I think you should focus on your 99 Hunter goal first before you get in over your head. One 99 takes patience and time, so focus and make sure you get that one first before you start planning one of the hardest 99's.
  3. I won't submit any info now but I think your going about it the wrong way. You need to start collecting the basics of Linux. Example, introduce the GUI, the file systems, how to install it, a little about the Terminal and navigating it, how to install it, how to run it in a dual boot etc. Most distros are on a live CD anyway, so download it, burn it on an ISO and boot into it, this gives you a chance to explore Linux without installing anything. If your interested in Distros, head over to Distrowatch, it lists pretty much every single distro and has ratings of them and popularity. Right now, it's PClinuxOS on top with Ubuntu running second and openSUSE third. EDIT: This linkshows a comparison of different Linux Distro's which may help some people.
  4. It will run Battlefield 2 fine with settings Medium-High. It is quite old now and an 8400 should be able to handle the game with ease.
  5. A fully grown nasturtium and super compost is a great combo with Watermelons. I did that when I grew mine and never had a watermelon crop die and I got some amazing yields from them as well.
  6. Moved this to Tech and Computers, Help and Advice is for Runescape advice only ;)
  7. I'm not sure how many levels that would get you, but if you sold those seeds in the nests you would make some extreme money from them!
  8. Lordofrah is right, try updating the graphics card drivers first. That's easy to do and it may fix the problem. [hide=Getting Drivers]First, find out the card you have. Many ways to do this. On XP, just go Control Panel > System > Hardware Tab > Device Manager > Then expand the little '+' sign next to Display Adapters. This will show your Graphics Card. Now you know the model, go to the Chipset Manufacturers Site ATI - http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html nVidia -http://www.nvidia.com/Download.....lang=en-us Install the drivers and reboot.[/hide]
  9. Could be your monitor on it's way out. Do you have a spare monitor lying around that you could plug in to see if it makes a difference?

Locked. Spam and Flames. Countzeroh has provided the link where you can post about how you got scammed etc. ~Mam
  11. Party's already in full swing. Room is PACKED, sadly a lot of noobs. I'll post some screens of the event when it's over.
  12. Statistically, the Granite plate is better. Value wise, just stick with a Rune plate. Either will suit your purposes though.
  13. No, sorry, once you've chosen a name your stuck with it on that account.

That's cool, doesn't hurt to ask these questions, but PM's are better because that way the problem can be discussed privately without your new topic on the issue being spammed up by others.

The main reason I locked your other one was because it sounded like some of the typical spam you get around here, backed up with little proof. If you feel that you really did see a Magic Eye puzzle, get a picture of it and post it. Put some proof behind it so the post sounds more credible than just some spam. If you feel your post was wrongly locked, in future, PM the mod who locked it and talk to them privately. :) ~Mam
  16. Tip.It says: 2,812.4 exp in all of the following skills: Attack, Strength, Defence, Hits, Agility, Thieving, Crafting, Fletching, Fishing and Woodcutting. So it looks like you'd get that xp no matter what, in all those skills, no choices.

Don't expect to become one overnight either, it takes a fair bit of time.
  18. Not possible to avoid the xp reward at the end.

You have to be chosen by the TIF Crew. The best ways to put yourself out as an eligible candidate: 1) Don't just post 1 line responses all the time. 2) Offer a real discussion 3) Don't spam 4) Don't flame 5) Be nice 6) Report Posts! We can't be everywhere at once. (Just only report things that need it!) It's just general things like these. Your posting style and the kind of person you are will reflect on whether you may be one day eligible for modship.

I'd go for a bit of both. For example, wear a holy symbol, mystic and a God cape. That will give a little prayer bonus as well as a good Magic bonus.

  23. Locked, question answered. Next time, use the Tech and Computers Forum for these questions. Help and Advice is for all RuneScape questions only. ~Mam

I can't see why not. Just remember to add the damage been taken from you so you know how many hits before it degrades. It degrades every 250 hits, with 2500 hits degrading the whole shield.
  25. Make sure you don't have things running in the background, this can lag you up. Hit Ctrl - Alt - Dlt and make sure there isn't anything chewing up memory or using your CPU. @Led, ok, updated and changed the name.
