They are more common. Huge lamps are super-rare and Large are Rare. After the weekend, these will be uncommon large equivalents and rare huge equivalents, making then slightly more common. This weekend they will be a lot more common.

August BTS isn't due till next Wednesday, and the BTS video is due on friday. It's no wonder they haven't released news on that yet. It will come. You can come back and complain when the august bts is full of fluff. :) But please wait till the normal reveals have (or haven't but should've) happened :)

Completing the outfit is a silly idea. Yes to have all the pieces of that outfit you need the torch. However, the top+skirt gives -4kg weight reduction. The total weight of the outfit is not relevant. Just like for agile, the total weight of any given outfit is not as low because people wear other stuff with it... I guess I see from your point that distinguishing from the total outfit vs just the beneficial parts...

Sure. But at least it means they are aware of the impact that decision would have. (By promising to not do something they are aware that players would dislike it) I really hope they keep these as minor temporary boosts for members as a fun once-of.

They did specifically mention that they would never sell them. Obviously that could change, but lets hope not.

If the darts work on Jad, then... fight kiln and use all 4 darts to destroy the jads you have to fight. Hopefully don't mess up anywhere since its 1shot only.

They don't seem that exciting, instant respawn is kinda cool, but the 5minute deposit box seems... like it would be cool but kinda useless since you can't use it more than 4 times.. At least its not new best gear ever.

People camp there waiting for report, the forum topic generally gets activity. Chat is usually dead because people are hopping worlds looking, or not paying attention. Also, sometimes people in the chat don't actually know how to find them. Just hop worlds asking for hints until you find an active one.

Personally: Do them all. Otherwise, working towards the big ones, Ritual of the Majarat, Lunar quests, Desert Treasure, Legends Quest... But I forget which ones are good anymore.

It doesn't boost the cap, at least not by the amount on the ring. I think the boosted xp it gives doesn't count towards cap though.

It really depends on the player, and the skill. There is no "one" answer.

Boycotting the GE would not be effective. The effective solution is to prevent players from buying gold, or to prevent bots from working. The problem of bots remains that there is someone who values paying $ for gp. Without that, yes there would be a few bots who work for "mains", but that is always a lot lower demand than making real world money from runescape goods.

Correct. However, I find that if I need ugune seeds, it takes less time to collect lair points than it does to hunt the draconics. Partially this is due to having a low hunter level for draconics (they are horrible catch rate at lv81 for me) And that requires doing hunter first. Ofcourse, skipping the task entirely is a good answer.

Farming is good, but a lot depends on what things you have with it. If you want to farm long term, aim to unlock juju potions and get the greenfingers aura. Without these, it is a lot less profitable. (Snaps are not very good without jujus, in comparison to ranarrs)

This is hella dumb. Irony or not he's still right. Who's right? You don't need food in the jadinko caves if you have soulsplit and the drops make up for that if you don't (need bunyip etc), and the seeds are painfully annoying to get sometimes. If you plan on using them (juju potions?) it is a lot easier to get them from the lair than to hunt them. Maybe not 100% time efficient? Not sure why since the food would be a waste.

Assassin outfit doesn't match the grim hood since you can't change the base blue color.

I agree with NukeMarine. Accurracy instead of Attack would be very interesting. Yes it would require players to train differently, but.... what would you expect? The beta's already going to be changing things. I think that it would mean moving all weapons etc to have strength requirements vs having attack requirements, or having both. It is a complex change but ends up with a more balance-able system. How can you balance 99 attack and 99 strength vs 99 range and 99 mage? You need half the xp to max "range" combat offensively, than you do "melee" combat.

Having all of the variables made combat level difficult to calculate. It also is impossible to balance, since effectively you have to show that any two people of equivalent combat level should be nearly equivalent in power. This is impossible in either version of the formula (new or old) Creating a formula that is balanced isn't possible, so they opted for a simple version instead. I would love to see a balanced formula but i really don't know how that could be done.

I hope they buff them a tad, but not too much.

I've probably gotten 10-12 hrs, but not many times. Usually 4-5 is a solid for me. Much longer and I get bored and move onto other stuff.

I hope its not implemented in F2P, that would just be stupid.

The past few years they haven't released the best content in the summer, but usually in august/september time frame.
