Monday Poll: How often are you on the Tip.It Homeworld?
I'd like to say that I use the homeworld all the time. I use it for general hanging out and monster killing, obviously I do merchanting on the first 22 worlds. Right now I'm training wc, fm, and hunter; wc I always do on w99, always. Fm, I can't usually get my spot on w99 so I'm forced to hop. Hunter, I don't even bother looking for an open world in English. I go to 140. I agree with Ugafan: there needs to be something between always and occasionally, maybe "whenever possible."

Heros and Villians of Runescape
Have you seen Spiderman 3? I think that's what he's talking about, the extra-terrestrial being that eventually becomes Venom. I don't really support it without having mroe information about exactly what the armor or blood would do.

A new Farming patch, and a tele to Lunar Isle!
I support the idea as it is, though here are some suggestions I have: Make it a normal allotment/flower/herb farming spot, and the only place you're allowed to grow Lunar squash. That way, farmers can use it for herbs as well. I think the squash as a tele item is great, but make it like the ectophial: it doesn't disintegrate, you just keep filling it up. You shouldn't get more seeds from hollowing it out, and I think you should be able to grow just one squash. It makes no sense to let ppl onto the island that have never done or even started the quest.

How "rare" are some Random Events?
I've been keeping a list of REs I've gotten since July 19, while woodcutting and firemaking. Let's see: Cap'n Hand : 2 times rewards: uncut emerald, 40gp Drunken Dwarf : 3 times rewards: the usual x 3 Dr. Jekyll : 5 times rewards: strength potion (2) x 5 Freaky Forester : 1 time rewards: Lederhosen Hat Genie : 2 times rewards: total 880 herblore exp MOM : 4 times rewards: uncut sapphire x 3, 80 gp MOM: Maze : 2 times rewards: total 125 coal, total 1322 feathers, total 220 steel arrows, total 167 death runes, total 3020 gp MOM: Mysterious Box : 4 times rewards: uncut emerald x 2, 160gp, uncut sapphire Mr. Mordaut : 7 times rewards: total 3960 herblore exp, 825 construction exp Niles, Miles, and Giles : 2 times rewards: uncut sapphire, 320gp Rick Turpentine : 1 time rewards: uncut sapphire Sandwich Lady : 5 times rewards: bread roll, chocolate bar, kebab x 2, triangle sandwich Security Guard : 1 time rewards: 320gp The Frogs : 1 time rewards: the usual token That should give you a fairly accurate breakdown of which randoms are more rare than others. FTR, I've never gotten Pious Pete, and the Drill Demon only once. The freaky Forester you see is the first time I've gotten that, as well. If any of you want, PM me in a couple weeks and I'll send you the list then. I hope, as I get 99 wc, fm, and hunter, to compile a very accurate percentage for randoms.

Sell santa for 3 ranger sets?
I agree with Bigboi, santas will continually go up in price as long as Jagex doesn't release more of them into the game. Keep it, it'll go up.

Major Level 3 Clue Help!
If you get 3rd age you should probably go buy a lottery ticket, and fast.... No problem, always happy to help out a fellow Tip.iter/GESer! Good luck with tennis, I'm sure you're better than me at it!

Worth selling santa to buy full drag or inf ? >.<
Keep any rares. An elementary economics concept is that if the quantity of the item stays the same, and the quantity of people that want the item increase, the item is going to be worth more. Simple supply and demand. Of course, if you plan on quitting RS in the next six months and want to have some fun, by all means sell it and use that 22m (or whatever it is right now) to have fun!

Managing Thy Kingdom
In order to make and decent profit from MTK, you must do Royal Trouble (not a hard quest, and kinda fun). After that, if all you care about is money, put 10 ppl on coal and 5 on either flax or maples, depending on the market prices. If you just want to break even, do what I do: put 9 people on coal, and do whatever you want with the rest. I can sell all my coal for 180-200 each, make 100-200k profit, and still have 6 ppl collecting herbs for me. I put 750k in the coffers and leave it for about 2 weeks. Obviously, try to keep your approval rating as high as possible, 97% is the lowest it should be. Once the money in your coffers gets to around 200k, it's time to take it out, collect your resources, and restart the cycle. A quick reminder for everyone: as long as you have all 15 people working somewhere, it doesn't matter where you put them. They generate "work" that will accumulate as just that. Once you're ready to collect resources, set your workers on the materials you want then collect. For example, I could put 10 ppl on coal and 5 on maples. After 2 weeks of leaving them there, I decide to withdraw my money and resources. But the price of maples has dropped and the price of flax has risen; so I switch my maple workers over to flax and collect. I get ~3500 coal and some number of flax, and no maples. This is an important premise of MTK that is often forgotten.

Major Level 3 Clue Help!
Once you kill him, you have to do the emote again to get the real guy. Good question!

