What do you think: Is Draynor Bank or Fally Bank closer?
The main reason they go to draynor is there are no aggressive monsters between port sarim and draynor. I have always used draynor, but looking at the map, fally might actually be closer. So I'm gonna go with Fally.

Defending bots
Exactly. It's a fundamental question of privacy vs. law enforcement. I think it's unfair to say that people who don't want to chat with others at every opportunity are defending bots. To use your examples, yes, very frequently I do not want to engage in the conversation that is occurring near me, and when I'm ranging, sometimes I don't care to pick up my arrows because in my mind it's not worth the trouble (lots of wasted time, really, it adds up in the end). In any case Jagex (law enforcement) can pick up on macro algorithms and whatnot a whole lot more accurately than the average player suspicious of anyone who reserves their speech. The problem with your assertion is you assume that everyone who doesn't actively participate in "typical" RuneScape activities is a macroer. The reason that more than half of those comments are "defending bots" is because when you say that anyone who doesn't pick up their arrows is autoing, you're making a blanket accusation that really does cover nearly half the RS population. That's something they're not comfortable with, and that's why you have the backlash. Actually, arrows were just one of the ways to tell whether they're autoers. Another would be to check the high scores, much the same way you would for a woodcutting bot. If that's their only skill in the high scores, they won't talk or trade, don't pick up their arrows, and have a name like "074533301", then I'm willing to take the chance that they're not an autoer.

There is No Point in Having Two RS Accounts
I have a valid reason why someone might create a second account: personal challenge Essentially, they want to see if they can achieve the same type of success that others do without having a certain requisite that is used by most people. I understand this, and support persons who choose this method. Think about this: how many lvl 3 pures have you seen with 23m woodcutting exp? If you achieve that, you've got fame pretty much anywhere you are.

Rag And Bone Man.
I don't think so, but you can always try. It cant hurt, as you can just go back to the guy and get the item back.

what weapon, armor, food and stats i need for monkey madness
You're gonna want quite a bit more than that. I suggest 65-70 attack, 60 strength, 60 defence, and 43 prayer at a minimum. Also, you should get around 55-60 ranged, as it's really easy to range the demon. A high agility lvl helps greatly too. As far as wep, you need some dragon weapon or a whip. Armor should be full rune or better, don't risk a d chain or legs. I did it with a whole lot of swordies, you'd be better off with monks or shark if you can afford them. Also, don't forget to get several super energy potions. There's a lot of running in that quest.

Defending bots
Earlier today, I was reading a PMG on taking advantage of bots in the Watchtower quest dungeon, the Ogre Enclave. The guide detailed the various ways of confirming whether a character was being run by a bot or not. These methods included talking, trading, and following. Yet still, there were more negative responses to the thread than positive. I didn't count exactly, but there were more people saying, and I quote, "maybe all those people just don't want to talk to you or trade you or bother to tell you to give back their arrows." And I'm not saying that it was one, maybe two people who said this. No, more than half the replies were along these lines. So my topic here is: why do people continue to defend bots? I see this all over the place, where normally reasonable persons will provide callow and half-though-out repudiations that make them sound like it was their bots that got reported and banned. Why? Perhaps one of the persons who said something like the quote above would care to explain their reasoning? I can see no reason to continue to defend bots, especially since Jagex has really started to crack down on macroers and gold farmers in the last few months.

Do you use sarcasm in RuneScape?
Yes, I use sarcasm quite frequently both in-game and on the forums. One thing that I learned from Wild Goat here, is to put [sarcasm] and [/sarcasm] around your sarcasm. That way there's no mistake.

How to annoy bots and earn money- a guide by wizarthas460
I agree completely. And farmers are illegal, as they're trading the profit from the account for real-world money. And it's a nice find, 8/10 b/c you forgot to mention that you need to get to a certain point in the Watchtower quest before you can go in there.

Runescape with a controler? Read on!
Ooh, a Wii controller would be cool to use as a mouse. OT: very nice guide, I wouldn't have though of that on my own. (FYI, the PS3 controller is actually a USB plug, so it would work as well.)

Question about cooking and my avatar
I would say that yes, the avatar is too suggestive for a G-rated forum. And I think if you look in the Cooking guide on the main site, you'll find a table with no-burn lvls with and without gauntlets. EDIT: here it is. With gauntlets, you don't burn lobster at 68, don't burn swordfish at 81, and don't burn shark at 94. They apparently have no effect on tuna, which you stop burning (without gauntlets) at 65. Note that it is also rumored that you don't burn shark at 100 (that is, with the cape on), regardless of gauntlets.

