  2. Stay in Canada and bludgeon any infected Americans trying to cross north in the hope that the cold will freeze the zombies. (Im just kidding! You Americans probably have guns...) :(
  3. My 4th Christmas on Tip.it... How sad... :(
  4. Im pretty sure theres a law against framing people... Framing means you make it look like someone did something wrong but they didn't and never intended to. Also, some people are confused about entrapment. Entrapment is when you make someone do something they wouldn't normally do. That wouldn't apply in this case either, because they're already looking to buy/sell gold. Then what's the point of playing a game when the developers are just leaving bait in order to actively try to ban people? Jagex might as well sell gold for real while they're at it... They're gonna benefit more instead of banning players...
  5. Im pretty sure theres a law against framing people...
  6. Like Gaia Online? The game is just around $5-10 depending on where you are for 1 month... How much should they charge then? If they charge lower than $5-10, then wouldn't people just be encouraged to buy cash instead of training and using skills? Also thats gonna flood the market... If they charge higher, then real life cash sellers and cheaters would just sell lower... and that would only encourage more cheaters...
  7. How about some of you people play OTHER games MMORPGs BESIDES WoW and Runescape... -.-
  8. Some people actually keep records of their personal information just like that...? Its just begging to be abused... -.-
  9. First and foremost... No Autopsies or embalming. I'd like to be buried 1 kilometer deep under Antarctic Ice in a glass coffin.
  10. Edit: Wait.. did you use a credit card? Cause if you, then you're probably better off using Pay by Credit Card instead of paybyphone... [hide]Ah... Well if you have a debit card from a bank with an online banking feature, chances are your bank should also have an online Interac feature. Well if you're not sure, go ask your local banker. They can help you set up an online banking account. Also, theres a "pay by mail" option with paybycash. First you sign up for membership in the runescape website, and then Paybycash will give you specific instructions on how much to mail, and where to send the mail. IE, Jagex's address. (It just takes longer for jagex to get it... usually a few weeks...) ==== Well this was how it went for me when I used paybycash ==== *Im in canada so I dont know how exactly it works for other countries* For prompt and accurate processing, please follow these instructions carefully: Step 1: Print these instructions so you can refer to them when sending your payment via CertaPay (Interac). Step 2: To use CertaPay (Interac), you must bank at one of the following banks and have your bank account set up for online/PC banking. (I used my local bank) Full instructions for sending money via CertaPay (Interac) may be found here. Step 3: Please make sure you carefully follow the instructions below to avoid any delays in the processing of your payment! Send your CertaPay (Interac) email payment of ($$$) Canadian Dollars to: Recipient Name: PayByCash Recipient Email: [email protected] Message to Recipient: In the space provided for a "Message to recipient," please include the following information: 1: (your order number goes here) 2: (your rsn) 3: RuneScape 4: (your real name) Please do NOT include ANY quotation marks, apostrophes or commas in ANY fields. Simply separate words with a space. If you include any quotes, apostrophes, or other special characters, the CertaPay (Interac) system WILL NOT deliver your payment to us! (CertaPay (Interac) is aware of this problem). Security Question: (security question you are given) Security Word: (security word you are given) Please enter this information exactly as shown here, with all lower-case (small) letters and NO spaces or special characters! Please double check your spelling! If we cannot enter the security answer exactly, your payment will be returned to you by CertaPay (Interac) and you will have to resubmit it. Step 4: An E-mail notification will be sent to you when your payment has been processed. Your PayByCasḫ̢̢ââ¬Ã¾Ãââ payment will be processed the same day it is received. ===== Well that was how it turned out for me. Paybycash is a company, and you can use different methods to pay. Credit Card payments go directly to Jagex, byt paybycash is a third party company trusted by jagex. Theres Paypal, western union, money transfer, certapay(interact), ebullion, and some others. Dunno if your country has those though.[/hide]

  15. Oh you have that in your university internet too? Those things gave me headaches for ages last year (thank god im off campus now hehe) Try http://megavideo.com/ then? They're usually high quality. And wow... I didn't know mushishi was already licensed in the US... :-X
  16. I'll try. Wasn't aware you could download them. (I'd rather do that instead of having to search for the next EP between episodes). I think its a decently known anime... at least its gotten a few awards [hide]1.) Get a torrent client (azereus or utorrent) 2.) http://www.tokyotosho.com/index.php <- Search for titles there (at your discretion) They have mostly everything there. Like the guy said, theres Stage6 - but they got warned by a couple of studios and companies. Theres also Veoh - but same thing with Stage6... Theres also this site http://realitylapse.com/index.php - Direct Download, and theres is NO limit to how many you can download in a day. Although... you have to finish the download before you can download another episode... (They have Mushishi on that site) Other direct download sites: http://www.anime-sensei.net/ (Megaupload / rapidshare / etc) http://www.animea.net/series (Megaupload / rapidshare / etc) Frankly I prefer torrents... [/hide]