RuneScape. A whole new dimension, a whole new world.
I have thought about this idea too, but have come up with just too many refutations (is that even a word?) that I don't think it'll ever happen. The graphics and game engine would have to be completely renovated, it would require higher specs for the users' computers, and, of course, you couldn't see around you to protect yourself from an attack from behind. This concept has already been implemented in other RPG's such as Elder Scrolls, if you haven't played that, I suggest you do and get a feel for the intensity and increased difficulty that a first-person view adds.

A level beyond 126 (Read before you judge ! )
I am ambivalent about this. On one hand, it would be neat for everyone, not to mention rewarding for the 126's, to see people walking around who were at 129, or 134, or something. On the other hand, it would mess up the wildy with more combat levels, and there's really no point to this except for renown. Here again we come across the problem that Jagex unknowingly caused when they let us get more exp past lvl 99. Now that people have 200m exp, Jagex can't raise the maximum lvl without automatically giving those people 25 free levels to tack onto the end of their already impressive total. It would be unfair to give them free levels, but on the other hand, if you don't raise the max, we'll eventually have tens of thousands of people with 99 cooking, thousands of people at cb 126, and Jagex will lose players and money when this achievement is no longer an achievement that is recognized and appreciated by the general RS public.

Am I able to do barrows with my stats?
You'll be fine. At those lvls, I would even debate bringing a RoL. You should find a guide in the AoW that'll tell you exactly how to approach the brothers, and pray on 3 of them. You should mage with slayer dart, it's the fastest at any lvl.

where to train att to 60
I trained my attack to 60 at harpie bug swarms. But then those take slayer lvl, which you don't have.... Eh, just do slayer tasks.
-
Best armour for 1 defence meleer?
Why the question mark? You could take a quick look at the items database and discover that the rune def is a lot better as far as melee stats go.
-
dragon slayer?
Yes, lots of the best food. And you're probably gonna want a mage pure, remember you need the anti-dragon shield to fight Elvarg.

Steel war!!! Crips vs. Bloods :D Choose your side...
This sounds like it'll be chaos. Once the battle starts, you wont be able to tell who's on your team. I mean, a free-for-all would be fun, but it doesnt seem like you're organizing it that way.

slayer question
Yeah, just go talk to the curator in the varrock museum to do the minigame.

Shouldn't there be a harrasment topic pick for the complain
If there was, the runescape population would be reduced by at least 80% My thoughts exactly. Except I think it would be down at least 90% :D . It would be nice to be able to report people for harassment, but I suppose that's what the ignore list is for. Just put 'em on there, they'll leave you alone after a little while.

Defending bots
Just so you guys know, the other major defining characteristic of bots in the Ogre Enclave is that they don't pick up anything except the hides. Some of them collect bones, but they never take any of the other stuff. This includes rune daggers and, though I don't have personal proof, dragon items. And I'm not going to comment on your defending the bots, as it would sound more like a flame.
-
Defending bots
what exactly does that mean? your going to talk to them? your not going to report them? im confused by the point your trying to make. It means that if they demonstrate all the characteristics of an autoer, I'm going to report them and take the chance that my account gets blackmarks for abuse of the report system. I think I know what you mean. Sure, there may be a small, and I mean minute, miniscule, infinitesimal, percentage of players who act exactly like bots for reasons unknown to us. But if it were me, and someone threatened to report me for bot-like behavior, I would play it safe and say something to them. I think this percentage of non-bot "deaf-mutes" is small enough to safely report all the unspeaking, range pure, weird-named characters performing stereotypical repetitive actions. I agree, but it seems many people are refusing to see the bad in another person's third-party program. I have both read the guide and attempted to kill the bots. And I highly recommend, to anyone who is becoming bored of RS, doing this to pass time!

need a good training spot
Well, I'm sure you've heard fire giants, I know it requires a quest, but the quest is really fun. If you don't want to do that, lessers under Karamja or moss giants on Crandor, if the graphical update didn't wipe out the safespots. Another option is ankous. There's a safespot in the big room where you can range them safely.

slayer task: trolls
There aren't any weak trolls, they're all pretty strong. You could burthorpe this one, I do, but a lot of ppl say do the trolls. If you are going to fight them, go up to death plateau and find a spot (I think it's on the south side) where only 1 troll can attack you at a time, since it's multicombat up there.

Best place to cut mahogany log?
Bingo, I second that. It's really easy and you'll end up with all the teak and mahogany you could possibly want from just a week and a half of collecting.

Best way to get Hunter from 42 - 63
Grey chins are awful until 60. Trust me, I timed them, stick with falconry until 60. You should get from 43-63 in about 4 hours.

Where should I go?
W1/2, East Fally bank/garden. Check the various PMG for the exact location of steel bars. Otherwise, forums.
