  1. Your items are supposed to appear on the ground when you destroy a gravestones, but it's always worked kind of iffy. I died at TDs recently, came back, picked up most of my crap, destroyed my gravestone, and picked up a few remaining items (mainly prayer potions.) But yeah, pick up items first.
  2. You know what I find absolutely hilarious about this, if I didn't check tipit forums in class I wouldn't have known about this till I went to play RS and found the Announcement by Jagex that earlier today RS wasn't working. XD OMG. AMAZING. LOL. You could take part in the once in a scapetime oppitunity of hunting red chinchompas without sixty bots trying to catch them a few spaces away from you. Oh, and this. You know, Jagex should work on an update and their rollback system so that if a game crash occurs, it always rolls back your binds or something. I'd hate to lose my hood; prom isn't as bad, because I can use DG smith to get that back. Eventually.
  3. Honestly, from what I've seen of DGS, it's pretty much impossible to do a large 5:5 under F30. You can do 30 and 31, but other then that you're probably better off doing solo meds =/ Really, I think DGS should put a reccomended DG level of like 70. But other then that, definitely bind a Shadow Silk Hood if you see one.
  4. Oh lol i thought i was a picture of Jagexs custom support workers. Here's your Customer Support: [hide][/hide] Laughed so hard. And for Dire, may I present Jagex's new and highly antipated bot detection system. She's ready, willing, and able to stamp the "banned" forms in triplicate, sent in, sent back, queried, lost, found, subjected to public inquiry, lost again, and finally buried in soft peat for three months and recycled as firelighters Roflmao! What are those creatures? Vogons.
  5. Nope. [spoiler=Large Image] It seems rather appropriate.
  6. Red Salamanders then Jadinks sometime between 70 nd 75. There's a very good Jadinko guide in the archive of wisdom.

Honestly. KEEP DA CHAIN GOING! Ontopic, before the Mods (like that Swedish one) banhammer this post for being off-topic... Quite glad I'm not normally on at these hours. I really would hate to lose my hood. With any luck it should be fixed by the time I actually want to play RS. Menomena.
  9. Dude. I like this. If they want people to stay there, recharging the spells in a sense forces you to play indefinitely, but I'd already have them now. Part of it is the time, part of it well... progression. 40 hours is a lot less bad if every hour you get something that you actually find useful from it. Honestly, an hour to unlock all spells, you can only use them...idk. find out a decent amount of time, after you unlock it 100 times it's free forever. I would honestly mind that less then the current setup, despite that my random idea would require over twice as much work to permanently unlock them all.
  10. I am now going to point out that although I don't trust downloading a free bot, wouldn't pay for a paid bot (which is less risky then a free bot but still risky) nor would I ever wish to risk my account, I've thought about botting and I understand why people would want to bot certain parts of RS.
  11. Well then, don't buy from the shops... But you do have a point, it could take a while to search through shops. As neat as it seems, it really just seems useless with the GE. You seem to be under the impression that this will be more useful then the GE, when really, it isn't. At all. If you can't get it on the GE, what are the chances that you'd find the one obscure player with a shop selling it? Or, if you can't sell it on the GE, what are the chances that you can find someone willing to pay for it? Also, half the time with the GE people consider stuff unbuyable/unsellable because they aren't willing to change their price far enough from the "guide" price in order to actually buy/sell the item.
  12. Er, Rach, how many of those spells have you unlocked? I've gotten teleport to south falador and I'm really, really sick of that minigame. The money I can deal with, but it feels like one of the most tedious things I've done on RS.... IMO it should take less time or be less repetitive. Sure, maybe the first hour is fun, but I feel like I've started to burn out there just after the one (useless) spell. I wasn't sure what the second article is talking about. Either way, I've never really been involved in corporations so the article means little to me. No offense to the author, it looks like a lot of time and thought was put into it.
  13. Nice! So, um, why did you get 99 slayer at the law altar... And how did you manage to start in 01 but net an untrimmed slayer cape o_O

