Staking
Farcast him. Use your highest ice spell and go as far away from him as you possibly can while still casting, and he shouldn't be able to retaliate with ranged or melee. If he gets close to you, claw and then back off and farcast some more. If he does as the guy above suggests and disallows movement/magic or anything else that breaks your strategy, tell him to leave it on or you're not fighting, because the odds would then be stacked ridiculously in his favor. The most productive use of your time in the mean time would be to try to dungeoneer enough to afford an arcane stream necklace.

Found a fantastic way to make money off of scammers
Am I to assume you're also against fining reckless drivers and other law breakers? This guy is trying to steal money from people. OP is teaching them a lesson by stealing it back. That's not two wrongs, that's a learning experience for the kid stealing money.

If a mage PKer isn't carrying super restores, they probably aren't a threat to anyone anyway.

Next Chaotic?
I'm in your situation- my current plan is to save up 200k tokens so that if I ever lose something I can buy it back instantly (would be piiiiiiiissed if I lost a rapier and had a CLS instead of 200k tokens for a new rapier), and then I'll buy surgebox followed by CLS. I do have a divine though, so in my case the shields are more useless than usual. Do be wary of CKS though, because it drains charge like CRAZY at DKS and isn't much better than DFS really.

Mithril Dragons with Statius warhammer spec
Corp is the only monster worth using SWH on.

ss>turm>ext/ovls?
This. Extremes are a significant advantage and not THAT expensive relative to the other levels. SS is useless without turmoil and both are too expensive to be worth getting before extremes. Overloads are another tier above that.

Is this exp normal?
Oo, Gandalf brings up a good point I didn't address in my last rant. You know how on the floors list you get a checkmark next to every floor you complete? After all of your floors are checked, hit the "reset" button on your dungeoneering tab and complete them all again. Otherwise you cut your exp by more than half. I really hope you've been doing that...

Void and Korasi's
Yup. Take your max hit with whatever equipment you have on and that's what's used for the spec.

If I change my name
My original username is Jaffy1 (name 1). I changed it to Miss Jafje (name 2) and had that for a display name for over a year; and my older rs friends still used to type "Jaffy1" to get into my cc. The name was still mine, even though I hadn't used it for over a year. Then I changed my display name as I got bored of "Miss Jafje" (to a third name), and checked whether or not anyone would be able to take my Tip.It name (Jaffy1). They could, so after one month I immediately changed it back from name 3, to "Jaffy1" (name 1). A few days later I noticed a troll had made a newbie account and named it Miss Jafje to pretend to be me, as that name (2) became available when I went from name 3 to name 1. So yeah, I'm positive. I'm pretty sure that your original login name stays bound to you no matter what, and that's why that happened for you. I've gone through 3 or 4 name changes and you can still type Green9090 (the name I started with) and end up in my CC.

CKS
If you're like me and don't mage but do like TDs and team Arma, rigour might be good to get before staff.
-
Which will suite my needs better?
Yep. If you get a rapier and a maul, you'll basically never want a CLS unless you own a divine.
-
CKS
List some places you need ONLY melee/ranged defense where you wouldn't use a defender. Go on, I'll wait here. For DKs, CKS is good, so that's one valid use. For Bandos, you really don't want to trade 15 magic defense and 7 strength for 17 ranged defense. The more defense you have in a stat, the more difference it makes, and Bandos gear ends up giving you a pretty high ranged defense bonus when all is said and done. 15 magic defense is a significant chunk, on the other hand. The soaking is also essentially worthless, you don't get it over 200 very often at all. 7 strength is also more useful than people tend to give it credit for. That's a nice little chunk of DPS. Edit: though, as SirIzen pointed out, it's true that chaotic anything degrades extremely fast at DKs, so if you can get away with DFS and still SS enough, that's better there as well. I don't do DKs enough to have a good idea of how difficult that is.

CKS
What would you use it for? In general, no. It's an extremely niche shield if you can afford DFS, which is almost always better.

