Jadinko hunting
80 for hunting draconics. Get the witch doctor outfit. Stockpile every seed (with the possible exception of the red/green/blue flower seeds) as you need them to change what you can hunt. Draconics I have found have a fairly bad fail rate at lv 80, but definitely worth it still. I suggest using the favor points from the jadinko queen below the habitat to get seeds (especially ugunes) instead of hunting them yourself. You should get ugunes and then hunt igneous jadinkos for the marble vines. You can use 3 blue flowers to pay the zombie farmer to watch ugune seeds, so I suggest planting and harvesting lots of those. (Dying ugune is not any fun at all) I would suggest as soon as you have 74, start since you'll get a lot of levels working on it. You can use hunter potions for unlocking the outfit, but you need 78(+3) to get 81 in order to catch the god jadinkos. The outfit helps since it has an infinite teleport to the spot, and you also use the witchdoc as camoflague.

Sagittarian Arrows
You are drinking a magical potion that gives weapon poison for a short period of time. Logic no longer applies since its MAGIC! Lol.

Quickest way to obtain Lergberry seeds and Ugune seeds
Best method I've found is to use favour points. Lergberry seeds are much easier just catch igneous jadinkos and you will get lergberries. For ugunes: Attract draconic jadinkos, and nothing else. Get 2000 favour points, then go up to the surface and use the rainbow vines with the witch doctor to ward off everything but draconic jadinkos for 15 minutes. Then go to the reward table and pick the largest reward. The seeds you can get from the 40pts each are based on what jadinkos you currently have attracted. This is why its important to setup the draconics only since they have the best chance of ugune, and they only drop herb seeds. (So you only get herbs, nothing else) You can also just attract common ones only but you'll get a lot of flower and other seeds you didn't really want. But I have found favour points to be a lot easier. If you have a higher hunter level, draconic jadinkos are good, but I have found my fail rate for them is way too high at 81 to get seeds in a reasonable time. For commons, I've had to hunt over 500 commons for a single ugune drop, but I've seen people get them in 10-15 minutes. (Randomness sucks)

Don't c1. Do complexity 6, and make sure you clear every floor you can do once, then reset. You're "Previous progress" count determines your prestige value. High prestige increases xp for a floor. Repeating a floor in a theme you've already completed 100% makes your prestige 0 for that floor. So don't repeat floors unless you reset. (As long as you have at least one floor open in a theme then you wll get prestige for one of the floors you haven't completed yet). Basically, do every floor you can in order at complexity 6, then reset. Make sure you do them all because you can't unlock a new floor without completing the floor before it.

Sizzling Summer Blow Out!
If they posted things that weren't stupid and desperate maybe? I will admit that they do have a lot of development in the EoC update, and I can tell that many employees/Mods are working on this. We get lots of very good feedback. But I would prefer that without the garbage about "CHOOSE YOUR FATE" powerful item ambiguously stated that sounds just.. horrible. I don't mind the bonus spins, or the free xp lamps at the end of the month. That is a lot better than the XP weekends.

You shouldn't do c1s yet. Dying doesn't make you lose any items at all. Once you can do abandoned2 floors, you should do teams of c5 on the dungeon themed worlds. Efficient focus would be on clearing floors faster without deaths (but accept a death when it increases floor time enough to get more xp/hr than you lost from death). Don't clear rooms of monsters if it isn't necessary (dead ends, key/skill rooms). Basically only need to focus on clearing guardian doors unless the keyer says otherwise.

The Evolution of Combat: BETA discussion
It's "supposed" to be "ultra weak to bolts; weak to range; strong to everything else" I would report a bug if you find it not the case for certain monsters.

200 Million Accounts! Thank you!
I think they're only counting average number of players per day, not total players of all time.

200 Million Accounts! Thank you!
It's 150 per player a day, so lets do the math backwards (which is how they'd do it) we need to know: a) the number of dragons killed per day across all servers b) the player metric they used to count (players played per day, total players, etc) c) how many dragon spawns are there on a server b) how fast can they be killed d) how many members servers are there But the key difference is what metric for players? it's not 200m players since that's not an average of players online in a day.

Also, once an item is priced low, you can't easily raise the price. What they should do: 1) Update all of the loyalty rewards that are non-auras into the new system, and make them cost runecoins. Make all beneficial stuff in the loyalty shop, but also let players spend loyalty points to buy runecoins. 2) Stop selling SoF spins

Honestly, HP would have some impact on total livepoints more than just 10 per level. Maybe make it so that you get 20-30% more hp (scaled) if you are 99 vs 1 hp. That is, armors add "base + scaled*(constitution/99)" lifepoint boost, where base is something like 5000 and scaled is like 2500-3000. Maybe use a non linear scale if you want? The idea is that armor adds to lifepoints, but HP matters. The key is balancing the scale factor. This would allow constitution level to matter a lot more but still be dependent on what armor you are wearing at the time. As for the other skills.. It is progressively more and more difficult to balance combat level the more skills are added. Does someone with 1 strength and 99 defense match someone of 50 defense and 50 attack? Probably not. It is impressively difficult to create a fair system that works well. Like anything how do you determine effective power? It is a non-trivial problem that any trivial formula won't work.

The Evolution of Combat: BETA discussion
I haven't seen it yet so http://services.runescape.com/m=news/devblog-changes-for-a-better-beta- Here they talk about a lot of changes and plans. Especially in regards to how the multicombat system will indeed tone down aggression and target selection for the monster AI

Yes the intent is to make money. Yes I wish they would be more candid about that. But, we honestly don't know how long this has been in development, or how much work it requires. And it definitely is something players enjoy in other games.

I would love to see the regular character outfit settings to be change-able in the new interface (base shoes, etc) New interesting thing though, I bet you can take the new cosmetic stuff into dungeoneering!

I agree, I'm not saying in any situation that we have to protest, but I believe it should always be an option (in otherwords situations like the 30s and like the 60s with the racial hate and so on are wrong). I believe we should always enable the right to protest non-violently without fear of retaliation. This hasn't always happened. But I feel like comments of "don't like it, then leave" are not really useful. We ought to be able to have discussion about why we don't like it and that we would like Jagex to change their mind regardless of how unlikely that may be. At the same time, you or I or anyone else, has the right to respond that they do like it. If all we are doing is complaining, then we should leave. But if we provide constructive reasoned pleas as to why we dislike things, that ought to promote discussion that might help Jagex realize what they are slowly doing.

Yes. But we should be able to protest before it happens in an attempt to prevent them from choosing to do so. I would rather not *have* to leave my country because of laws that are unjust.

Best way to Achieve 99 FM now?
Other than being able to travel there, no. But curly roots requires 83(?) woodcutting. Also, it works best with an inferno adze but that isn't required. (just nice since you're already burning roots why not speed it up some)

The only thing about the purchase based things I dislike is buying ingame xp advantage. GP advantage is bad, but can already (illegally) be obtained.. But pure raw xp advantage (SoF spins) is horrible. I dislike that SoF doesn't just let players buy the specific rare items they want, since its too much like gambling, but I really hate the free xp. This update seems amazing, because it lets players customize outfits without having to sacrifice stats from equipment, which I think is nice. I get why they would want to charge since it is fairly complex. Of course many people don't like it... And definitely in the "I already said you could say I told you so" category if they ever release non-cosmetic things (which no doubt they will... :( )

I like the interface for character customization, too bad it's used for this instead of regular stuff. I love that the items can be put over regular armor/items, that makes me ridiculously happy, since it means you can equip useful items underneath the cosmetic stuff :)