SIGGIED. On-topic: if this is, indeed, the guy who made the thread about JaGex making quests to steal money, then he's just a troll, and a poor one at that.
  15. I dunno, I don't recall ever having been accused of botting o_o @ pulli: a lot of RS wasn't made for doing things as a group. Like.....firemaking. If you want to train it fast, most players don't really have time to chat whilst training it. Agility, RC also comes to mind as something that's very difficult to talk whilst doing.
  16. More or less correct that for ya. Every 15 seconds or so the overload boosts your stats some. So if you drink a brew, every 15 seconds it'll boost back to normal. It only boosts so much though, so you can't drink like 20 brews lol.
  17. Trololol, no it doesn't. Seems like a guide. Would have been simpler to just say "pick up all the coal/mith bots drop at the mining guild" though lol.
  18. Use deflect curses to kill Jad? Melee most of the cave with super att/str and rapier, prayer gear, take range for the 360s. Jad, switch just prayer with deflects so the healers don't spawn. Most people will find this far easier then having to deal with the healers.
  19. There are 9860 people with 99 construction. There are over 100k accounts with 99 fletching. But yeah, the OP seems to have totally forgotten about the fact that 99s are hard when you don't have a few p hats (or sets) to sell for skilling. Do you know you quoted someone from 2007 :P ? Evidently not. Bla. Stupid gravediggers.
  20. 2 guys with ragers, 3 with slingers?
  21. Hey, I don't hoard food! I just don't leave it sitting there after everyone else passes over it. It's an issue that someone else raised a few pages ago-- people whine about not having any food for the boss, but they commonly leave piles of Salves rotting in GDs. I frequently pick up a ton of food because I'm often the only person who picks up the 10 salve drops in a GD. Oh and random note to Grimy: I have my laptop back! No more DG'ing on a netbook!

You're screwed at Godwars, you'll have a better chance of success doing barrows. Try to get 70 mage/range first. If you can beat desert treasure - this makes it a lot easier, as you can teleport to Kharyl (Canifis.) More importantly, you can set up an altar, portal room and portal to Kharyl (aka Canifis) right beside your house entrance portal. Makes life so much easier. As for use mage style of the lizard on all the brothers except Ahrim, and range Ahrim. Do Dharok first because you need prayer for him, then Karil because he's a pain as well. After them, it's up to you on if you want to use prayer for all the brothers or defense. If you decide to go for defense, aka using armour, you should try to get 70 defense so you can equip barrow gear. Once you loot the chest, if you're going for the cheapo setup, teleport to your house, recharge prayer, go back to canifis and repeat.
  23. Whip > GS. Also, Izzy, prepare to get flamed for suggestion SGS > Whip.
  24. This. ....I'd find this update a lot more fun and less repetitive if they severely cut down the time needed to get all the rewards? And if it is fun time will fly by quicker. It is impossible to multi task this boring minigame. I also have trouble differentiating 3 of the 4 in the cure plant menu. Takes time. After a while you get the hang of it. There are also instances where they didn't make it easier, such as their refusal to weaken nomad. That's not even kind of the same thing. The examples above are cases where either they simply lowered the amount of time taken to do something. Nomad is supposed to be a combat challenge. Also: He is ridiculously easy. Did it on my first try using like 5 brews. Bla. Some people found Nomad hard. The problem about a combat challenge in RPGs is that how hard something is generally depends on levels. Come to think of it, I never found his moves that hard, it was the fact that his regular attack spell had so much DPS on me. Aka I was taking damage too fast from the regular spell. If you know what your doing, yes. The curing part only has about 4-5 different patterns that cycle so it's pretty easy to memorise which plant is which. For a full cycle you need to fertilise three patches, cure three plants, fix two fences and either bundle the flowers or energise Pauline but never both. I can do a whole wave with like 20 seconds to spare. Lies I've had bundling and energising in the same round several times. Never seen that once. You're either lying, mistaken, or have a different definition of round then me and Slypheed. Er, you aren't including energizing her for fighting off the Suqah are you? That's actually a "distraction" on the farm, which doesn't actually give any Produce Points. I realize you still right click and select energize for this, so it's fairly similar to the regular energizing done in most rounds. However, a key difference is you don't choose* what "encouragement" to give when helping with the Suqah attack. *If you do choose the encouragement, you aren't helping her with the Suqah. It's possible to energize her once for part of the normal round and then once again to help her with the Suqah attack, or vice-versa.
  25. I really, really hope they do....