  17. Don't they ever use pepper spray or bear mace anymore...? -.- (Don't answer that...)

  19. Even if they were the first ones to actually say that its possible to make a powerful explosive device from atomic reactions, the Germans actually didn't have any working plan or system to manufacture atom bombs. Sure they had heavy water plants and scientists testing nuclear reactions in labs, they didn't have a concentrated effort like the allies. I mean, they had no central facility like Los Alamos and their scientists were operating independently for hte most part. They did have plans for a plane or rocket that can bomb North America from orbit, but much like the other "super weapons" Hitler kept spouting, they never got off the drawing pad. Allied commanders were soiling their pants during the war, but they were surprised the Germans were far away compared to the allies. And the Russians just planted spies into the allied nuclear program from the start instead. Thats why their first bomb was almost a direct copy of the bombs used in Nagasaki and Hiroshima.
  20. Yes exactly! But the genius of it all was to create something that does not make you into a zombie. The T-Virus killed 9 out of 10 people. The remaining 10% of the population are naturally immune for some reason, and they were trying to develop some sort of watered down version of the virus so that everyone else can take it. You take people like Wesker or Ada Wong or even Birkin's daughter, Sherry - they either infected themselves, got infected, or was infected but was able to use an antidote to reverse all the negative effects. Wesker and Ada are now super human, and Sherry has antibodies against the virus. At first they tried injecting the virus on animals like Monkeys, Rabits, and maybe the occasional human... In the case of animals, which required more and stronger doses, they mutated. In humans, even small doses, over time, only turns them into zombies. Next they tried Tyrant series on selected, genetically compatible humans to serve as super soldiers - Strong, totally indestructible, but they can only be "programed" for 1 or 2 missions, and after that, they are a danger to the users themselves. Even before missions, tyrants often go berserk on their own creators in labs. The G-Virus was much more stable, but at the same time, it had a more serious tendency to cause mutations... See the T-Virus almost always needed external factors to facilitate mutation. Radiation, exposure to poison, electricity, chemicals, etc are needed to make the "Bio weapons" umbrella wants to produce. The G-Virus on the other hand, does it by itself. The majority of the zombies around raccoon city was caused by the initial spread of the T-Virus from the Arklay mountain facility. Not the G-Virus. When Birkin injected himself with the virus, it did not turn him into a zombie, but it mutated him over time. Everytime he gets seriously hurt, the virus adapts and takes over the host more and more. Thats why he was still able to keep his sanity, but the virus was slowly eroding his mind. Also with the G-Virus, umbrella was able to create the NEMESIS series of Tyrants. The T-Virus in its purest form, degrades the brain so much so that all thats left is an animal. The G-Virus on the other hand, keeps the brain "alive" enough so that the host can think and obey orders on its on, or from an outside source. Actually thats wrong... the G-Virus keeps the host's entire body alive as much as possible so that it can survive too. Man... I can write an entire essay on Resident Evil lol... :wall:
  21. Well if you take the Umbrella Corporation for example. There were around 4 scientists who discovered the virus than can cause people to reanimate and mabe mutate. They then used their personal fortunes and connections to establish a "pharmaceutical company" as a backdrop for their research into this virus to make it a military weapon. Over the years they made alot of money, and some of the original researchers "dissappeared" and their work were taken over by other ambitious scientists who experimented and experimented on the original virus, until they came upon the T-Virus. They then made their main research facility for this virus near and under Racoon City. An average sized, somewhat isolated American city, thats financed by the umbrella corporation. Their main objective was to perfect the T-Virus, which was at the time, far from perfect since it had limitations, and their "test subjects" can't be controlled. (Hunters, etc) One of the head scientists, a crazy-obsessed-genius of a man named William Birkin discovered the G-Virus, which at that point, can be used to control "test subjects" more efficiently than the T-Virus. (Nemesis versus Tyrant) But the head of the company, who want to steal Birkin's work, caused the spread of the epidemic within the city when Birkin, in desperation, injected himself with the virus. Long story short, the Virus was far from perfect when it was released into the environment. It had military applications, and some medicinal properties like immunity from blunt force trauma and regeneration of bodilu functions, but it was far FAR from perfect. When it gets released, then you have a full blown zombie epidemic on your hands. :
