They are just fixing your game. Be thankful they fix the bugs and listen to the feeback from the players. Take advantage of the updates. All stores are reset. Buy your arrowheads. Buy runes. Buy bolt racks. Whatever it is you buy from stores, and normally struggle to find a full stock of, update time is the time to do it.

Where do you get the cloth that wipes poison off a spear?

I gave it up. Prices keep going up, and 130 million for a hat is just not worth it to me. Maybe some day they'll put a cool draon-red hat in an update. Here's hoping.

Last time we went, Cdub and I owned, and got 3 dragon axes, and a seers ring, in a mastery of switching kills between Prime and Supreme, and it was just phenomonal. "Yes, Nathanich died" was his reply... He went on to tell me how he messed up and got poor Nathan killed, and then he told me that his friends just got a d-chain. "I want to go back there, too" Troj was having a really cold streak at the kings, and had 4 trips with no drops from Rex. So, he said he's gonna get a Verac Helm, and we'll go. I told him you sooooo don't need Veracs to do KQ, and he pulled out a bow, and we were ready. We went to the KQ with whips and bows... One trip. And after trying to find the loot under a huge guardian kalphite, he finally moved off of it. A reddish, squarish looking thing, that looked quite familiar. "Examine: Dragon chainbody" "OMG!" I teled, and left him standing there. "And?" He says... "Dragon chain" I reply. "Are you serious!??!" "You know I wouldn't lie about that." "Go to edge. Now. Edge edge edge!!" I trade him the dragon chain. He accepts. This time......I DECLINE! Woot! He lol's, and I give him 11.2 mil for it. I kept it. And now I have 2. My ultimate bank marker. All I need is another D2H and d-spear, and I have a full dragon set times 2, and then the bank pic will go up. And Trojan is on World 2 as I type this, buying back the chain that he sold. One trip. One chain. One story I'll never forget.

So, you're quitting because you don't enjoy merchanting anymore... Hmm.... May I suggest spending the money on items for other parts of the game that you may enjoy? Buy a ton of Unid'd herbs, and have fun raising your herb level. Buy some barrow sets/cool weapons, and have fun with Slayer. Buy a ton of sharks, and have fun KQ'ing. Make a clan, and have fun financing their events. Buy a cannon and cannonballs, and have fun owning multi areas Don't quit, just spend your money and HAVE FUN on the other many many things the game offers. I'm sure you'll find something on RS you can enjoy.

Well, I just read the post about the guy losing 20 mil in a duel arena scam, and it makes me remember all the scam posts I've read on here, so I'm going to build a guide for the Archive of Wisdom sticky warning ppl about common scams. And your input will be appreciated, and credited in the guide. So please post any scams you are aware of that is not already list. Staking "Player Switch": This scam happens at Duel Arena. A low level person stakes a duel, and declines the final duel accept screen, stating lag, or oops, or mis click or something of the like. Then someone with a very similiar name, and a much higher level, offers the same duel, while the victim thinks they are dueling the lower level. "Three-Item" Wilderness Scam: This is a luring scam, where a player will lure a victim to the wild with valuable 3 items, and will offer you a gift of dragon longs, or mystic robe tops. With this gift, the whip is no longer in the "3-item" list, and a death by the victim will cause the whip to drop, and the gift items to keep. Trade Screen "Switch":[/size] This is a commono trade scam, where the trade items are "switched" at the last second before the final accept button is pressed. Common ones are switching big bones from Dragon bones, switching GP amounts, switching rock hammer for a granite maul, etc. It is always vitally important to double check the final trade screen on all trades. Trust Clan Scam:[/size] This scam starts by a player asking his victim if he wants to join a clan. In order to join the clan, you must show your "trust" and give him a valuable item. After the item is given, the scammer simply logs out. Password Scam: This scam is nasty. They player will tell you that your own password is blocked by the sensor, and then tells you to test it. You type in your password, and now its on the chat, and it IS NOT blocked by the sensor. You have just given your password away. Alt-F4 Scam: This is a way to get a player to log out. If you hit Alt-F4 your current window will close. (Please post related commands to close your Windows) Lame scams include "If you drop an item, and hit Alt-F4, you can dupe it". The person drops his item, hits Alt-F4, and he's out of the game, out of the website, and will probably take longer than 30 seconds to log back in. Free Tinted Armor Scam: This is when a player offers to "tint" your rune armor for free. Tinted armor comes from treasure trail clue scrolls, and players cannot tint armor. The victim hands over his rune items, and the scammer simply logs out. Pure Essense Scam: This is common at Runecrafting companies that trade essence for crafted runes, like at the Law Altar on World 66. The person will trade the victim non-pure essense in exchange for the law runes. Always make sure you are getting PURE essense if you are a crafter working at one of the company set ups. Can't think of anymore, but I'm sure you can. Please post any scam you can think of, and I'll add it to the list, and credit your name. Be careful out there!