Is there a monster table?[red more]
The general rule of thumb for aggressive monsters is 10-15 minutes, and I think it's the same everywhere (including wildy). And remember that the map does not necessarily have to change for it to be a new area. For example, there is a place in the hellhound chamber in the Taverley dungeon where the monsters won't cross a certain line, even when attacking you. If you are on one side of that line for 9 minutes, cross it even one step, and go back, you have to wait at least another 10 minutes before the monsters on your side of the line stop attacking.

Exp Countdown - 162+ supporters!
I support. My question is: would you be able to see more than one countdown at a time?
-
Money, crafting and alching.
Yes, green d'hides are the best as far as exp goes, and you can get your hands on a couple thousand of them fairly easily. I don't think you can buy them untanned, just b/c the seller makes more gp if he tans them himself. And I think you would have to make your own nats to stay out of the red.

Fire cape?
Personally, I think it's a waste of time and money. You get better stat bonuses by getting an achievement cape, and the time and money it takes just to get to Jad really isn't worth it, in my opinion. Plus, if you lose the fire cape due to death, you have to go back all the way through the caves. If you lose a skillcape, it costs 99k and a trip to the distributor to get it back.
-
I need a skill cape!
Since by stating your current monetary situation, you acknowledged that you are open to the possibility of buying a skillcape, why not go with firemaking? I've seen a guide in the PMG section about buying 99 fm with 1.8m, why not try that? Or woodcut your way to 99 and trim the cape with the exp you get from burning the logs.

(Soon to be) Complete Guide to RS Pronunciation!
Well, technically, we don't. But there aren't that many ways to pronounce a word, even if it is made up, so we have a pretty good guess. And you call starting asgarnia with a u is a good guess!?!?! I like the idea but jagex has never told anyone how to pronounce every word they made... Like I said in the main post, if you don't like my pronunciation, submit your own and I'll give you credit. And yes, I do call starting Asgarnia with a U a good guess, since the first syllable of Asgarnia isn't stressed. This is a pronunciation guide, not a spelling bee.

W2 Falador Map
In W2, it's organized. Other than that, it's just a bunch of people standing outside the bank.

(Soon to be) Complete Guide to RS Pronunciation!
Greetings, fellow Tip.it-ers! Here I am again, with this crazy idea: write a guide on how to pronounce every RS word that you could possibly want to say. Obviously, I'm not going to go through RuneScape and find every single word that isn't in an English dictionary, that would take years. But I will start with words that I myself find intriguing, and will accept submissions for others. Note that each beginning letter will be in a "spoiler" window to help cut down on loading time for the page. Explanation of notations: a syllable in capital letters means that it is the strongest stressed syllable of the word, while a syllable with an apostrophe ('), used only in words with 4 or more syllables, is the secondary stress. Since I don't know the ALT-codes for different expressions of vowels and such, I will be using only the 26 symbols of the modern English alphabet. [hide=A]Ali Morrisane: ah-LEE more'-uh-SAH-nee *Ardougne: ahr-DOON Asgarnia: us-GAHR-nee-uh[/hide] [hide=B]Burgh de Rott: BURG duh RAHT (This is a difficult string of words; the first word should be said with just a hint of a German umlaut over the U, the second should be pronounced as if it were French, and the third should be voiced like a combination of the sounds "ah" and "oh".)[/hide] [hide=C][/hide] [hide=D][/hide] [hide=E][/hide] [hide=F][/hide] [hide=G][/hide] [hide=H][/hide] [hide=I][/hide] [hide=J][/hide] [hide=K][/hide] [hide=L][/hide] [hide=M]Morytania: more'-ih-TAHN-yuh[/hide] [hide=N][/hide] [hide=O][/hide] [hide=P]Port Phasmatys: Port faz-MAT-is[/hide] [hide=Q][/hide] [hide=R]Ranarr: ruh-NAHR[/hide] [hide=S][/hide] [hide=T]Tzhaar: ZAHR[/hide] [hide=U][/hide] [hide=V][/hide] [hide=W][/hide] [hide=X][/hide] [hide=Y][/hide] [hide=Z]Zanaris: zuh-NAYR-is[/hide] An asterisk * beside a word means that there are a lot of ways to pronounce the word, and thus it may have more than one pronunciation in the guide. If you don't see something in here that you've been wondering how to pronounce, or if you disagree with one (or more) of my opinions, feel free to post here or PM me.

What's better money...Ranging Hell Hounds or Black Dragons?
I'd guess hellhounds are better. From what I've seen in other threads, black dragons don't drop a whole lot of good stuff (except for the obvious d items and draconic visage). The clue scrolls from hellhounds have to potential to get you a lot of money, and in only 70 dragons, the chances of getting a good drop are pretty slim.

What to keep
I don't think I've seen one, and I browse the player-made guides forum regularly. You could try searching, or just research and write one yourself
