The Overall Easiest 99 Skill To Get?
There are 9860 people with 99 construction. There are over 100k accounts with 99 fletching. But yeah, the OP seems to have totally forgotten about the fact that 99s are hard when you don't have a few p hats (or sets) to sell for skilling.

Should the Uber Cape include:
Personally, shattered hearts, I yes I guess. It doesn't take that much time, but more importantly it's consistent. Frankly, the champions challenge, I'd say no. I've heard of people killing several thousand just for the drop. I don't think something required for the cape should be based significantly around luck. Or the sort of grinding that doesn't really have any progression to it. If it IS implemented, make a maximum amount of kills before you get the challenge. I'd say when someone has a maxed cape they already have, or should have, all the music (except maybe the champions challenge lol) and all quests/diaries done. Adding quests/diaries to the maxed cape doesn't seem like much, and music just means, hey, get the champions challenge song.

Dungeonsweepers (DGS) - Huge changes; read first post.
Well, getting berserker means taking initiative. But if you're seeing people who are chilling outside of GDs, report them to an admin. That's unacceptable. What if they're rehooding? Touche. (I wish I had my keyboard set to international so I could add the accent.) Alt 130. Touché. You need a numeric keypad to do it though.

LOIC and Hacking: The modern nonviolent protests?
See, see, that's what made the civil rights protesters so impressive. They were willing to to be beaten, thrown in jail, or at best ostracized. That means a lot more then just downloading something on your computer. Plus, the Westboro church just seems like a small, extreme minority doing high racist and bigoted....publicity stunts. That's far different from standing up to the government/majority due to strong moral reasons. If you really want to do something to them, figure out a way to make the media stop paying attention to them. Who knows; maybe they'll stop because, like little children, stop misbehaving when people stop reacting to it; or perhaps they'll do something they can get thrown in jail for. Now, I mean, it's not ALL a publicity stunt, they are racist and bigoted and all that, but I think to a certain extent the reason why they push it towards such an extreme is just for the media attention.

I think a better example was somethign more like an upgraded mage training arena. Guess I'll be working on this during my RS time for the next while....

void or black dhides with FSH?
What? Void offers a range bonus? Void actually offers a comparable range bonus to even friggin GREEN dhide, let alone black? This is only true when you're ranging high defence monsters and perhaps need tankier gear. So for wyverns this would apply, but for a lot of other tasks, void is superior. Um, wait. When in the HELL would you want void on a slayer task? I feel like these people I've quoted have kinda forgotten you can't use FSH and void at the same time, and FSH offers as good/better boost then void on slayer tasks.

I must have it either way. Guess I'll be getting 2m farm exp.

04-Apr-2011- Livid Farm
Well, I can't use the ardy cape, it presumably gets me closer.... South falador seems pointless. I'd say it'd be useful for getting to falador on lunars, but there's always house tabs + portal or just falador tabs... Damnit. You're right. But these rewards look much more useful. If you had soul split you're already immortal at waterfiends  Heh. In b4 Group Venge, friend AGS specs you. One thing I don't like is I get construction exp. That means I might level construction. That means I have to update my house! >.< Yes, I realize I don't have to update my house when I level, but whatever.

This. I have 3 major thoughts about 120: fix the skill before moving it upward. Make actual levels much more rewarding and worthwhile to get, which in itself would take years. Then we need the exp levesl to grow with the skill level; the few skilsl this happens in are obscenely expensive. 99 herb, aka 13m exp, easily costs 200m+. 120 would cost billlions. Lastly, do something in the game so that people specialize 120 skills. NOT by just making it really hard to get lots of 120 skills or whatever, but by actually putting a limit on it somehow. Or, a 4th thougth, don't do it. Refer to the above post for some reasons.

Dungeonsweepers (DGS) - Huge changes; read first post.
I disagree. You're basically telling people "Stand at demonhiem and wait for a keyer to start a floor. If you don't, you're obviously not dedicated to dung" Why should I just sit there playing with myself for a keyer to come? Why can't I go work on other skills when the CC is in Idle time? I hang out on world 99 and make sure I have a ring of kinship with me if I want to DG. Although that suggestion does sound nice, you can't force everyone to follow it. Idk, I haven't had problems. Although I do sometimes wait at Damonheim to get a floor going. Idk. I've DG'ed with quite a few ranked keyrs too =O

Let's view that quote. WHAT THE [bleep] Siggied. Also, yeah, incorporating other skills into combat would be a good thing, but keep them away from PVP. PVP is dangerous enough as is. And please release new boss monsters if/when this happens, we don't need another (or more) Bandos GW. (An easy boss that requires pretty much the best bossing gear in the game because there's so much damned competition.)

My two cents on the issue of botting in Runescape
Nothing new here that the base cause for most botting in RS is probably the fact that a significant amount of the game is a huge grindfest. Honestly, I've been, well, grinding more lately, and especially after getting 75 agility I've really realized that I don't [bleep]ing blame people who bot. If I ever lost my main, I'd seriously look into botting if I decided to play seriously on another account. As for 1/5 botting, although the statistic has no credible source, I can easiliy believe it. Not all players who bot are always botting, and 1/5 people botting or have botted some skill wouldn't surprise me. Honestly, I think it comes down to the fact that the original RS was badly planned, because it was made just for fun by some dude in his basement. It wasn't designed from the start to be a major MMO. Although, one note about the running: although I'd rather run everwhere, I rather like the run/walk feature. A lot of video games just have the character constantly running everywhere, which is a tad unrealistic to be honest. I like how you kinda got to measure it out. On the other hand, it makes me wonder if some agility should be F2P. Random thoughts.

