around 98-99. Use rune bolts or Karil's crossbow. Karil's is better damage but you can't really soul split flash with it, which you might find stretches your brew a little too thin. Speaking of which, I'm not sure I'd try normal prayers until you're more comfortable killing, because the loss of soul split flash is a big, big difference. Rapier is a humongous advantage over the whip, so yes, it will increase your kill speed.

Praying Brawlers?
Personally, I'm betting they'll add training spots for the useless brawlers to the wild. They've been hinting at adding improved resources to the wilderness to encourage skillers to go out there. Maybe some blackjackable NPCs in the rogue castle and boosting the prayer brawler bonus to 500% for bones buried in the wilderness.

Praying Brawlers?
That would overpower brawlers ridiculously.

3rd Age/Spirit shields/Phats Discussion
Wait till free trade, see what greens are going for. You won't have to worry about upgrading/downgrading/tied up cash because anything and everything will sell in the GE. It'll be as simple as finding out what the price of green partyhats is and earning enough to buy one.

A multi-way dungeon that is pvp?
Where did it say the new dungeon is multi? I must have missed that. If that's true, very disappointing. Not even a chance for anyone who doesn't want to team up with a bunch of PKers which, as you pointed out, is not the safest thing to do. PKers are notorious for being untrustworthy backstabbers (not all of them, but a very high proportion). What a fun dungeon that will be.

Where is the Love for members?
Really? Because every time I go to F2P I feel like I've gone into some weird world run by 9-12 year olds who are still enthralled by the novelty of cussing random people out. Not that P2P isn't bad, but F2P is a whole different level.
-
Where is the Love for members?
I think that had less to do with you wearing member's armor and more to do with the fact that a bunch of bored 12 year olds at a place like F2P Karamja dock are going to be rude. So it is, so it always has been. You stood out because of your armor, which made you a perfect target for HORMONE RAGE and mob mentality. Lesson: don't go anywhere in F2P with the idea of striking up a meaningful conversation.

Whip vs. Chaotic Rapier?
Or, you can just check the second window. But that requires a couple of abilities you don't possess, so I'm not surprised you think anyone who can manage not to get fooled by simple scam tricks is some kind of wizard.

Whip vs. Chaotic Rapier?
Dcim vs. rune scim for staking, which is better?

Engine Team Q&As
Breaking news: player believes only updates that directly affect him are worthwhile; nobody can own a better PC than him! More at 11.

The return of staking??
If you play one game, you either win a small amount of money (very likely) or lose all of your money (very unlikely). If you play a bunch of times, you win a lot of times and then eventually lose all of your money. It's not a smart thing to do one way or another. Playing just once isn't even that much profit, so obviously to actually earn anything you're going to have to do it more than once, and there's where the "losing all your money" part comes in.
