Yes, there is a certain bliss when you are a low level, but only if it is actually your first account. If you have a level 110 main, going on a level 3 won't be fun, as you already know what to do. You won't be picking up all the little coin drops you see, and you won't be discovering stuff. That's where the fun is in being a low level, discovering stuff.

You could download the Trial Version of Camtasia, and use it to record things. You would also get windows media encoder, and convert your film into a WMV, then edit it in Windows Movie Maker, or edit it before converting using the Camtasia editor. It is only a 30-day trial, though.

The Giants almost had them, so yes, you can beat them. I'm hoping the Chargers will finally win a playoff game. It's in them. That doesn't prove that you can beat them. It proves that you can come close. The Giants didn't beat them, so how does that show us that you can? A few teams have come close, but the Patriots have proven that they can win in those tight situations. Until someone actually beats them, you can't say that anybody definitely can.

I usually do fireworks on the 4th of July (here in the US) more then on New Years. It's warmer, so everybody can come out and see. On my street, I'm not sure if they are legal or not, but it is like a neighborhood event. One family always brings them, and we all go sit on their lawn and watch. Going around at night with teenagers (I am a teenager) lighting fireworks is kind of stupid, easy to get into trouble.

Alcohol has a lot of benefits when used in moderation. See my earlier post. It has shown to boost IQ and reduce risk of cancers and cardiac events. If marijuana is legalized, then it too can be taxed. :) Correction. It COULD have been taxed. Now that there is such a big black market for it, it is all in the hands of people who don't want to be taxed. If it were legalized, they would continue to sell it in secrecy, but people would smoke it without fear of being arrested. Cigarettes have always been legal, so there has not been a black market set up for them.

Even if the drug isn't harmful, it should still be banned due to the fact people will overdose and abuse it. Now you may spout "yeah but X is bad and people abuse it, so I don't see the problem", truth is tho, you don't really care what happens to "other" people as long as its not your family. When it DOES effect you, then you regret it, and that would be my counter argument. Let's compare it to, say, alcohol. Alcohol is ok in moderation. So is marijuana. Alcohol is bad if you have too much. So is marijuana (I guess?) Alcohol has no REAL benefits. Marijuana can be used medically. Alcohol can be taxed. Marijuana can't.

Possibly fletching so that they can only train up to the levels needed to make the max items that they can use (maple bow and adamant arrows?) That would make some sense.

In my opinion, the only time this would be good is if you can find a place where you lose stat boosts and HP at a rate that is good for the potion, otherwise, as someone said, you will be healing at full HP, and potting when you are already potted, just because you have to.

If I'm doing 1-run trips: Dharok (pray) Karil (remaining prayer) Ahrim Torag Guthan (Save Verac for tunnel along with tunnel bro. If Dharok or Karil is tunnel, I'll kill Verac above, with prayer.) If I'm camping there: (sip 2 prayer doses) Dharok (prayer) Karil (usually only prayer for the first part) Ahrim Torag Guthan (Verac for tunnel.) and if I get to low health, I'll go find my tunnel and possibly kill some melee bros in there.

One of the reasons why marijuana is considered bad is because it's hard to get, and because it's considered taboo. People drop out of school for it because they spend all their money, not because the drug itself is bad. If people were taught early on how to use it responsibly (like many people in Europe are taught about alcohol) the problem would be smaller. This is all my opinion only. In my opinion, the reason why it is illegal is because it would be too hard for the government to tax it, like they do with cigarettes.