Close/delete
This. Why answer when I can quote? But seriously, the drop rate is something like 1/250 or 1/300, so you'd probably have to kill a couple thousand to get enough of a large sample size to notice something.

Tip.It Times - 3rd April 2011
You DO know that overloads and extremes aren't allowed in dangerous PVP scenarios, right? Not sure about the duel arena, but high scores is a much more viable option there. I don't think overloads are too overpowered for any other PVP scenario, although I wouldn't have a problem with extremes/overloads having some sort of animation to show that one is under the effects of one, idk.

Also, another potential error: the magic thing. When your magic level is lower, you don't stop autocasting the spell. From what I've heard, all it actually means is that instead of resorting to punching, your character will try to cast ice barrage (and fail) over and over again if you're seerculled. I don't actually know....I want to test this now...

I just found out.....
Damn half the people who've posted on this topic for covering how epic lunar is and how you can easily survive without all the spells on the normal spell book. I wanted to say that.

Do you look down on untrimmed Cooking capes?
Most people with untrimmed cooking capes (or tirmmed cooking/fletch capes for that matter, at least the ones that WEAR them) got the cape just because they felt like a noob without a skillcape, so went for one of the easier skills. So yes, I look down on it, because they got it just to (more or less) keep up with the joneess of RS. Make note of the word most. Also, I realize I don't know for a fact that most people with unrimmed cooking skillcapes got it just to feel less nooby or keep up with the Joness, but none-the-less I believe it to be true, for what is in my opinion (lol) a good reason. I do however realize there are exceptions to this, and that my general assumption could even be wrong. If I actually met a guy who got a cooking skillcape just because he liked cooking, I think I'd respect that. (Not gonna lie though, I'd feel different about a girl who got 99 cooking because she liked it.)

Quick dragon question.
Rascist. But yeah, you should make your money back.

I need an update on this language!!
(Skip to the bottom if you don't want to read a lengthy description of each of those terms) Turmoil: level 95 prayer. You must be on curses (kinda like the ancient spellbook of prayer.) You get curses by beating Temple at Sennestien quest. Kinda like a buffed up piety. Also, soul split at 92, it's an overhead prayer, on curses as well, while active you heal 1/5 of the damage you deal. Overloads: level 96 potion. Let me explain extremess: a big herblore update. Came out with special recover (recovers some special bar energy, you can only take like 1 sip every 30 seconds) super antifires (full immunity from dragon fire) and extreme potions; all these potions are untradeable. Extreme potions and buffed up version of regular potions (better then the super version.) There is an extreme ranged, mage, str, att, def. The overload is all of those in one ugly potion. It keeps the boost of all the extreme potions at the max level for 5 minutes, by boosting up the stats a bit back to max or something. Not entirely sure, but if done right you can use saradomin brews without penalty. It deals 100LP (not HP, LP) once every second forl ike 5 seconds, resulting in a 500LP loss. When the potions wears off 5 minutes later, your stats go down to normal and you recover 500LP. EEE: (Enhanced) enhanced Excalibur. Basically, the hard seers diary tasks reward you with an enhanced excalibur which boosts your defence and heals you 200LP over the course of 10 seconds ish. When you beat the Elite Seersi Diary tasks, this healing effect gets doubled; although the item is actually the same (even in name) the special move now restores double the LP as the previous version and is refferred to as the EEE. Tl;dr Turmoil: Awesome level 95 prayer. Overload: awesome level 96 herblore untradeable potion. EEE: Reward from the elite seers diary which heals 400LP over the course of about 10 seconds.

What's the best way to train mining 65-77?
Personally, I'd try mining iron near that deposit box in one of those DG rescource dungeons. Mainly because I find banking stuff a much easier way to clear my inventory then right clicking and dropping 28 items >_>

[Real] 01-Apr-2011 - Behind the Scenes - April
Well, the problem is death is RuneScape was originally designed around a system where, if you had max levels, pretty much everything was makeable by players. In which case, 3 items kept on death, alch values determinig what you keep makes sense. Which stopped being the case a very, very long time ago. The best idea I can think of is needing to buy a new grave every time you die, with death at more dangerous areas resulting in a higher payment for the new grave. Tell me though. On a personaly level, how many players ranting about the game becoming safer actually WANT danger? How many of you want to lose all but the 3 most expensive items if you lag and die somewhere? Stop paying attention? Die at a boss? Don't gimme the "I won't die" crap either. I could be wrong, but I think most people who think the game is too safe are hypocrits who would hate to personally lose their own items if they say, ran outta prayer on dharok or died in one of the 5 GW chambers. Screw the fact that it's unliekly to happen to you; imagine dying as a real possibility, say 1/100 for barrows, 1/50 for GW bosses, 1/25 for Nex if you're a pro with the best gear, or 1/10 otherwise. Lose all but your 3 most important items WHEN you die. Is that really what you want? Sorry that the above paragraph comes across as harsh and accusatory. But I think all the players complaining about how safe the game is in most areas wouldn't be willing to personally experience a big loss due to death in order to make the game more dangerous, and frankly, if you aren't then you seem a bit hypocritical.

RuneScape Death Mechanics - Let's speculate
I can't see the PVP system working well. The price of a lot of items is set by how likely you are to lose it on death. Now, how likely you are to lose it on death is set by the price of the item. Which in turn is set by how likely you are to lose it on death, and how likely you are to lose it on death is set by the price of item, which is set by how likely you are to lose it on death, which in turn is set by the price....how can I make this text smaller...