Personally, I like the Quest Exp guide best. Whenever I'm desperate for a level, (currently slayer) I can pop in there, and see what quests can give me some quick xp. And what guide I'd like to see.... The mega, most intense, New to P2P guide ever made. Makes axemans slayer guide look small. Extensive pics, details, and info on all members towns, weapons, quests, areas, monsters, minigames, goodness... Talk about information overload. Basically.... EVERYthing thats not on F2P in great detail.

You are going to need a ton of the best food you can find. Shark or tuna potatoes are highly advised. Other than a load of food, I suggest taking: Super set, super anti poison, two ropes, tele crystal/ecto vial. With fully charged prayer, you won't last long enough to need to drink anymore. Verac is not really needed, as long as you bring a bow for the second KQ form, the "bee". You melee the beetle, and range the bee. Ranging is more effective than Verac, and if you choose this, take a range pot also. Basically, you're going to get hammered very hard, and will have to tele out before its dead, then you come back and finish it. I would advise you to try this with protect item first couple times, so if/when you get killed, you won't lose a 3 mil verac helm. To fight it, pot up before you go down, put on your magic prayer, and run to the back of the room. Be ready to eat. Lots. He will hit you with magic, range, and melee. Magic is most deadly, so that prayer is highly recommended. When you are out of food, click your tele item, and hurry back to finish her off. It might even take three trips to finish her. Soloing is not as effective as taking a partner, and fighting her from opposite sides, and she'll spend half her time spinning.

I'd like to know where all the Wilderness portals are, and where they lead to. The only 2 I've come across, (3 actually) are these.... One is by the black unicorns and sends you to the high level wild portal just south of Rogues castle just north of the fence. The other one is somewhere due north of Edge, i think its by the air obelisk, and it also sends you to the Rogues castle portal. Are there any others? And where do they send you?

Me:"Exactly" _____________________________________ Things I get from people from Tip.It forums when my private is on: One guy sends me this one every time i log on... "Merry Xmas Leesters! X : D" Another one I get everytime I log on... "Leesters owns, k?" Can't remember their names. Own up! :P One guy says this everytime I see him at the fishing guild... "Leesters, you smell" _____________________________________________ Common questions I ignore from random players. "How much money do you have?" "Whats your max hit?" "How long have you been playing?" "Can I have an extra dragon chain?" "How old are you?" Of course, all begging related questions are ignored.