Which will suite my needs better?
Ease of SS flashing is subjective- I've spent so much time flashing with whip and then rapier than it's completely natural, I can do longsword speed but it's more difficult for me. Ironically, that's the only subjective part. There is a correct answer for what gives the best DPS, but it's too close to get an actual conclusion (which pretty much means we can assume they're equal in that regard). We know for a fact that with a defender rapier is better, so CLS can't anticrash. We know for a fact rapier saves prayer by killing the minions faster. We know that some people can flash more easily with CLS or rapier, but can learn the other one with some effort. The only argument we're hearing FOR the CLS is "I feel like it hits better," which is not really an argument so much as a justification for using an inferior weapon. Not that you shouldn't use it if you like it (if you don't mind being crashed), but it's not nice to get other people crashed by telling them that CLS is better.
-
How do you use staff of light spec effect with other weapons?
Protip: stay away from the duel arena for the next several weeks. There are tons of bugs going around- if you don't use them you get cleaned, if you do use them you get banned. Broken content until further notice.

GWD or Barrows
At your stats I'm not sure that either would be good money. GWD is better than barrows unless you're in a very large team though, I can tell you that for sure. For money I'd recommend killing dragons for their bones. Green dragons are now uncrowded if you don't mind 4 iteming and fending off PKers, otherwise blue dragons in that watchtower cave are pretty good as well. If you train your stats up for a while by camping dragons then you'll get to the point where you could reasonably 4-5 man Bandos and make it a more feasible cash option.

Which will suite my needs better?
The big problem with using CLS at Bandos is it makes you extremely crashable. Rapier + defender will crash CLS + defender every time. You also waste a lot of prayer by taking MUCH longer to kill the minions with CLS. AND I've never seen any video that convinced me that CLS is actually any better at all for Bandos than rapier- they 0 streak just as often as my rapier does with divine.

Draconic Jads
The argway takes essentially no time because you just plant the seed you get from draconics and walk away until it's grown. The shadow vines give you 15 minutes of catching per vine you get, and you can easily get a couple vines a minute. The time investment for scentless potions is almost nothing and personally I notice a big difference when using them. I'd do it.

[Video] Advanced Guide to Jadinko Hunting: Actual 250k xp/hr results
Sounds like you got unlucky/misclicked a lot for those 2 hours. I haven't talked to anyone who didn't agree that smoking traps at jadinkos has an unusually large effect compared to other creatures. My comment that you quoted, though, was only saying that you CAN smoke them, which you absolutely can. Whether or not it affects catch rate is a different discussion, but I'm extremely inclined to say it does, at least at 92 hunter.

Chaotic long?
...Not really? Say you and your friend are doing duo FFA with cls and defender, and then a guy comes in max gear and rapier + defender. You and your friend are now screwed, because the other guy's going to be getting the majority of the drops.

Falador Elite task reward
Enchanted ruby necklace actually gets your prayers swapped significantly faster than Falador tele with that altar, especially since you have to go up a couple flights of stairs, which means load times. It's a completely bogus reward.

Chaotic long?
Rapier still beats longsword imo Rarely? Even vs 99 def, trova, divine, etc? Nah, longsword is better than rapier if you're using it on say, full torva. On a fully armored staker (as opposed to a high def monster, since most high def monsters are weak to stab) the longsword would be about 4% better damage rate than rapier. This 4% difference however, does NOT increase with increasing armor. Once you get to a certain armor point, LS is always roughly 4% better. But never much more than 4% better. On a fully armored staker, a chaotic maul deals damage 10% faster than a longsword, and ~14% faster than a rapier. So once again, chaotic maul wins in this scenario unless you think a shield can justify losing 10% damage rate Out of curiosity, are these numbers with or without defender? If without, divine reduces opponent's damage rate by 30% to reduce yours by 10%, so sounds like a win to me. I'm not sure any other shield would be worthwhile though. Someone mentioned CLS > rapier for Bandos, which is false. Even with a shield, the two weapons are absurdly similar. However, the rapier wins hands down when you have to anticrash with the d defender you should be bringing in your inventory. CLS can't compete with rapier in a crash/anticrash scenario.

Which leech for Frosts?
Yes, but A) you need Falador elite diary done, and B) it's still further from Falador tele than Senntisten (sp?) is from Digsite pendant. That said, the altar down there is VERY easily accessible from the pendant. It's nothing like switching ancients back and forth; you even get a big prayer boost over max for your trouble.