We were there, alright. Let me tell you about what was happening on the other side of the room. While Met was standing and disconnecting, Odd and myself were running and discombulating. Now, when you go to the Dags with Odd, you don't just stand there and pick off Prime for 90 minutes. Ohhhh noooo. This guy makes it MUCH more interesting. After Prime's first kill, I'm standing on the side healing myself, and after a few seconds, I noticed Odd was no where on my map. Where the heck is he? Oh, he's killing Supreme! Goodness, he's gotta warn me on that! I'm sure he expected me to go help him, so I run over and try to help him finish Supreme off before Prime comes. "Nooooooooo" he says. Whoops, what the hey?? "Someone needs to take care of Prime so he doesn't hit me" Prime spawns and kisses me for 38 for a good lesson learned. We finish off Supreme, and head back to the corner to lick my wounds with Mr Guthan on the side guys. Now, usually, we have always teamed up on Supreme after Prime dies, and I've never done the "distraction" tactic that Odd was doing, but that just goes to show you....if you go with this boy, you're gonna learn something new. Now, it goes bad here, but when it goes bad at the Dags with Oddfaery2, you are in for a spectator treat. He's killing Supreme, and I'm waiting for Prime, knowing that I have to attack him FAST to get him casting at me, instead of at Odd. Well, that crystal bow just isn't fast enough, and now I get to watch the warrior in action. There he is standing with 2 kings, toe to toe, bashing and get slammed, its quite a treat to watch. One time previously, I actually died watching this guy battle all three at once. Its quite mesmorizing. He runs back after the battle, which I saw him down to 10 hitpoints at one point, and he says "the heck with that" (language edited) I talk him into doing it the old fashioned way, and as soon as Prime drops, we go blast Supreme with Guthan on range pray. We heal up, take no damage, and he drops a few seconds before Prime comes back. NOW we're talking. We continue this tactic for awhile, and all of a sudden we have Rex bearing down on us. Now, this, I know. Whoever Rex comes after walks him over to the mage. He goes after Odd. Odd pauses and runs to the north. Well, thats strange. Now Rex is on me. So I run over to the spot where... um.... Met? Where are you? No wonder Odd paused, he noticed Met was gone. As the wise old man said when fighting KQ, "Oh deary me." Now, I have Rex chasing me, Supreme is not dead yet, and here comes Prime. Now THIS I don't know. I ponder the possibilities here. Okay, lets get Rex over to the safe spot, and deal with the others. Since I've never done this before, I was less than successful. Heres a tip for all you aspring Dag Kingers... When you have all 3 on you at once, its time to leave. I'm looking for my Camelot tele button as Rex takes a swing at me. The not so perfect trip. No goodies, but a very wild ride. I just love going with these guys.

If you don't pick it up, the next kill can still drop. Amazingly enough, one time while I was at Dagganoths with cannon and Dharok, I had 4 clue scrolls on the ground. First and last time that will happen, I'm sure. :P

Has anyone tried to telegrab an item from somewhere close to the shore of the island? Is there any shore close to another map of RS?

I BELIEVE that rumor was started due to the Barrows. The barrow brothers have extremely high magic penalties, so it doesn't matter what your magic bonus is against them, so ppl are posting that Magic Dart isn't affected by magic bonus, as the dart is the most common spell used there. I've never really believed this, but haven't tested it.

Geez, bud... you don't HAVE to spend money on those things, I sure don't. I'm sure you have some snapdragon seeds from slayer tasks. And the giant mole just loves to give up nests for the brew. :) I'll be happy to farm your snapdragon seeds, and you can have some toadflax seeds if you don't have em, i have like a billion. Odd or Cdub can make the sara brews for you. Will get you converted yet! :P

Okay, this is where crafters supply the essense, and runners run back and forth to bank and keep the law runes. A few questions for folks that know about it. What world is it on, 65 or 66? Can you take zammy cape on Entrana? Is it true no cash is needed, just giving them the free law runes is okay? (I read that the "air company" requires crafters to give 2500 cash with the runes.)

Wow, the safe area (pink area) for Supreme is way out of whack. If you go anywhere out of the north-east corner, you BETTER stay right to the edge or you can trigger Supreme, which is a mess. I was with Lord Soultar just the other day, and he was only 1 step off the edge when we were due north, and it triggered him. If you're going down there the first time, folks, don't go off the north edge of the "island" while supreme is wandering. STAY ON THE EDGE, or you're gonna get trouble. The north east corner area is safer, but the more west you go, the more important it is to stay on the edge. And going past the mid point (anything northwest) is not advised. Also, remember to bring telegrab runes, because leaving the edges to get your loot is going to trigger Supreme if/when he's spawned.
